Justin the Plumber always provides top notch service. They are easy to get a hold of, excellent communicators, on time, efficient, prepared and friendly. Alex and Zach serviced our house today.

Justin the Plumber got my cast iron refrain project scheduled quickly and communicated effectively. Kolby and Adam were fantastic and worked so hard to get this completed in a timely manner.

Alex and Zac were wonderful had used other plumbers before not satisfied. They went way beyond what I expected. Took care of a serious issue with speed and respect. Highly recommended you want be disappointed.

I had a really positive experience with Justin the Plumber. I needed plumbing for my outdoor kitchen, a lot of work needed, an installation of a lift station and a water heater. The service and professionalism that I received were exceptional. Their employees starting with Jonathan, Zach, Alex and Adam were top notch, they were knowledgeable and professional.They explained the work they were going to do clearly and clean after themselves, they got it done quickly and efficiently. I really don't have nothing to complain about, they will be my to go plumbing company from now on. Also, they have financing available. Once again, thanks for a work well done.

Fast, Professional Service – Just Be Sure to Confirm Pricing of Any Add-Ons.

I had a really positive experience with Justin the Plumber. I originally called a different company, but they couldn’t come until Monday. They actually referred me to this company because with a whole-house clog and weekend guests on the way, I needed help ASAP. Justin the Plumber was able to send someone out within 30 minutes, which was a huge relief.

Alex and Adam were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They didn’t even mind my American Bully following them around to “supervise,” which he really appreciated. They explained my options clearly and even tried the simpler, cheaper fix first. Unfortunately, the more extensive (and pricier) solution was needed, but they got it done quickly and efficiently.

While they were there, I also asked them to replace a backyard spigot. I didn’t ask for the price upfront, assuming it would be similar to one I had replaced last year for about $75. It ended up being $250. I was grateful that they applied a discount and brought it down to $175. However I still felt that part was high, especially compared to the $495 for the main job, which a plumber friend of mine said was fair and typical.

Overall, I was really happy with the service. Alex and Adam made the process smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely use this company again—I will just make sure to confirm pricing on any add-on work in advance.

After 2 other plumbers failed to show up or follow up, we called Justin. They responded immediately and came the next day and completed the service. Even took away our old toilet.

Errol and Zac were excellent. They arrived on time as promised and completed the job quickly. They answered all my questions. The entire company is fabulous… Very customer service oriented. I would use them again for any of my needs.

We had Justin the Plumber come out and install and service our water softener. Vincent provided excellent service and knowledge about our system. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic work from this company. I had Vinnie out to replace a toilet shut off valve. He was in and out in no time and my leak is completely gone.

A few months later, I needed a new kitchen faucet put in. Errol came through and replaced the old one with the one I had bought with no problem. He did me a huge favor by cleaning up the messy plumbing that was down there, cutting and sawing, and now it looks amazing under the sink and my new faucet works perfect.

The prices are extremely reasonable, almost surprisingly so. Love this team and will only go to them for plumbing needs.

Our very old water heat finally gave up and it was time for a new one. Vinnie and Ryan showed up at the scheduled time and we discussed our options, including pros and cons of different units. Once we agreed on what unit we needed and the cost, Vinnie and Ryan got straight to work. Within a few hours our old unit was gone and we now have a brand new shiny water heater that works great! With the exception of the new unit, you'd never know they were there. They were very careful during the installation (which was in a very cramped space), respectful of our property, and cleaned up after themselves. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Nice plumbers/fellows that did the actual service, but I feel ripped off by the company. I had a TACO pump installed a year and a half ago hoping to get "instant" hot water like a tankless system. Unfortunately, this product never worked properly. The company came out twice since the installation, but after a year and half of terrible results, I just had them come out to remove the dang thing. The worst part is they charged me to take it out when it never worked correctly. Go figure.

Follow up after owner reply: While the owner of the company has expressed their sorrow at my disappointment in a reply to this review, I would like to mention they neglected to offer me a return of my last payment when they tried to sell me something they never could get to work then charged me again for removing it. If you desire a better "experience" where you get what you pay for, then there are many other options in Jacksonville. I wanted to make this company my go-to plumber, but apparently they are more concerned about billable hours. I doubt I will ever get a refund for the initial installation labor on this "TACO pump" (don't ever buy one of these!!) which I feel would be due since they're the ones who sold me on this product that does not work, but if they believe simply replying and saying sorry is going to change my review, it will not. A refund of at least my last payment for taking the failed device out might, but I'll edit this review again if that happens. Not holding my breath.

These guys showed up on time and were very thorough and efficient. They went the extra mile to address ALL my plumbing questions and concerns. Being a first time homebuyer, this was very reassuring. They resolved a couple of my smaller issues, garbage disposal, toilet running, low water pressure, but they went as far as to check all the toilets and water pressure in all the bathrooms. Being a local business, I feel very comfortable, knowing I can reach out to them in the future if needed. More recently I had a leak at the hot water heater. I called and it was repaired within 2 hours! This was all under warrantee.

Alex and RJ were very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. We explained the problem and after evaluating it they went straight to work. They cleaned out the drain pipe and the gurgling noise is gone. They explained to us that there was a grease build up that happens overtime. Justin Plumbers Inc was not overpriced like the big named company and they are military friendly. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
