My experience with Premier Plumbing was exceptional from start to finish. I have to start with my first call. I have been obsessing about my water for almost a year and a half. I called a few places that quoted astronomical numbers, but after doing a few google searches I found Premier Plumbing. I can’t remember who I talked to, but she was so nice and was able to get the Lead Plumber Eddie to come a few days later to come provide an estimate for a water softener and RO system.

Moving on to my interaction with Eddie. This guy is so professional and stands on the products that he installs. He made me feel confident in my decision to use Premier Plumbing. After our first meet, I didn’t have to ponder if I was making the right decision. I felt ready to get this improvement on my home. Within a week of our first interaction, I’m now enjoying delicious water, and experiencing the best shower I’ve had in a long time.

Eddie even provided me an additional service that I didn’t even know I needed (draining my tankless water heater). I have already saved Eddie’s info and put him in my calendar to continue to maintenance my tankless heater. Fantastic job. I am elated on how great of a job was done.

We had Jake come out on Christmas Eve for some sink troubles. He was able to diagnose the issue and had a garbage disposal on the truck to make the fix same day. He was easy to talk to and was in and out in less than an hour. We are grateful he made it so easy; Merry Christmas Jake ✌🏻

Ray Perry came out to do some work at my home and can I say he was the most professional and polite man I have even met in his line of work! If you need any plumbing done definitely go with Premier Plumbing and ask for Ray! 10/10

Eddie our plumber was outstanding in how he identified a shower wall leak source using a camera so we could show the insurance to get claim coverage. He was a great communicator with what he needed from the other contractors during this massive repair so he could finish on time as promised and with a reasonable price. I would not use anyone else!

Ray was exceptional!! Fixed my toilet and added new shower head plus handle. Perfect service all around. Highly recommend Ray and Premier Plumbing.

I’ve used Premier Plumbing several times now always with good quality results and good communication from their schedulers. Ray Perry installed a bathroom faucet for me today. He was in and out in 30 minutes and did a great job.

Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Technician Daniel Sanchez came over and did some repairs in my house and also installed a water heater for us. Fast and clean work. Highly recommend their services.

Ray was beyond fabulous! He explained in detail what he was going to do before he got started and never minded being interrupted with my questions!

Such neat and responsible work done by Doug and Emanuel. Doug took time to explain where they were at in the job and at what point we would be without water for a couple of hours. Doug was a great teacher to Emanuel, and great at teaching Emanuel how to do things to his standard. Emanuel had less years of experience, but a valuable assistant. Not only was I impressed by their plumbing job, but a licensed inspector and a separate insurance agent asked me who I had used because the plumbers work was so neat and organized. We had our entire house repiped with new ApexA pipes and they cut out all the old polybutylene pipes in the attic and underneath sinks. I had three separate quotes from various plumbers and Premier’s quite was significantly less then the highest quote and Premier Plumbing even has a subcontractor close up the drywall and patch, so all we had to do was sand and paint. Eddie, the estimator for the job, explained the differences in Pex piping and assured me he would do a walk through at the completion before ever wanting a check for the work. He would expect nothing less then if it were his house. I tell everyone I know that they should use Premier Plumbing for all their plumbing needs.

Jake from Premier Plumbing did a fantastic job investigating and repairing a leaking pipe in our home. He also noticed a completely separate issue that could have caused Carbon Monoxide poisoning and repaired that as well. He was prompt, professional, friendly and loved our puppy. He patiently explained the details of his findings and delved into the likely cause of the failure. Top notched, A+++ service.

Eddie replaced our broken water heater. He was able to fit us in the same day and did a great job. Premier Plumbing is our go to plumber for all our plumbing needs. We’ve never had a bad experience. In fact, their employees go out of their way to treat customers kindly, fairly, and respectfully.

Exceptional. Scheduled me for the next day but called with an opening as a technician finished early. He knew exactly what the problem was as to why my dishwasher was not draining. A new garbage disposal had been installed and a “knock out plug” was not removed. So impressed with Rays knowledge. Everyone was amazing from the first person I spoke to, to the lady who called to get me in earlier and to Ray himself. Highly recommend. They are probably not the cheapest as you pay by the hour but quality service and I’ll be using them for future needs.

