Had tankless hot water heaters flushed. Darley's plumbers were professional and performed work well. They answered my questions honestly and completely. Honesty and fairness is rare these days, especially when coupled with professional competency.

Darley plumbing gets the job done! I had Darley replace 3 frozen valves and clean the catch in my dishwasher. The technicians were early and got right to work. I was really impressed with the team work. I will call Darley with all my plumbing needs!

I called Darleys plumbing to replace a leaking bathtub faucet in my guest bathroom. A man named Glenn shows up and tells me the job is going to take a couple hours to complete and we will have to reschedule due to the copper pipe being bent. I had purchased a new faucet for them to use and he said he will be back in a couple weeks. When he returned he did the job and I quickly signed the paper. However upon inspection he did not use the faucet I purchased, and he replaced it with a cheaper chrome faucet. He did not ask me or tell me; he assumed I would be too stupid to notice and he stole my faucet. I called the office and it took me calling 3 times over the span of 3 days to finally get the manager to speak to me. Glenn was sent back out to install my purchased faucet and remove the cheap one. It was insulting and I'm sure it was because I'm a woman he thought I wouldn't notice the difference. Please beware of using this company!!! I would not recommend.

Disappointing. Back in October, we had a leaking sink in an upstairs bathroom. They came out, tore up the bathroom, and then we didn't hear anything for a while. We were told, eventually, that mold needed to be dealt with, but no further details or even recommendations. When they finally returned, well into November, they finally replaced a pipe and put things back together. While the guys were nice, they tried to skip out on a minor task in a second bathroom that had been previously discussed. Why this is disappointing is: we just had to call another company to deal with this same issue. The office at Darley's was difficult to reach. Scheduler was rarely in the office or returning calls. A previous experience with Darley's had gone well (except for the difficult office), so we had gone with them again. For the experience in this review, it prompted us to find someone else when the problem came up again.

I would highly recommend Darley's plumbing for your plumbing needs. I have been with them over 2 years and every time, I have received great service. Their plumbers are well experienced and they do an excellent job. Sometime, they come out the same day you call.

I have dealt with Darley's Plumbing for years whenever i have had plumbing needs. I have always asked for Mark. He is an old school plumber that is very knowledgeable and has aways acted professional. He is in such demand by customers there is always a somewhat delay of perhaps a week when asking for him. My only hope is that he doesn't retire or hit the lottery as then he would not be available. Darley's is lucky to have him employed as he can obviously have a favorable impact on his co workers with his knowledge and expertise.

Darley’s is excellent! I highly recommend them. They came out after hours and they did everything to fix my plumbing. I will definitely use them again. They explained everything and put my mind at ease. Thank you Zack and Jake for fixing my problem and being so kind! Wonderful job!!!!

I have been a loyal customer for years. Your employee, Glen and assistant, came into my house to install two new bathroom fixtures. He arrived at 2 o'lock and finished before 3 o'clock, which was less than 1 hour labor. He went to his truck to write up the invoice and presented me with 1 and1/2 hour labor and charged me with a part that was not installed. (I was in the bathroom watching the workers) I questioned Glen about the 1 and1/2 hour labor and he responded that he includes the time he writes up the invoice. After inspecting his work the one fixture was crooked and he blamed the countertop co for drilling the holes incorrectly. I complained to Darley's and they sent him back the next day to fix the problem, but he was incapable to staighten the fixture and said I had optical illusion.(Darley Co has the pics of the crooked fixture) I had the problem fixed by another worker that was in my house. Glen had put the fixtures on backwards.
Darley's should reimburse me for the overcharged 1/2 hour labor and the $24.00 part that was not installed. This was a simple task that turned into a horrific experience. WHY?

Did the plumbing for our remodel-Inspector asked who did the plumbing because it was outstanding! Called them back to install a water heater and water softener had the same great experience!

John and Timmy removed, repaired the valves, and reinstalled my stand alone bathtub. The tub had been leaking for a week, and as it turns out was leaking from the inside, so the shell had to be removed from the base - not an easy job to do without ruining the tub. They were persistent and did a beautiful job. They saved me a lot of money by repairing the original tub. I highly recommend them - great job!

We have been using Darley's Plumbing for several years now and feel quite comfortable with their knowledge, professionalism and customer service. We have an electric company that has begun delving into plumbing and has offered us all sorts of incentives to use them for plumbing as well as electric issues and I simply will not. Darley's has done good, trustworthy, work for us and we are loyal because of this. We have also seen them reach out to members of the community who are in need and provide aide.
