Jason, an employee of Touchston Plumbing, veered into my lane on the Buckman Bridge on December 9th, around 3:36 pm and caused damage to my driver's side mirror. Jason, the other employee in the truck, and a bystander stopped after exiting the bridge and we all exchanged numbers as Jason did not want his job involved, understandably. He explained he would handle any charges acquired due to the accident and we went on our day. Last week, I texted Jason with screenshots of the invoice and informed him that I handled the costs upfront and would appreciate any reimbursement in the matter on January 19th. He did not response. I texted again, indicating that any response would be respectful on January 21st. No response. Therefore, I am now involving the company due to their employee's negligence. Even if I never receive any compensation, I was given insight into the type of individuals this company hires: wreckless, disrespectful, and unremorseful. That's what I get for cutting someone a break.

Thank you and huge shout out to Uriah! Fixed our water leak (underground between house and meter) yesterday. Most pleasant and hardworking young man I have encountered in quite some time! Even replaced the grass back the way it was before he had to dig it up! Thank you again Uriah!

Woke up this past Monday morning with a leak under my foundation. Spoke to Johnnie and she got me scheduled that same morning! Wesley and Joe came out and quickly identified the problem. They expertly minimized the amount of tile that had to be broken to access where the leak was and quickly repaired the pipe. They filled in and cemented the holes and left the areas perfectly clean. Great job by all! Thanks to Wesley, Joe and Johnnie for the great customer service and professional repair!

Scheduled an appointment for some service. When scheduling the appointment I gave the employee making the appointment very specific information about what we needed done; the removal of an existing GE Smart Water softener system, the installation of a new Pelican water filter and the installation of some bathroom faucets. Employee repeated back to me what I was asking for as a confirmation so she could schedule the appointment appropriately. Everyone was in agreement and the appointment was set. Husband takes off work to be available . Day arrives, employee shows up and that's where things went south. Employee was not clear on the work that was to be done. After my husband went over what we had scheduled we were told sorry, but we can't install that filter. Apparently they can only provide limited service to existing units. Seems like I made our needs very clear when scheduling so not sure where that went wrong. And to top it off, the employee who came to do the work told my husband that these kind of scheduling mishaps happen with some regularity. When I called to speak to Steve, the manager, he was not available. Asked for a return call and have yet to hear from him. Don't recommend these folks at all.

Recently we had Touchton Plumbing repair several outdoor faucets, a shower faucet, and replace a toilet. Although we did have one issue with a re-occurring leak several weeks after the fact, Touchton was very responsive with coming back out and making the good on the repair at no extra charge. We will continue to call and recommend Touchton plumbing in the future.

This is the fourth time I have used Touchton Plumbing and I will not be using any one else. The plumber Kevin was very friendly and professional. He preformed all the work I needed and was very clean with his installation of my focets. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

The old hot water died and I called Touchton to have a new one installed. They sold me a new one, installed it and took away the old one for a great price. Dustin, the tech, was professional and courteous. He did a very professional job. I also decided to replace my nephew's old hot water heater too and they performed did the same great job for a great price. Their water heaters are made in U.S.A. too so that's a plus.

We had a leak that we discovered today from JEA. We called touchton plumbing and within 20 mins they came out and apparently it was the owner. They fixed the issue quickly! So grateful they were able to come out

I've only had one experience with this company, but that one was awesome! The customer service when I called was great. The lady I spoke with was warm and wanted to help me. They were able to come out same day and the plumber was professional and efficient. I will definitely be using Touchton again!

Matt and Aaron did an amazing job on our condo re-pipe. They were always on time, very accommodating and professional, and they took the time to answer all our questions. They did such an amazing job on the re-pipe that our insurance adjuster was very impressed with their work. I highly recommend Touchton Plumbing.

I was working with A Water Heater Specialist (who are awesome!) and they needed to refer out some work and recommended Touchton Plumbing. The rep from A Water Heater Specialist was kind of enough to call ahead and discuss the issue and need with Touchton Plumbing to ensure they would/could handle the job before providing me the contact information to schedule. I called the same day the information was provided to me. The woman who answered for Touchton stated that she was familiar with why I was calling. She actually put me on hold while we were on the phone to check with the manager to ensure they would be able to handle the job, again, and within the timeframe she was quoting me. The answer was yes. This was Thursday August 31st. I was told they could complete the job by the following Wednesday, Thursday at the latest as Monday (9/4) was a holiday. Fine, no problem. The next day - I receive a call from the manager informing "Due to staffing we aren't going to be able to accept the job." I said - is it due to the time frame - willing to extend the time frame if needed. His response "No. We just...(fumbling his words trying to find an excuse)....we just don't want to take the job." I'm not about to argue with anyone over it so I just said okay and hung up. That was terribly unprofessional though and I would NEVER consider using a company who would do this - accept a job twice. Confirm their willingness to do it..twice. Then call the next day and cancel because "We just don't want to take the job." Wow. What poor customer service. If you can find someone else who is reliable, choose them. Save yourself the headache.

We found a leak during a renovation. They were quick to determine the cause and a solution. They quoted me for the repair and scheduled for the following week. They were on time and thorough. They had to do some minor additional work. But even with some uninterrupted changes in personnel, they were able to finish on time and on budget. The foot print itself was also minor compared with the work they had to do. They were very professional and friendly. I will absolutely use these guys again.

My experience with Touchton Plumbing was nothing short of a nightmare. Let's start with the basics: their pricing. I called them for what I thought was a routine plumbing issue, and they quoted me a price that could easily finance a small car. But foolishly, I agreed, thinking their steep rates were reflective of top-tier service. Boy, was I wrong!

The plumber they sent over seemed more interested in upselling me on unnecessary services than actually fixing the problem at hand. Every minor issue suddenly became a catastrophe that required expensive solutions. It was like being caught in a never-ending sales pitch from a used car salesman.

And don't even get me started on the quality of their work. After shelling out an arm and a leg, I expected my plumbing to be in top shape. Instead, the so-called fixes they performed barely lasted a week before the same issues cropped up again. It was like throwing money down the drain—pun intended.

To add insult to injury, their customer service was abysmal. Trying to get a refund or even a simple explanation for their shoddy work was like pulling teeth. They were quick to take my money but suddenly disappeared when it came time to stand by their work.

Save yourself the headache and the empty wallet—steer clear of Touchton Plumbing. There are plenty of reputable plumbers out there who won't overcharge you for subpar service. Trust me, you'll thank yourself later.

I spoke to the ladies in the office and as always they were friendly and professional and were able to schedule my appointment around the showing of my home. Phillip showed up on time and was able to complete 2 jobs in an hour less then expected saving me over $100. Touchton plumbing has done several jobs in our home over 20 years of owning this house and they are a great company who I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

I have been with Touchton Plumbing for a long time . When I call they don’t delay and they send technicians out to fix the problem. The technicians are very knowledgeable and very respectful.
