We were experiencing problems with slow drains, thinking the replacement pump in our septic system wasn't working. After the septic company ruled that out, I called Pipe Right, and they were kind enough to schedule me for the next day. David and Trevor came out and were able to find the problem (cracked main pipe) in a matter of minutes. They did a great deal of dirty work in a matter of hours, and our system is back draining like a champ. I really appreciated their professionalism and friendly demeanor. The price was right in line with what I anticipated. I wouldn't hesitate to do additional work in the future.

Renee was our first point of contact and was very helpful, caring, and professional. David and Trever went above and beyond with their exceptional service. They were very helpful, efficient and caring when helping my Sister with the issues with her well pump and the install of the new one. Very efficient and reasonable pricing. Our inspector of our condo recommended this company and we totally get why! 🤩😄 They were so friendly and helpful! They were able to get us an appointment in less than a week of us moving here (this includes the 4th of the July weekend) which was fantatic! Our plumber that came, Alex, was very thorough and made sure that we understood everything that was going on. Alex also kept everything extremely neat and tidy, including wearing boot covers when he went inside. Finally, the pricing was very reasonable for what had to be done (2 showerheads, a bathroom faucet, a bathroom toliet, and a kitchen faucet/sprayer, and plus time/labor [Alex was here for about 5 hours]). GREAT JOB AND THANKS SO MUCH!!!! 😃

We called Pipe Right Plumbing today due to the toilets not working in our office, right away they were great!! Renee was super helpful. I asked her straight away if they have anyone that could they could send out ASAP and she made it happen! Buddy was at our office about an hour later and started working. He was able to quickly tell us what the problem was, got the parts and fixed us up right away. Very fairly priced too! As a small business ourselves we love supporting the small companies around town. Could not recommend enough!

Renee got me an appointment the next day and for a perfect range of time - 8:30 - 10:30 instead of making me wait weeks or setting up the whole day to wait! Alex arrived right on time, was polite and wore shoe protectors - even though I said they were unnecessary. This young man was so courteous; can't help but think, "his mama raise him right!" He was bright and fixed my problem in a snap, and the prices are reasonable. My real estate agent Lauren Chapman (she's wonderful) had recommended them and had them fix my shower before I moved in, but didn't get to use them again until I had a new dishwasher installed and then it wouldn't drain. I am so happy she did - and my dishes are clean again!

A gigantic shout out to “pipe right plumbing.” They came to my house because we saw some water damage under our sink only to realize that we had a leak in the wall because of old cast iron pipes and needed to have our house re piped. David Hamm, his wife, Renee their son-in-law, Trevor, and their faithful worker, Alex. Worked together as a plumbing “Dream Team.” They have a wealth of knowledge in the area of plumbing and then supplied us with workers to help us retile our floor, paint and replace drywall. We will forever be grateful to this phenomenal company and their outstanding work.

Extremely pleased with this company! Had issues for about 2 years without success of repair by other companies. Pipe Right came out, accessed the situation, promptly scheduled with very fair price. His technicians were clean, polite, considerate of my home, cleaned up all & communication was professional & informative. Highly recommend. My service was also done on a holiday! I feel secure for any future issues ☺️

Sold me a 2014 truck claiming to be 2015. Said the truck was fine and I could barely get home with it. BEWARE NOT AN HONEST PERSON.

Man driving the van threw a lit cigarette out the window on the highway with cars directly behind and around him. The lit embers hit my windshield. Not only did the driver make the company look careless, they also littered with a threat to wildlife. My local colleagues and I will be sure to never give this company a single dollar.

Cannot say enough good things about this company. Carlos arrived ahead of schedule and was very friendly, professional, curtious, efficient. Also worked very clean and precise. He help navigate thru a very strange warrenty issue at the store and stayed by my side until it was completely resolved. Thank you Carlos so very much and thank you Pompa Plumbing for taking care of my water heater so quickly. Amazing service! Well earned 5 star review!
