I've been looking everywhere for a Plumber that bills time and materials and not flat rates based on "job type". It was easy to make an appointment, and when they had a cancelation to get me in early, they called and gave me the opportuntiy to take that appointment. It was just before the Thanksgiving holiday, so they were slow and sent 3 guys. Just to work together, so no one would miss a day of work due to the slow season. I still got billed a rate as if only one guy had shown up. As they removed and installed the new garbage disposal, they raved about working for this company, which says a lot. I enjoyed having the guys in my home. They did a great job, the conversations amungst themselves were polite and respectable. And the price was amazingly fair. Since they finished the job is less than an hour they asked if there was anything else they could so with the 15 min left (Minimum was an hour, which is fair) So they adjusted some toliets for me so they flush better. Great company, great employees. My GO TO Plumber from this day forward.

We used Superior Plumbing for a big job. My salon needed plumbing moved concrete cut and salon sinks installed. I hesitated for years due to the cost and downtime involved. When I was finally ready to do this I couldn’t get anyone to come back with an estimate. My client recommended Spencer’s company as her kid was interning there. Once the estimate came in we committed to this project fearfully. I have the worst luck with contractors… to my surprise this was the easiest project I’ve done. They actually showed up when they said they would. The price remained what was quoted. We are very happy with the job!
I have since used them for another plumbing issue at my rental house and the same thing. The guy showed up early! Wow and he communicated the situation to me as it went. Thank you Spencer you have a great team.

Preston and Dallas Were quick with the inspection and very thorough and their evaluation of our plumbing system. The recommendations and plans of action were insightful and for our best interest! We have a 3 and 1/2 bath house that is 50 years old with cast iron drain pipe. Back ups in the master bathroom and laundry room were becoming more frequent, but we did not want to endure the cost and displacement from our home of an under slab pipe replacement. Fortunately, Superior provided a reasonable cost estimate for pipe lining. The plumbing crew that they sent were phenomenal! Dylan was great! Arrived early, promptly fixed the problem, made a couple of minor recommendations and was friendly and polite while doing the job. This was a second opinion visit and they fixed the problem for 1/3 of what the big corporate name in town had recommended. We will call Superior for all of our needs!

The tech was nice. My Plumbing, unfortunately was not backed up when they came out I did explain on the call when I made the appointment that The plumbing was backing up, sometimes not all the time when the Plumber Showed up he only flushed my toilet, ran my shower and looked in my clean out trap The Plumber did nothing else. He did call the Office explained everything and asked could they waive the fee because he couldn’t find anything in the plumbing wasn’t backed up at the moment he was told no so I still had to pay the fee for them coming out. I felt like it should’ve been waived, but I guess they really needed the money.not sure if I will use them in the future.

Everyone I spoke with was very nice, the techs were all very knowledgeable and polite. Larry came out initially to diagnose a slab leak from outgoing water, Jack and Blaze were the techs who did the job. The main issue diagnosis was a leaking kitchen vent stack and also a blocked bathroom vent stack. Jack discovered the blockage was actually the sink pipe that was too long and extending into the vent pipe, he trimmed the pipe and reassembled. The kitchen vent stack was leaking due to a broken/ill-fitting connection at the floor and had debris/roots in the pipe - they cleared the debris, repaired the connection and relined the section of the pipe that was compromised. They arrived on time on each of the two days of work, answered all my questions and cleaned up their work area daily when they were done. Pleased with the overall experience, would recommend and will use them again for future services.

Needed emergency main waterline repair plus proper replacement of old jury-rigged piping into the home. I figured I would need to get the replacement scheduled for a future date. Dalton from Superior showed up at 3:30pm, assessed the situation and assured me his crew could accomplish both before end of day. Over 40ft piping installed, 12" deep, and landscape replaced in 1 1/2hours. These guys were awesome, friendly, and professional. I would definitely use this crew again.

Kyle and Joe were both professional from the get go. We didn’t find any issues which was nice bc the problem resolved itself but it was nice that Joe didn’t push any other services we didn’t need. Honest people!

Our lawn man told me my outdoor faucet was on but, when I went to check, I found the faucet was broken off inside the wall. Then I heard my wife screaming from inside the house and, running inside, I found her standing in our bathroom as it quickly filled with water! Being new to the area, I had no idea who to call. A quick search revealed that Superior had good ratings, and they were located nearby. I called to explain the problem, and they sent a technician at my house within thirty minutes. I was so relieved when he told me he could have it fixed right away. Even more so, I was glad to see how low the cost would be. I highly recommend for you to call Superior the next time you see water where it doesn't belong.

Superior plumbing did an excellent job installing our water softener. Kyle was patient with explaining how it worked and showed us the new emergency shut off valve he installed. I would hire Supereior plumbing again in a heart beat.

Shannon came first to replace cartridge in valve, but it was still leaking. He didn’t do anything wrong, the valve needed to be replaced. Preston did an excellent job replacing valve in bathroom shower. He completed the job quickly. Both Shannon and Preston were very professional and congenial. The owner applied the cost of the cartridge replacement to the valve job which was a very kind gesture and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Superior Plumbing for any plumbing issues,

Joe with his coworker came out to fix issue. They were both really nice and answered any questions that I had. The issue was fixed in a reasonable time frame at a very good price. I highly recommend them and use them for further issues.
