5 Stars, I wish I could give more. Had some drainage issues and gave them a call. Wonderful customer service. The tech showed up exactly on time and had the issue resolved in mins. Had them back out to snake the drain and scope it, looking for damage in the pipe. 2 different crews, 2 different times and each of the crew members were as courteous, respectful, and most importantly knowledgeable, as any plumber I've ever met. I wouldn't hesitate to call them or recommend them. A truly wonderful company.

Im the cafe manager for one of the charter schools in Jax. I reached out to have a simple leak checked that became an issue that required a plumber to repair. Luis was the one assigned to our school. He did a great job on repairing the sink and got it done very quickly. Hopefully, we will have him again for any of our other repairs in the future.

Luis and Serdar were awesome. As things generally do happen, our garbage disposal was leaking the day before the Thanksgiving holiday. They responded quickly, were extremely professional, and got us back up and running for the holiday.

Luis and Sevdar were AMAZING. They were very clean and neat. They were very efficient and thorough. My tank was leaking so they had to remove the tank and put in new washers and reseal to the bowl. They were very conscientious of keeping everything cleaned up when they left. The communicated the issues so we knew what was going on.

Excellent service. From the initial call for service to the final install. The office personal as well as the technicians, Luis Cummingham, and Serdur, were very professional and efficient. Their work was neat and clean. This was not the first time using American Plumbing and we have been pleased with them each time. We will use them again for our next plumbing need.

Devon and Luis did a great job of replacing my water heater. They were very professional and courteous. Took about two hours. Very pleased with the service and result.

With the recent deep freeze, we had a cracked pipe in the wall. Guy and Cory came and repaired the pipe so we could turn the water back on. They did a fantastic job, were fast, and courteous. I can highly recommend American Plumbing Contractors and especially the terrific team of Guy and Cory.

Luis did an outstanding job repairing my clogged toilet and shower drain. From start to finish, he was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything clearly.

I especially appreciated that he wore shoe covers to protect my carpet and thoroughly cleaned up after the repairs were completed; that level of care truly stands out. His personality was pleasant, and he made the entire experience stress-free.
