Had an emergency sewer line clog at a rental building on NEW YEARS DAY! Called Mr. Trent. He was there quick. Fixed the problem, good communications, and fair price. He's at the top of my list of plumbers.

Beware!!! Horrible customer service! The lady who answered the phone was screaming at my wife and I before we could even tell her what services we were needing. Stay away from this company. There is a reason they are one of the lowest rated plumbing companies around. I cant believe companies like this are able to stay in business the way they treat paying customers.

I did not have truly HOT water for 6 years. I called so many local plumbing companies and no one was able to solve the mystery as to why my water was only luke warm. In only 30 minutes Mike at Affordable solved my issue and for the first time in 6 years, I was able to take a steaming HOT shower. I'm so happy and the best part about it is that it was truly affordable. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest plumber with experience and a fair price. Affordable Plumbing was very responsive to a plumbing issue in my basement. They quickly fixed the issue, cleaned up the area, and couldn’t have been nicer. Highly recommend!

When we called for a plumber the receptionist was prompt with telling me they could get a plumber out to our home right away. The plumber arrived within 30 minutes of our call. The very first thing the plumber asked while still in my driveway was, "Are you on a septic tank?" I told them that yes we did have a septic tank and started to tell them the issues we were having with gurgling toilets. They walked straight out to the backyard to look at the septic tank without even going into the house. They dug around for a bit and informed me that the septic tank is full and needs to be pumped and they do not work on or drain septic tanks. That will be $95. If they didn't do septic tanks then they should have told me from the beginning that they didn't do septic tanks. The plumber literally never even looked at our toilets, the reason we called them to begin with. I feel like I was taken advantage of. They knew they didn't work on septic systems and yet they didn't tell me that until after they went to my back yard and looked at the tank. I'm not even confident that is the issue or the entire issue. They wanted to collect the $95 for doing nothing. Again, I should have been told before the "work" started that they didn't work on septic systems but they just wanted to collect a fee for not doing a job. Very disappointed

I deal with a lot of real estate/ investors etc. and therefore we have to deal with a lot of vendors, plumbers hands down the most. This outfit s fantastic. Very knowledgeable. Very quick and have their stuff together. There are a lot of bad expensive plumbers out there, these guys are not them, they are great.

Excellent ! I spoke with Affordable Plumbing on the phone about a dryer issue I was experiencing. He sent one of his workers out and he helped me out. and his staff are very honest and care about their customers.

I requested a quote to repipe my home and even though they came out the same day to give me an estimate, I never heard from them again. I was supposed to get the estimate in an email the next day but there was no email. 2 days later I called to check on the estimate and gave them my email again, in case they mistyped it, I was told I would receive it that day or the next day latest and still nothing after almost two weeks. Obviously they didn't want to do the job but at least have the curtesy to call and tell me instead of wasting my time waiting for a call or email. I could've hired another company much sooner. This is not the way to run a company.

Called out to repair toilet that would not drain properly, the tech tried to clear the line and it still did not drain properly. He said the toilet is old we need to replace it and then should drain fine. I bought a new toilet and installed it, with no luck. When I called the office to get them back out to repair the problem, the staff was very rude and aggressive. I paid them for a service that they did not provide and they wanted to charge me again for the service while being rude and yelling at me.

Had a great experience as I called first thing in the morning and was told I would have a plumber come out at noon. If someone became available earlier they would call. The plumber did call and resolved our broken element for our water heater and the charge was very reasonable.

Excellent plumbing company that is friendly, knowledgeable, and their prices are very fair. I've used them on my personal home, as well as my rental properties. Ignore the negative reviews and see for yourself!!!

Called the night before I was so worried about the leak and the next morning they were their at 0900 with a comforting arrival very polite and assuring. The job was completed successfully and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a reliable reasonable and excellent plumber.

From start to finish Affordable Plumbing of Jacksonville were great and went above & beyond. Best pricing by far over all other bids too. I would use them first should we ever have a need. Frankly, we couldn't be happier.

My experience and interaction with Affordable Plumbing and it’s owners was horrible, but I want to share my honest experience to prevent someone from having the same.

