My hot water quit working. I called Touchton Plumbing at 7:30 a.m. and got an immediate answer by a real person, not an answering machine. The lady, professional and pleasant, told me a technician could be at my house after noon. She called again after noon and told me they were en route and gave me their location. Bryan and Conner arrived, assessed my problem, and thank goodness, it was an easy fix. They explained the issue to me, took photos should they be needed later, and gave me further instructions if I should have any more problems. I will definitely call Touchton again when I have a plumbing need.

Thanks to Touchton Plumbing Contractors for the prompt response to our shower shutdowns! Called yesterday and got appointment for today! Colby and Rob did an excellent job diagnosing and replacing check valves and cartridges for both bathrooms. They even had to go and pick up one of the parts!
