Very impressed. Came out same day and fixed my water heater for the cost of an hour of labor when the first company I called charged more to show up, eyeball the unit without any attempt at repair and declaring I needed to spend thousands for a new heater. Mark was obviously a master plumber and I really appreciate him taking the time to explain things to me, and the lack of any attempt at an unnecessary upsets. Highly recommended.

I have used Darley's Plumbing a few times. Each time they have been extremely accommodating. The technicians are knowledgeable and explain exactly what is happening with the plumbing. They explain the options and what I really like is whether it needs to be repaired immediately. I had one issue that they could take care of right away but informed me that the problem would eventually get worse. After explaining what would eventually need to be done, I was able to put the funds aside and then have them complete the repair in a couple of months. I will use them every time and highly recommend them.

John and his assistant Michael did a great job making plumbing repairs throughout our house. John was so professional, easy to communicate with and very thorough. Attached is a photo of John after he finished up work at our house. Thanks John (and Michael) for a great job!

Darley's did the original plumbing in out custom home. As always when we need service or help they do a great job at a very reasonable cost. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Keith and Eric did a phenomenal job diagnosing and fixing our issue. They were professional and efficient, and delivered pre-eminent world class customer service. This duo is a true asset to your Organization!!!

Had them come out for a job on Thursday, by Thursday afternoon the issue was happening again. Called back and asked them to come out, the tech said he’d be able to come Friday afternoon to fix it, never showed up. Called Monday and the office staff said a supervisor has to come out to do a quote because the tech wasn’t able to, but that they weren’t available for another week and a half to do so. Which is all fine if anyone had actually bothered to tell me. Very poor communication on the offices end. Will now have to find another plumber to finish the job they started. Very disappointing as the guys they sent out the first time were great.

We had a pipe break last night around 7:30pm that resulted in us having to shut off water to the house! We called Darley's & they dispatched technician Glen, who arrived within an hour! He was professional, very friendly & knowledgeable! He worked quickly & efficiently, but took the time to answer all of our questions! He charged a fair price & got our water back on in less than 2 hours, start to finish! If you need a plumber, I highly recommend Darley's!

They came and repaired a burst pipe in the wall quickly and professionally. Even gave me a mold remediation recommendation. One call, one visit. No more leak! Priced very reasonably.

I can't recommend Darley's enough especially after experiences with other local plumbers. They did a great job, helped us work with our needs, responsive, affordable, and they clean up after their work. Darley's did a range of work for us and I would never call a different plumber!

Gabe at Darley's Plumbing did a great job repairing a toile for me. He even repaired an item that I wasn't aware was broken which would have resulted in a lot of potential future damage had it not been discovered. I appreciate his fast and thorough work.

No hot water, OH NO! But, Darley's Plumbing came to our rescue. I was able to call Jennifer and Pam to get same day install of new water heater. Keith and Zack arrived a short time same day after my initial call. They were able to quickly, but correctly and professionally install our new water heater. They were polite, honest, friendly, professional and they cleaned up as they worked, not leaving a crumb of any work done other than a great installation. I wanted to take a moment to share my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Darley’s Plumbing this past weekend. When a broken pipe left our home completely without access to city water, I was understandably anxious — especially since it happened on a weekend afternoon.

Within no time, two of Darley’s master craftsmen arrived, ready to tackle the problem. From the moment they stepped in, their professionalism, skill, and calm confidence were immediately reassuring. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what needed to be done, and worked efficiently to repair the pipe and restore our water supply.

What truly stood out was not only their exceptional technical expertise, but also their dedication and genuine care. Coming out on a weekend, they turned what could have been a stressful, uncomfortable situation into an experience that reminded me what true craftsmanship and customer service look like.

I had a stuck 20 year old Moen shower faucet that needed to come off to replace the posi-temp cartridge. Zack used a saw and hammer to cut it off and then replaced the cartridge. It took two hours but he was very professional and nice. Price was $300 but plumbing jobs are just expensive. I supplied the part so that saved some. Anyway, 5-Stars to Zack for showing up early and doing a very nice job! Thanks again Zack.

Noticed leaking water heater late afternoon and called Darley's. It Was right at closing and I was referred to on call tech. Described problem and advised that emergency service call would not solve the problem and just cost me money. Gave me instructions to secure water heater and said office would call me first thing in the morning. Received call as soon as they opened and had appointment for noon to replace water heater. Mike and Milton showed up early and quickly replaced water heater. Techs were very friendly and explained what had failed. Mike was especially helpful and patiently answered my numerous questions about maintaining the water heater and even solved an unrelated problem with an outside faucet. Quick response and great service! Highly recommend.

Darley's is the best. I had a unique request with the valve controlling the water into the house and not only did they do a great job solving my issue but they actually recommended the solution! They walked me through the options and then provided a solution which worked perfectly!

We had sewage/drainage problem in our 71 yr old house. Our cast iron pipes in our off grade house started to rust from the inside out causing slow drains and toilets that had a hard time flushing. We had Darleys plumbing come out and assess the situation. We had them take out the original cast iron pipes and replace them with PVC. The Crew that came out were very informative. The price was fair and the work was finished very timely. We would highly recommend Darleys plumbing to anyone who wants quality work at an affordable price.

We are not satisfied with Darleys plumbing. My water heater is still not performing properly. After paying over $200 for new thermostats and elements I still can not get more than one hot shower before it runs out of hot water. I have a 60 gallon tank 4 years old. I will end up calling another plumber to get corrected. Not happy and I do not recommend Darleys plumbing. This was $175.00 service call.
