I can’t say enough good things about Premier Plumbing. I reached out this morning and spoke with Corey, he didn’t waste any time and immediately got me in touch with Cindy, who was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to get everything taken care of and had someone out to us the same day.

The communication was incredible. They kept me updated through texts, and Langdon, the technician, even called when he was about 20 minutes away. When he got here, he was professional, super friendly, and explained everything to us in detail. He took the time to walk us through how our hot water heater works and even reminded us to call next year to get it flushed. He cleaned up everything when he was done and truly made us feel comfortable and cared for.

When your hot water goes out especially with a family at home it can feel overwhelming, but they made everything smooth and stress-free. It’s rare these days to find a company that truly cares and follows through like this. You can tell this team takes pride in what they do and genuinely values their customers.

After getting price gauged on a quote to replace a broken shower valve by another (to remain unnamed) plumbing company, Premier Plumbing was very responsive in providing a much more reasonable quote, and Tyler came out to repair the broken valve. He thoroughly explained the scope of the project and estimated time frame. The work was done exceptionally well, with Tyler even adding a 2x4 piece of wood to brace the new valve to the existing studs to help prevent any future damage to the CPVC pipes attached to the valve. Everything feels very well secured and he even added sealant to the new shower handle, shower head, and tub spout. My kids are excited to have their new shower fixtures in working order. Can’t express enough how pleased I am with the scope of work that was done and the communication along the way. Thankful to have a plumber and company I can trust for any future needs, going forward.

Beau and his team went above and beyond with their help for my townhouse. I don’t have any family in Jacksonville and it felt like Beau & his team really took me under his wing & took care of everything for me- we involved the city, permits, my neighbors, everyone necessary and Beau did it with a smile. I can’t recommend premier plumbing enough, they are the best in the business but also really great people in general!

Jake came out to check on a slow draining toilet. Turns out there was 5 foot long root system in the pipe below. He removed it and made sure the rest of the toilet was functioning properly. He was very professional and courteous. Thanks Jake!

Ray Perry did an amazing job putting in our water heater. Quickly and efficiently. He took out the old one and took it away. He explained step by step process and was very thorough.

I tried to DIY my new sink fixture not realizing the work it involved. I got my sink tore apart and put the new fixture on only to find myself needing a professional to fix my DIY mess. I called Danny at Premier Plumbing and he came that same day and even though he ended up replacing all of my sink plumbing, he was very friendly, professional and efficient and encouraged me to not DIY plumbing in the future. LOL.

I called Premier plumbing to help fix my shower faucet that another company botched. They replaced the cartridge and the trim kits due to the set screw being broken and striped for two faucets. David and Zach went above and beyond for me. They even tighten up the toilet seat and cleared a slow drain. I’m so grateful to them. I would hired them in a heartbeat. Jesse was amazing and helped her fix the faucet in the kitchen which was spraying and it only took like ten minutes and the shower took like 5 minutes to fix and now everything is working perfectly! He even told us how to help prevent mold from water damage which was really helpful since we have a six month old baby! He was super friendly and helpful and would definitely recommend him and the company! Everything works great!

I need y’all to hear me on something important. This man Eddie not only hooked me up with EXCEPTIONAL service, but he ALSO prayed and used scripture verses to calm my anxious heart. He was EXTREMELY cost conscious and did everything to keep my cost down, he cleaned up every little thing, helped me with a couple other things that only took him a little extra time but were big frustrations I’ve dealt with for years, filled in the holes that I made, was quick, and kept me appraised of every single thing. Premier Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have used. I had a emergency and they came out immediately. Corry was able to fix the issues with no problems. He was very professional and did a great job cleaning up after he was done. The cost was extremely reasonable. I recommend this company to everyone.