Ray Perry (as well as the others from Premier Plumbing that have helped us) was amazing. He is so kind and personable and professional. He was on time and incredibly quick with his work. He explained all of the work he did as well as possible reasons for the issues and ways to keep and eye on things for the future. He cleaned up any mess he might have made because there is no sign he was here except the problems have vanished! Haha Thanks Ray!

They sent out Ray Perry, he is very meticulous, he left everything spotless and clean, and that was the first time when he’s installed our garbage disposal he came and fixed our drains in the bathroom, then he came back and fixed the shower bathtub. He is a gentleman. He is so good. Left everything clean and did a fantastic job. I would recommend him across the board. He did a fantastic job probably one of the best plumbers we’ve ever had. I would let him in my house while we were not there. I trust him fully.

JAKE was the youngest, yet sharpest technician of ANY specialty that I've ever had work in my home. This young man not only did a phenomenal job with the plumbing install, but while doing so, took it upon himself to locate my townhouse's individual water shut off valve ... something our current HOA didn't even know these units had! It had been buried for likely two decades! Additionally, he brought 'booties' to keep my floors clean and used them every time he entered the house. Jake was so efficient, effective, and personable! I want to give a huge shout-out to Ray Berry for the outstanding service he provided. From start to finish, Ray went above and beyond to make sure everything in my home was fixed properly. His professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude made a stressful situation so much easier.

Ray didn’t just do a quick job — he took the time to fully inspect each issue, explain what needed to be done, and make sure everything was repaired the right way. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work and the comfort of the residents he helps.

Every issue I had was completely resolved because of him. Ray is the kind of technician who restores your confidence in great customer service. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would.

Premier Plumbing to the rescue! they did a repipe in my house in 2024, during an inspection the inspector had the idea there was a leak, so I called Premier Plumbing, Brendan Brady came to my place today. HE IS GREAT!! short explanation, en he got to work, turned out no leak found, probably condensation. Fast service and Brendan is a amazing guy!! And also a big thanks to Cristin Metz at the office: my report had issues coming to me by e-mail, and she was patient enough to try again and again until it worked! GREAT PEOPLE!!!!

To start, Corey has been a joy to work with throughout the few years we have been partnered with Premier. He is a wealth of information. And gives me the information and recommendations for what is best straight and to the point. Even when it’s bad news. He doesn't try to hide from it. And gives me the options on how to correct the issue and ensures I can make a well-informed decision.

The individual plumbers who come out to get their hands dirty have been nothing short of professional. Knowledgeable. And helpful when it comes to executing the plan and completing everything to the expectations for what we have for a partnership such as this.
Even going as far as to clean up behind themselves before leaving, which is a nice touch, considering most Tradesmen I have worked with over the years in this industry have not been so keen on cleaning.

I would like to mention Danael and Leneal. I have worked with these gentlemen a few times. And they have been wonderful to work with. They seem to have a good flow with each other and complement each other well. The attention to small details is magnificent.
Like how they cut the drywall out. They cut it in such a way. That when they glued the pipes back into the shower drain. If there was any dripping. It would be caught by the backside of the drywall (which is hidden in the ceiling). Instead of falling down into the shower pan of the unit below.

For these reasons, and many more, I will continue utilizing the services of Premier Plumbing for the foreseeable future. The team has become a reliable resource for my team and I as we strive to provide the best possible home for our residents.

The team showed up right on time. Was able to track their arrival via a link provided. I had a soft water system installed and shower valve replaced. Also were able to accommodate my special request of installing a smart shut off valve that I purchased separately. They were able to knock it out in a day. Thank you!

Had a great experience with Ray Perry and Emmanuel Quintero. They were efficient, cleaned up site well, and were extremely detail oriented. Their customer service couldn’t be better and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I recommend them enthusiastically!

Update (3/3/26)... They couldn't seem to get the part nor adequately fix our Toto toilet despite multiple additional visits (one of which that left footprints on the floor). Thankfully we could get the part on Amazon and a handyman was astoundingly able to do what a plumber couldn't. Go figure.

We had a great experience with Premier Plumbing! The girl answering the phones:making appointments was so personable and nice! She was able to get an appointment booked for us in less than 24 hours. Then Ray Perry was our technician. I got a heads up text when he was on the way, along with a tracking link. He arrived within the 1 hour timeframe I was given by the office and he was able to complete our work within an hour. We had a leak visible from an upstairs bathroom down through our living room ceiling. I was expecting the worst. He was so nice and explained everything so well. I highly recommend Premier and especially Ray!
