Excellent service! They were fast, great attention to detail, and fixed my issues quicker than any other plumbing service.

I had an appointment for them to come give me a quote for replacing a sink, day before appointment they texted me to confirm. I waited an hour after appointment time and called to find out where is the worker, I was told that instead of them coming to look at my sink that my quote is $500. How can they give a quote without knowing any of the dimensions nor what it looks like.

I googled I was looking for a plumber in Macclenny there name popped up first, and then after realizing that I wasn’t in their service area after it said they serviced McKinney Florida they completely switched. Their tune was very rude. They can tell us it’s all about the money aggravating more than anything.

We had a copper pipe burst due to the extreme cold weather and Thuy had someone at our house in a couple of hours to repair it. Excellent customer service from Thuy and the pipe was fixed correctly and completed without issues or leaks.

They were super fast and fixed my issue same day. The guy who came out was very kinds had great conversation and cleaned everything up afterwards. I will absolutely go to them again!

After a horrible start with someone who messed up things,which was repaired free of charge it was better. But I was left with hot and cold water reversed on my shower control. Otherwise all is ok now.To add to this, My leak came back on part of it today. The plumber just left me!!! Did not even check the lines.

I'm a realtor and had a property listing that needed to be re-piped because it had polybutylene pipes and the buyers were unable to obtain homeowners insurance. Contacted the grateful plumber they came out the next day gave us an estimate which was very affordable and only took them 3 days to start and complete the work. They were very friendly very professional and clean. If I ever have any buyers or sellers in the future in need of plumbing work I will be sure to refer them.

The plumbers were on time; they inspected the area and explained the procedure and cost. They went to Home Depot ( additional fee ) to pick up the unit, a new filter and the salt. They quickly returned and in only a few hours they had my new water softener installed and the old one packed up and gone. They explained how it worked and the controls. They explained how to change the filter. They left the work area clean and neat. Everything was quick and easy. Great job. Great Plumbing Company. ( I even liked their colorful truck ). I did need a follow up visit to check a noise in the system. They came out, inspected the unit and explained the cause and it's a manufacturers defect. It should be covered by the warranty. They did not charge me for the follow up visit and I'm in the process of getting the unit fixed. It's good to know that they honor their word and their work; I'm certainly grateful for that. Oh, yes, I'm going to need a new water heater soon and they will be the first plumber I call.

The pipes at my moms house were leaking and very old. The team worked for more than 10 hours to ensure the water was available and running properly. Thank you all for your help with this important matter.

Mike came to fix our sink it was clogged due to me filling my disposal with to many potato skins. I know better for next time lol. He was so friendly and efficient. He put me at ease and he worked so quickly! Thank you again Mike! Your a life saver!

We requested an estimate, which was higher than I anticipated. I simply asked for it to be broken out by line item, which seemed to offend him, and never received a follow-up. I guess they were ok just keeping the $99 non-refundable estimate charge although that seems like a poor long-term business strategy. Needless to say, we won’t call them back and I don’t recommend you do either.

Had an urgent need to get the drains in my concrete slab moved. Daniel came over to assess and was amazingly helpful. I instantly felt comfortable with the company. Harrison came the next day and knocked out all the work in no time with his partner. I’ll be using greatful plumber for all my future plumbing needs. Thank you so much for your services.

They gave a reasonable quote for the job & required half the amount of the quote to get started. They got started immediately & finished the job on the estimated time. Had a small problem with things not put back as they were & one call to ask for that to be taken care of & they were there within an hour of the call & corrected the things we mentioned. We recommend giving them a call for your plumbing needs.

From start to finish Greatful Plumber was as good as it gets. Always on time starting with viewing the job, the quote, beginning the work, and yes finishing. I was converting to 'on demand' hot water and needed a supporting electrician as well. Greatful Plumber referred an electrician, who did additional electrical work for me while simultaneously working closely and in syntony with the plumber. All that in one day and at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for?

Great experience. The installation of our new water softener was a big job. It was done professionally with no wait time. The plumber explained the process very well. He was very personable and did a thorough job of cleaning up after the job.

I had an issue with toilet and sink draining slow and backing up. Contacted Home Depot and was provided a few names, phoned The Greatful Plumber and the lady was very nice and professional. She quickly booked me an appointment with in an hour of my call, by the time that I got home David was sitting outside my house. David walked me through the process on what needed to be done and sent me a quote within 30 minutes of our meeting. I quickly booked the repair based on their attention to my needs. I’m only writing this review because of the speed of service and professionalism of this company that I look forward to working with again in the future.

Incredible experience! Called this morning - their schedule was booked and the wonderful representative went out of her way to accommodate us. She showed genuine compassion to our plumbing needs and made sure that we would receive service today. I received confirmation text messages and the communication was second to none! David arrive on time and was very pleasant and professional ( I’m sure I was added to his already challenging Friday schedule.). He identified the problem quickly and efficiently.
