The plumber showed up as requested, $79 service fee, then $350 + to snake. Denied the cost and work. Was told the plumber would tell us how much when he got here. Why in the world wouldn't they have told me that up front. I would have never accepted that. Cost me a service fee with nothing done very upsetting. I was going to have them quote putting in an outside clean out for our RV, this could have been a few thousand, NOPE! Not clear with there costs. Makes me believe they are crooked.
I do not blame the plumber at all. Good guy.

Throughout the job, Eric the plumber was professional, courteous, and transparent about the process. He showed up on time and cleaned up the work area at the end. He answered all of my questions with patience and made sure i felt comfortable every step of the way. The repairs were completed right on schedule, and look forward to using his services in the future

I have been using Harry Hayes for years. They are reputable and provide excellent customer service. I have an older home that requires repair, so when I call, they can generally service me right away. I highly recommend.

We are new to the area and encountered a problem while moving into our home. After calling Harry Hayes Plumbing, we were greeted with excellent customer service and moved to the top of the schedule. The technicians who arrived, Brendan and Jacob, were incredibly thorough in addressing our issue and even went a step further in inspecting our entire house to scope out possible improvements. Needless to say, we felt confident subscribing to the platinum membership and look forward to being loyal customers.

Our kitchen sink drain was completely clogged the afternoon after Thanksgiving. I was told that a plumber might be able to make it out to our house that day. If not, I would be early on their list for the following day. This was at about 3:15, so I would have been surprised if they showed up that afternoon. I got a call about 9:30 the next day and Nick said he would be there shortly. He showed up promptly and got right to work snaking out the clog. He was very polite and professional. The only downside to the visit was the cost. Although, I was prepared for it to be higher than normal as it was a holiday weekend.
I've used their services twice before and will continue to do so as needed in the future.

If you want reliable and affordable plumbing service this is the right company for you! This is my second time using their service and they really do make a stressful situation easy! Harry Hayes installed a full bathroom in my home in Jacksonville, FL. His company did an amazing job. They had to breakup the concrete foundation to hook into the drain line. When they finished, they had done an amazing job. I would definitely hire them again.

He arrived when he said he would, kept me informed every step in the process, and cleaned up the mess that the leak caused with his shop vac. This company lived up to its reviews FOR SURE. I chose it because of the great reviews. Nathan came and he was super helpful and explained everything he was doing. Along with Mike they are working hard to resolve our issues with care and great customer service. When Nathan came in my home and put protective booties on his shoes, I immediately knew I had chosen the right company.

Harry and his team are fantastic Plummers. They. make sure the work is excellently done. They will go the extra mile for you and are very fair in their pricing. They completely repiped my house and too so much care while doing to protect the rest of the house.

I was looking to have a utility sink installed in my garage, but the handyman who had done previous work said plumbing wasn't his specialty. The construction guy running my current project(s) said call these folks, Harry Hayes (plumbing), so I did. They actually answered their phone! We chatted, and they scheduled me for an-person quote the next day. They showed up on time, and we discussed options. Long story short, they fixed some plumbing issues with the specific bathroom that was utilized for the plumbing and drainage of the utility sink from the garage, and installed an awesome utility sink, fully plumbed! I'd hire them again in a heartbeat! Very fairly priced, almost identical to what the previous handyman quoted me. Job well done! Actual installer was prior Army, I'm USN (Ret), loved BS'ing with him! LLTB!

I contacted Harry Hayes Plumbing while I still lived in another state. I was scheduled to move and was in the process of getting things in order. I reached out to them to schedule service on the day of my arrival to Florida. The office staff was extremely helpful in understanding and scheduling what was needed . I was already stressed enough with finalizing everything else that went along with our move, they made it all that much easier! Justin and his helper went ABOVE and BEYOND installing what I needed! Also assisted me in an odds and ends job that I was unable to do myself! Darley's has always delivered prompt quality service for us. We've used them for various interior plumbing services, a water softener install with re-piping on the exterior, and most recently a water heater install. I definitely recommend them.

Darley’s was on time and professional. They installed a Garbage Disposal, three new faucets, new valves and new cracked pvc under the kitchen sink. They resolved another leaking hot water valve under a bathroom sink and added two new valves in two bathroom toilets. They did a great job.
