Do NOT use these people. They invent problems that don't exist. I could not believe how dishonest and unprofessional they were. RUN don't walk to find another reputable plumber!!

Will never use these guys again. They did 2 out of 10 things i asked them to do. As a contractor i looked like an idiot because of this company! I'll go to someone who wants to get the job done!

Same day service. Friendly communications from office. Plumber arrived the time given. Work was done in reasonable amount of time. Area very clean after complete. Couldn't of asked for better service from beginning to end.

Called today an it was scheduled and replaced from Lisa who is the voice of the company and Chris the plumber whi did the work, it was completed within 3 hours!

First time using Aldridge. They responded to a sewer blockage the same day I called. The plumber was polite and professional. If needed we will use them again.

***BEWARE*** NEVER USE****. He clearly said we charge $92 per hour. He worked a total of 12 mins ON THE DOT and charged me $300.

For what?! Oh its time and a half for coming at 5:15 pm. Its $90 trip charge and it takes 30 minutes to write up an invoice. And we charge for using our equipment and speaking english and some other BS!

So you are gonna charge me for writing an invoice!?

"Yes." he said.

And he goes im actually giving you a discount for only charging you $300

Appreciate the flexibility and sense of urgency. Tyler and Joe were professional, prompt, knowledgeable and awesome. They fixed my issue and answered all of my questions. I will definitely refer and utilize Aldridge again.

First, I'd give this company a "0" îf I could.
I called this company over a week ago, inquiring about getting an undermount sink removed and replaced. The woman that I spoke with stated that they could do the task, so I scheduled an appointment. On the day the job was to be completed, I received a phone call about an hour before the timeslot I was scheduled for informing me that they couldn't do the job. Here I had already taken time off from work, and now I have to find a new contractor...

Aaron and James came out to my home to remove a old cast iron tub. They were amazing! On time, responsible and known. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We had a leak, not sure where it was coming from! Slab or pipes we did our own investigating work- no luck. Call Aldridge & Son's Plumbing Sam and Joe came over and with in 10 minutes discovered that under out dish washer the water holder was split open and each time we ran it massive amount of water were running behind out cabinets traveling thru the kitchen and ending in our GARAGE.. with no base board or wall issues!

Aldridge & Sons are life savers. When our water heater died two days ago, they sent someone out to our house within a couple of hours.
They are honest, responsive and fair. Highly recommend
