I would use them again, they are not the cheapest but they are cheaper then the bigger companies I have called in the past.

The repair to a busted pipe supplying my toilet cost close to 400$ and they sent a guy out to fix it the same day, within 2 hours, which helped keep the damage to a minimum.

He repaired it with a new pipe and supply line in less then 30 minutes, very experienced and nice guy, will be calling them again in the future.

I wish there were more stars to give because Mr. Rooter of Jacksonville deserves 10 stars! They were wonderful. I haven’t had the best of luck with plumbers in the past year. Then I found Mr. Rooter - They were honest, personable and got the job done right. Justin and his team is without a doubt the best I have seen in a while. For all your plumbing needs, I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Rooter of Jacksonville, my plumbers from here on out!

Justin, Mr. Rooter, arrived at our building very professional, ensuring me that my issues would be resolved before he was done.
Justin was the 3rd Plumber to attempt to repair our clogged Drains in the past week, but the only one to free up the drains and rectify our issues.

We had a broken water pipe under our crawl space. Alan came by and fixed it in a lot less time than I thought it would take! Highly recommend their services.

I would like to thank Justin and Dalton for excellent service. They arrived on time and explained to me what and how they were fixing my rusted pipes and garbage disposal in my kitchen. They did a beautiful job working together in an accurate and timely matter. I was so elated when the work was done. If I need any other plumbing work done, or know anyone that needs plumbing work. We called Mr. Rooter plumbing on a Friday afternoon after our plumber was not able to come out until Saturday and then charge us for an emergency call. The repairman, James, arrived quickly. He was friendly and professional. He worked to fix everything then double checked to ensure all worked properly. Thank you, James! This company is lucky to have you!

Mr Rooter showed up on time to initial and follow up appts. Took care of a badly clogged drain (older home) and cleaned everything up.

Mr Rooter did an amazing job on the recent scope of work we had completed. In all we had them remove our master vanity and install and plumb under the sink, re-plumb under the sink in our guest bath, as well as remove and re-install two toilets. The work was superior, with us choosing the exact pieces we wanted, and Mr. Rooter doing all the installation for us. The process was super quick, they were able to rectify a lot of the DIY nightmare that was left when we bought the house, and the staff was super friendly! They also tagged our water heater as being needed for replacement, with a very fair price, as it was ten years old.

Save thousands of dollars! Please do not hire this company.
The incompetent staff including the managers are deceiving customers.
They were hired to repair and add plumbing to a kitchen that had no drywall and easy access to all plumbing. They caused more damage than I can explain please see the pictures.

Monday night found out our gas water heater was out called our gas propane company at 8 am they came out at 1 and said we needed a new one so l called around and Mr Rooter gave me a window of 2-5 they were at my door at 2:15 he said yes you need a new one and had 2 gentleman come and by 6 it was installed, it was a little pricey but it was done fast and efficient

My plumber Alex was amazing. Was quick and professional. Answered any questions I had and did amazing work installing my water pump.10/10 stars

This is a fantastic company that stands behind their good reputation and offers an amazing service! Allen was very courteous and comprehensive about explaining what was required to restore the water to the house. He also went out of his way to ensure that we are happy with the end result. James showed up exactly on time and quickly replaced the well pump. James like everyone else in this company is very caring and professional. The job was done quickly and efficiently and the costs were more than fair - they did not try to upsell us with unnecessary upgrades and add ons, a super honest company which is a rarity now days. Other companies we had tried gave us very high estimates and did not at all seem professional while trying to sell us more unnecessary and overpriced products. This is my go to plumbing company going forth, and I will recommend them to all of my clients as well. Good job James, Allen and everyone else involved, THANK YOU!

We have a 18 units condo that ground floor units can’t flush toilets. We tried another company yesterday used tradition metal to unclog and not successful. More unit’s people complained about water go slow today and it becomes emergency. I called Mr. Rooter on a Sunday afternoon and Mr. Allen Martin showed up with his big boy machine called boos jet. That method using water pressure to un clog and it worked!!!! It saved a lot of trouble for us prevented flood all over ground floor units. We definitely will use Mr. Rooter again and recommend others for commercial and red drain clog. Our clog is after almost 20 years, oil becomes like tree bark and clogged up the drain.

Best plumbing company I have ever had! You won't go wrong. Their prices are fair, the technicians are very polite and experienced and they do great work. Look no further, Mr. Rooter of Jacksonville is the only way to go!

Called after hours. Had to call twice because no one ever answered the first time. I was on terminal hold. They have a national call center? Once I spoke to the lady it went ok. The plumber called me right away. He was very pleasant and told me he would come by that very evening around 8:30. He made it by 8. He did not have the parts so he returned the following morning fist thing, as promised. He was done in just a few minutes. I really liked the plumber. The price was expensive. It cost me $425.00 to replace the outside water sprocket. I had to get it done, the old one would not turn off. If in a bind call them. If you can wait, there might be less expensive alternatives around. The work done was excellent. Just a bit high on price.
