Harrison and Steve did an absolutely WONDERFUL job. My fiance and I had just bought this house and found out the plumbing was completely shot. Harrison came and scoped it and was professional and polite. Very insightful. Took them only TWO days to completely replace my drain system and now it works like MAGIC. You absolutely must give him a raise!!! Wonderful and professional, thank you guys SO MUCH. And we will absolutely be back if we ever need a plumber again!!!!

I have to agree with others. Get Multiple Quotes. I had them come out for a quote on a 50ft gas line instalation. Paid $100 up front just to have them come out. I figured I like the concept and how far off could the quote be.. Guys, jeez.
The quote received from the other company was under $1700. There's, $7500!

Harrison, the plumber, was prompt, courteous and went out of his way to solve the broken water pipe in my front lawn. He even went to Lowes to get the appropriate tool to fix the problem as he did not have one on hand. Thanks for the good work!

Harrison and Will did some plumbing work for me today and they we courteous, respectful, and prompt. My work was completed (3 jobs) in about 2.hours . The price was great and I am happy with the service.

Harrison McDaniel is as a wonderful expert with the Greatful Plumber. He was very personable and extremely respectful. I was very impressed when he entered our home with shoe covers to help prevent any dirt tracks from coming in. He was able to give us 2 solutions. He was very thorough and was able to give us a detailed diagnostic about replacing our shower cartridge. He was very transparent about the solutions. He made sure to go through the less invasive route first before going through dry wall to access the cartridge. He was able to efficiently complete the fix and was able to give us a time stamp of when he would be done. We were so happy to know that he saved us some time and money with the less invasive option. We needed a shut-off valve installed on the main water line from the street to our house. We used The Greatful Plumber and the job went smoothly including replacing a small portion of the concrete driveway. Harrison was knowledgeable, professional and very polite! Hi!! This was a Great Experience from the call to set up an appointment, with follow up, the technician (Ed) came a little early, and the repair (with explanation of what was need and why). I would highly recommend them!!! I know the next issue we have , I will Definitely call The Greatful Plumber!!! I called many plumbers and most wanted a lot of money upfront or told me I probably just needed to get a new water heater (several hundreds of dollars) so they could make more!!!

The company like an owner. I don't remember his name, but the gentleman called me back fairly quick. And took the time to listen to the questions that I was asking. And has agreed to come out in the near future to do a quote for me. And let me know what it is. I need to get done I will be calling them back as soon as I'm available to.
