Mr.Oconnor went above and beyond even at 3 am when my toilet clogged after eating Blaze pizza and having food poisoning all day. His employee went above and beyond even in the conditions of body fluids spraying everywhere. Not only was he able to help fix that but he also repair my shower. i was so grateful because with out the help from him i would have had to goto bed with all of that on me.

10/10 hopefully won’t have to call them out for the same reason but if i need any work plumbing related, i will for sure call this company!

I needed help for my Dad in Jacksonville & Im in VA. Google search led me to O'Connors & Im grateful. His septic line was clogged causing flooding into the house, two other plumbing companies my Dad tried to hire didn't want to tackle the job. O'Conner's handled it all, permits, inspections & completed the job on time & below what we were expecting the cost to be. Nick kept me in touch constantly & did everything as he said he would. Just a great Service & highly recommend.

I did not use this company, I called in for a quote, and they gave me the price over the phone, when I said that's pretty expensive, no thank you.. they hung up immediately...

Seriously cannot recommend this company enough, called at night on Friday after another company no showed for a job and was able to get a tech scheduled for Saturday. Great and friendly service, will definitely be giving them all my business in the future.

My husband was out of town and the plumber came by, he did not even introduce himself. Asked where the leaky tub was and flush out was, while I went to the front of the house to locate the flush out, he instantly began to open up the tub wall without discussing or investigating what the problem was before cutting into wall (ended up with three large holes). Original hardware was less than year old and he "replaced" it with new hardware we did not select and without our consultation. We are now almost a grand out of pocket, down to 1 working shower in the house, still with slow draining. Not to mention the complaints that he had to "dig" 1-2inches below ground to find the flush out. Overall we would not recommend this company again, and not sure how he received all 5-star prior.

Would give zero stars if allowed , charged a elderly woman on disability $400 to pump a septic tank that was never done and the so called "manager" wants to argue that the service was done have pictures he sent
accusing me of wanting a free service no make it right by the customer and pump the tank out stop with excuses and stop ripping off customers bad way of business.

Then after calling me back an hour so later he's cussing me out . .just do your job so third parties don't have to be involved

Oconnor Plumbing and Septic attempted to replace my septic drain field several times without success. After 2+months and $10,000 later the drain field still leaks and has fallen in. After I had sod installed. My choices are limited. Every option is going to cost more. Not pleased. People are nice but that does not fix my problem.

They came out the same day. They were fast and friendly. Great service!
