I was able to get an appointment the same day I called in the afternoon. The technician arrived on time. The job was completed the same day. I thought the price was fair for the job.

Hayes plumbing did a great job in connecting the bidet to the toilet. Difficulty was the toilet was too far back to the wall. There plumber re-made the connection and it worked.

Ask the cost of the project up front. I knew to expect a $79.00 service fee but did not realize Harry Hayes does not charge by the hour, but by the project. A single lever faucet with a pull down sprayer cost $650 to install. We supplied the $150 faucet.
When I asked for the service call I also requested an estimate of a much bigger job- moving the plumbing in my kitchen for a remodel. The technician took pictures and I was told their estimators would get back to me. That was one week ago and I haven't heard a thing. I am giving 2 stars because the plumber who came to my house was professional and did a good job. I will not call them again.

Not only did he fix the issue quickly, but he also took the time to inspect the rest of the plumbing to ensure everything was in good shape. That extra care really meant a lot to me!

Have used Harry Hayes on several occasions including tap in line for JEA sewer connection, sewer line clean out and kitchen sink repair. Always on time and are respectful of the condition of the property when project is completed

The 2 young men who came to assess the project were very thorough. They emphasized the need to have contingency plans in case there was a failure of one of the existing pipes and where the shut-off was located. The only issue was the replacement sinks and the openings in the granite which resulted in unfinished part of both master bathroom sinks being exposed. It is made tolerable by using plumbers caulk

I had them install my RO system under my sink, as well as replace a valve to easily turn on and off water under sink and a small leak at my shower head. The team was very knowledgeable, informative and quick to work.
