Good service with great communication and follow up. We had a challenging septic pump/tank issue and were given very detailed options and explanations. The price was good and taken care of instantly.

I hired this company to replace my dosing tank. While they were quick to respond, I ran into an issue when their subcontractors cut the alarm for my tank, purely for convenience. Initially, they tried to charge me for the repair, which I found unacceptable since it was working fine beforehand. Eventually, they agreed that I didn’t need to pay the remaining balance until the alarm was fixed.

However, when a worker came to fix it, he said he couldn't due to wet ground from heavy rain the day before. The next morning, I woke up to find that my card had been charged for the remaining balance anyway, which felt extremely shady.

In the end, the alarm was fixed, but another issue arose. Their invoice states they aren’t responsible for landscaping, which is understandable, but it also states the ground would be raked and seeded. I reached out to confirm this, yet received no response.

Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor communication made this a frustrating experience. While the job was eventually completed, I wouldn’t recommend them due to the unnecessary hassle and lack of accountability.

I called Harry Hayes Plumbing at 9 in the morning and Nik was at my house at 10! The drain pipe to my washing machine was clogged. Nik got on the roof to access the vent and snaked the line. Now I can use my washing machine again! Yay!!

We needed a toilet removed and a new one installed. Eric, from Harry Hayes Plumbing, arrived promptly during the agreed upon time frame. He was very professional and experienced. Very focused on doing an exceptional job. When he removed the old toilet he noticed it had stained the stone underneath. He scrubbed and removed as much of the stain as possible, which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend Harry Hayes Plumbing to anyone looking for an excellent job at a reasonable price.
