I called and scheduled a appointment they got me in the very next day first morning arrival at 8 am. Which i did not expect so guick awesome. The technician Marcel arrived on time and was very polite and professional and did not waste any time getting started on my toilet repair. And really before you know it Marcel has finished in way less time then i expected. It was very impressive the level of customer service I received from the technician he was amazing and rare to find this these days. I have already shared my wonderful experience with all my friends and family. Would highly recommend.

The team also went above and beyond to check the entire water system and then located other broken pipes that they were able to fix. Worked on both my house plumbing and dock. Fantastic job. I appreciate the hard work of this company to fix my problem. I had been having a backed up sink for forever. The initial visit didn't fully fix and they were quick to send another plumber out and my sink is working beautifully! Highly recommend. Joshua Miller and Erik(don't know last name) were patient and helpful in explaining everything.

My husband & I just saw how the owner of this company reached out & installed new plumbing for the elderly lady who had suffered without water for a long time...what an angel!! Upon calling The Greatful Plumbers I reached Thuy on the phone.. she was very helpful. Later that day Eduardo came out to look at my plumbing issue and was very kind, helpful and went over what the care plan would be to start the remediation that would be needed. They sent out one of their guys today (sorry I forgot his name) and he was quite pleasant to work with and was able to get me going in the right direction of what my options would be once we realized there was roots in our plumbing pipes. From here, I will be awaiting the quotes for a few different options to remedy our bathroom situation. I feel their quotes will be fair and honest just based off of already meeting with them and working with them. If you are needing a good plumber /plumbing company I would recommend them this far, as they have fair and upfront about everything and kind, to boot.
I am genuinely hoping that the actual fix we need will be done in the same manner as the last few days.. as they were pretty quick, kind and fair. Thank you guys for helping us out !

I own a construction company and hired Grateful Plumber to come unclog a grease plug in the drain pipe under the kitchen slab for a kitchen remodel I was doing. No materials were purchased, just labor and tools provided to unclog the drain. They got the drain working again, which was great, but they charged $999 for someone to be there for under two hours. This was after I paid $99 for the service call and then no one called to tell me it would be another $900 to have the work done. They just did it and then called me with the price! I have no problem with the service (they did a great job of what they were hired to do), but I would never call them again because of their pricing. And before they can respond with the old spiel of "inflation" blah blah blah, I am a GC and work with numerous plumbers. NO ONE is charging this much for labor. Unfortunately none of my guys could get out there in time, so I was trying these guys out. It will be my last time and I highly suggest anyone else looking for a plumber gets multiple quotes if you're thinking about using these guys.

I called The Grateful Plumber again for another toilet replacement. Both times I spoke with Twee, who was very polite and helpful. The old toilet was removed, but the new one had a crack (my fault for not checking). I had to order a new one and reschedule for an install. When the toilet arrived earlier than scheduled, Twee managed to get a plumber out in a few hours. I was charged half the estimate for the first visit and the remainder for the install. No extra charge for the additional trip. Twee, thank you very much.