Below is my experience. Accidents happen and are navigable. Lacking integrity, respect, and care for your customers is not.

-January 2022 a pipe failed in our home, causing immense flooding

-A friend recommended us to Affordable Plumbing Co (APC)

-APC on call plumber was very helpful, capped the line, and provided a plan to address the issue

-APC owner came to complete the work, which in his professional opinion did not match his on call colleague

-After completing the repiping, he called me. I shared the concern that I was expecting what plumber 1 had described and we agreed upon, to which the owner assured me this would be a sound solution

-I paid $1,500 for the work

-Weeks later, we recognized a slow leak in the bathroom causing ceiling damage

-APC fixed the pipe, and because repairs from previous flooding had not occurred yet, I agreed to not require any aesthetic repairs to the damaged ceiling

-April 2022 the pipe that initially failed and was repaired by APC failed again causing additional flooding

-Originally back on call plumber returned to correct the failed pipe, where he confirmed it was their work previously completed but was unsure of why

-I called the owner to share the situation and see how he planned to remedy the situation, which I remained 100% professional

-He yelled at me, hung up on me, and proceeded to call me shady--implying that I may have been dishonest in my involvement or handling

-After connecting again, I made it clear that I would be having my home repiped with another company, and I would like to be reimbursed for the $1,500 paid previously, or at least what was fair

-APC offered a discount for repiping that I made clear was already completed

-I have called and emailed nearly a dozen times to try to resolve this and have received no response

Had a break in the water line on my side. Was very small and on a Sunday. It was controllable and I left a message to be contacted. I got a reply 7:45 on Monday and service wthin two hours for the repair. All went well and was reasonable priced. Unfortuneately, the repair did not hold the next day. I called and told them it was leaking. I know they were on calls but did show up in reasonanable time to repair. The repair pipe was faulty. It has been two days and all is well. My neighbor had used them and was very satisfied and so am I. I would and will use them when I redo the bath. Met the crew Andrew, Ken and Patrick all very professional and explained their work.

Timely on most work. However asked them to replace sprayer on kitchen sink as part of job. No problem with that mentioned when setting up appointment. Tech then said “they don’t sell sprayers separately... you will need to buy whole faucet setup and then call us back to install” and didn’t do as part of work. Was at Ace, and they do sell new sprayers separately.... I feel a bit mislead by Haley the tech. At least some of the work got done but don’t understand the sprayer not getting done.

They sent a plumber to my house to unclog a shower drain and ended up breaking the bottom hinge of the door. The plumber left the door half open and dangling at an angle and left the house without saying anything about it. I called the office to complain and the woman asked me if it was possible that the door broke by itself. When I said no, she then asked me if it's possible that the door could have broken by itself in a few days because it was old. She was very callous and condescending.

I called back and spoke with the owner who agreed to replace the door. He later changed his mind because the door cost too much.

This was an awful experience. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!!!

They were called a few months ago to come out and check a leak under the sink. They advised me it was a back up bc the dishwasher we didn't use was not properly hooked up. Today, manorher plumber came out and found a pinhole leak in the hose that had been there forever. The plumber also said he wouldn't go under my house.

We needed some creative and extensive plumbing work on our 90 yr. old home. After calling 3 other companies for estimates, Affordable Plumbing was the only company that came out and estimated the job on the spot. Their estimate was almost half what we had been quoted from past attempts (a year earlier). Their friendliness, work ethic, quality of work, cleanliness, and price is without equal. I didn't think craftsmen of this caliber even existed today. They are without comparison. Use them once and you'll never consider another plumbing company. Mike you're a genius!

I own a child care center and called them for a stopped up toilet. They came out, took the toilet off and said they needed a machine and would be back that same day after 3:30 (we close at 6:30). A little after 6pm, we called them and told them we would give them the code for the front door if they were coming later. No one came and no phone call. 8am WE called the next day. The lady taking the call claimed to be the owner and was extremely rude. She didn't try to rectify the situation. Blamed us for kids being in the room next to the toilet. Didn't take responsibility for zero cominication and for leaving us with a toilet sitting on the floor. Disgusting way to do business. Unprofessional and rude. How do you treat others like this?
