We had David Nelson come in for our sink and he got everything working right in no time. No nonsense and straight to work. Our sink pipe is draining better than it has in the 3+ years I've been at this house.

The lady who took our call (Dorean, i think) for the appointment was great as well. Didn't ask 20 questions beforehand, gave us their rates ahead of time and set us up quick.

Great job all around and would highly recommend!

Emmanuel was excellent from start to finish. He called ahead of time before arriving to make sure the timing worked, which I really appreciated. Once he arrived, he thoroughly explained what needed to be done to repair the leak and clearly walked me through the process.
He shut off the water, prepared his workspace carefully, and laid out his tools neatly on a towel. He was very clean, organized, and professional throughout the entire repair. Emmanuel successfully fixed the leak and also took the time to answer a few additional plumbing-related questions, offering helpful advice along the way!
I highly recommend this company, especially Emmanuel. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail made this a great experience!

We have been using Premier Plumbing LLC as our primary vendor for some time now and couldn't be happier with the service. In property management, communication and reliability are everything—Premier delivers on both. Their technicians are professional, their billing is transparent (no surprises!), and they are incredibly thorough with every repair. They make our jobs easier by getting it right the first time.

This is my second time using Justin the Plumber, they will always be my first ( and probably only) call if I have any plumbing issues. They are quick to schedule and reasonably priced.

Amazing company to work with. They have done service at both my office and my home. Office staff is always super friendly (Jenna is the best)! Vinny came out to my office today. I got a text letting me know he was on his way, and arrived in a timely manner. He was very professional and listened to all the issues we were experiencing. Came up with great solutions and offered to get us back on the schedule quickly. Would recommend this company to all my family and friends!

We are quite pleased with the professionalisn of Justin the Plumber and all of the employees and technicians. The work they do is exceptional. They have done quite a few re-pipes with our aging apartment complex. I can only add that we are totally happy with Justin the Plumber. Whatever your plumbing needs, a stopped up sink or a re-pipe, you will be pleased with the service they provide. They go over and above to give you the best experience in your time of need. (We cannot add much to our review of Justin the Plumber, except, its been a couple of years since we started using them, and that we still are using them). They are exceptional, so whatever your plumbing needs, call them. You wont be disappointed.

The good news is Alex and Errol were true pros and did a wonderful job for us. They were quick, efficient and very cordial. We would recommend them and Justin’s Plumbing without hesitation. If there was anything that was a bit of a challenge was the price for a one hour job and minimum parts. Almost shockingly expensive. That said, if you want a job done right the first time and work guaranteed, I suppose this is what you have to expect.

Update… I needed to call Justin‘s plumbing back because we noticed the drains were not centered and we were worried about an eventual leak. They came out again no problem, no charge and fixed it. Thank you guys for backing up your work!

They were very professional and did amazing work. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I contacted them very first thing in the morning with water over flowing and they sent a tech out right away. I had just purchased the house a week before and they found collapsed piping in the front yard. Did a complete pipe in the front yard the same day. I will always use Justin The Plumber for all my plumbing needs.

We couldn’t be happier with their service and professionalism! *I’ve included pictures, but note the plumber didn’t add the spray foam behind the pipes, that was us. Never buy a house from Offer Pad* Alex was very professional throughout the job and worked to remove a blockage from our tub drain that two other companies said would require *us* to tear out our vanity and wall for them to fix it.

He also brought our sink drains up to code (Offer Pad installed RV tubes that somehow passed inspection) all in a timely manner. We would highly recommend their services, and suggest you ask for Alex!
