They charged us 1.5 hours for 1 hr of work, we called to ask why and they said they charged us for the drive to get to us, all in all they charged us 400 just to top off the freon, place is a rip off.

Prompt, professional, priced right with great results. Call them if you need a plumber. None better.

Very pleased with work performed by B&G, needed plumbing work done, faucets replaced, some vales replaced, I wasn’t comfortable doing the work myself, with the copper pipes in the house, didn’t try to charge me for work that wasn’t needed, technician was very professional. Recommended and will use again

Had an installer come out last week for an estimate. Was told to expect Terri to email a proposal the following day. Waited several days before calling. The lady fielding the calls didn’t/doesn’t really seem to care and would only pass me to his VM. Called again this morning and the same happened. This company came on recommendation and the installer was clean and professional. Terri on the other hand is either and poor excuse of a “plumbing manager” or has more work than he can handle. Could be my project isn’t worth his time but if this was the case they knew in advance what we needed prior to sending a man...why did they bother. I suspect the other review was on point as to project size so I wouldn’t bother calling them for anything less than a HUGE project

Don't believe the positive reviews here folks! Unless you are a corporate account, have a lot of money or a lot of time to spare while they give you the run around, don't bother. I live less than a mile away from B&G Plumbing and I called Terry, the plumbing manager for an estimate on Thursday. He advised he would call me back Friday at 11am to let me know what time he could stop by that day for the estimate for my bathroom remodel project. Friday I called the office at 130 and explained he hadn't called. The receptionist passed the message and at 2pm he finally called and said, "Its not going to work out today, too busy here and short on help. It will have to wait until Monday." I said are you serious? You are within walking distance of my house and would take five minutes of your time to stop by. He said, "Just too busy today and won't be able to make it." I said, "Well it seems like you just don't want my business." And he immediately hung up on me. Don't bother calling them as they will treat you like they are doing you a favor.

Scott M. and Jesse were able to provide same day service and in my absence. They were professional, honest, kept me updated, and did great work! All of that and a great value on top of that. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Great plumbing company. Gene Rover and team are true pros. On time, does great work, cleans up, all for a fair price. B&G does a lot of charitable work too in giving back to city. I've worked closely with them on many projects over many years. They're consistently top notch.

Editing my original review: First time they came out it was a great experience and a great price. Unfortunately, the second visit (for something different) was a very different experience. It was for a small clog that turned into a big problem, which certainly happens, but the tech wasn’t sure how to fix it, so he had to call his boss (who was in a meeting). When the tech got ahold of his boss a while later, he wondered around my property chatting on the phone, then cleaned up and left without telling me the cost or options. I got charged for the time he spent trying to figure out his job and for that time on the call. If a tech doesn’t know how to do a job, I’d suggest he leave so I’m not charged extra for a how-to-do-my-job 30 minute call.

Last week, in the middle of a heatwave, my AC died at my business and my regular hvac company wasn’t able to fit me in, so they recommended B&G. They were able to get a technician out super quickly and get us back up and running in no time. Jesse was friendly and knowledgeable, and was conscientious of the fact that I own the business but not the building, and offered affordable solutions. As luck would have it I got home that night to a kitchen sink that all of a sudden wouldn’t drain. We were able to get a plumbing appointment very quickly. This should have been a very simple fix, but my home is 99 years old so everything that should be easy never is! Preston was able to make some adjustments to get the problem addressed while explaining that there are still some changes that we could make in the future to have a more efficient plumbing system. Any other company would have charged triple what they charged me, or insisted that we replumb that area of the house. I am grateful that I found B&G and will definitely use them for all of my hvac and plumbing needs in the future!

Frank came to my house for an install of my home filtration system. Was on time efficient and did an overall excellent job. Highly recommend!

Our garbage disposal broke and we had another company come out. They quoted us over $500 to fix the disposal but tried to upsell us, stating we need to replace our water softener and two water tanks, which we didn’t ask or thought needed replacing. Quoted for 6k when we just needed a new disposal.

I had B&G come out and do a second opinion. They replaced our disposal, for $200 less than original quoted from a different company. They also reaffirmed that our tanks were completely fine and fixed our water softener.

I was very pleased with them and felt they are an honest company doing right by customers. They have a loyal customer for life.

I have been using B&G for years for routine maintenance on my residential hvac, they have also replaced my whole system several years ago, and added a smaller unit to heat and cool the garage. They are always available, responsive, answer the phone. Over the weekend we had an issue with our hot water heater, covered under warranty, which they are dealing with and have an appt within days to get it replaced.
Have also had a few other smaller plumbing jobs taken care of. They are top notch and I highly recommend.

*Update* My HVAC system finally died and in Florida, you can't live comfortably without it. Once again, I reached out to B&G and they once again saved the day. A new system was installed in a very timely manner, and I couldn't be happier with these folks. If you're in need of any of the services they offer, do yourself a favor and give them a call. I highly recommend B&G Plumbing Heating and AC!!!

I reached out to B&G as my AC unit needed some TLC. We had been doing some remodeling which caused a great amount of dust in the home. As we know, when an AC system isn't breathing well, it's not a good thing. B&G was fast to respond, the appointment was set, and they arrived on time and were happy to help. They went above and beyond the call of duty here, and I wanted to recognize and thank them for a job well done. I would highly recommend B&G Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning.
