Jonathan and his helper were amazing! Professional, hard working and went out of their way to explain everything. So glad I chose Justin the plumber and will use them for all our plumbing needs. We just moved to Jacksonville and it is a relief to find skilled tradesmen who don’t price gauge and do great work. Jenna who answered my call and scheduled us was also super professional and kind. Had a new water heater installed. After calling and confirming with me, Blake and Ryan arrived 2 hours early and got to work. Because they were early i hadn't cleared the area. They both jumped in and helped without hesitation. Information about the cost and the process was clearly communicated. The install took less than 2 hours. When they were done they cleaned up and even helped move my stuff back without me asking. Very professional and friendly. I have used Justin's in the past and have never been disappointed. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve used Justin the Plumber twice since moving to Jacksonville. The last time was an emergency as our pipes froze and broke. I talked to Alan on a Sunday, and he had two techs come out and they were AWESOME! They worked quickly and efficiently. They were polite and explained everything to us. I simply would not use any other plumbers.

Kolby came out Wednesday gave initial report on issue. Errol and Zac came out this morning for broken bathroom to cast iron connection had caused significant damage in our kitchen. They assessed the issue and had it taken care of in no time followed up to check once again in the bathroom sink discovered running slow checked, found a slow drain with small clog and corrected that issue as well. Right on time, pleasant to work with, great job all the way around. Thank you Kolby, Errol and Zac.

Great experience overall with Justin the Plumber! They did excellent work adding water supply and drain for our outdoor kitchen. The team was professional, efficient, and very accommodating when we had a last-minute change. Justin The Plumber is hands down our go-to plumber. They recently installed two new toilets for us, and as always, the work was done efficiently, cleanly, and with great attention to detail.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink. The technician diagnosed the leak and also made a suggestion to replace another pipe as well. The leak was fixed, and the new pipe was installed.
Fast, dependable, and cost efficient.
