i had Aldridge plumbing they did a real good job repiping my home.in 6/28/2016 i had galvanize pipes low water pressure .now i have cpvc pipes now. i have great water pressure. they were very good on price and installation. Bill the owner was great. there are the real deal . i would highly recommend them to do your plumbing needs .thank you Bill and your guys now i'm enjoying my home again. so call Bill at Aldridge plumbing you won't be disappointed.

March and Jake were awesome. Very professional and detailed. Everyone from the owner to the technicians were great. Highly recommend. We will definitely be calling them whenever we have a plumbing issue.

Plumber was nice, came out by himself but seemed like he just wanted to leave after he couldn't fix the problem, and he just complained about having a long week ahead doing some big jobs. Promised someone would get a hold of me to send a team (2 plumbers) out who could go on my roof and snake out my pipe from the vent since he couldn't get it done from under the sink. 11 months later, still never heard a word. Paid $110 for about 30 minutes of their time, and no fixed sink.

We have been using Aldridge & Sons Plumbing for 7 years and are always pleased with the service they provide! Friendly, polite and courteous. Would certainly recommend them for any job!

I cannot begin to say all the good things about this plumber. First of all they are honest and know what they are doing. I used them for a repipe and installation of a water heater and it was literally a life saver. I had an old pipe in the kitchen that was right above my electrical box for my dishwasher and it was about to go. They fixed it and moved the new pipe to a much safer location. Also, my pipes in my shower literally crumbled as they were replacing them. They got all the crumbing old pipes out and replaced them perfectly. I didn’t realize how much of a mess my plumbing was in my house, but they got it fixed and working correctly. The best thing I ever did was to hire this plumbing company and I will be using them in the future for sure.

Our new faucets are beautiful! The crew worked hard getting the old ones off and out. They installed the new ones and cleaned everything up. I recommend them to anyone who needs an honest, good and tidy plumber.

Our toilet got clogged on a Friday night. After calling several local plumbers and being told none of them were available, we came across Aldredge & Sons. Not only did they come out within a couple hours, they told us about a coupon on their website we could use. They were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. We will definitely use them again if we have a plumbing problem!

This is the 3rd time I have used Aldridge & Sons Plumbing from repiping my home to the most recent of installing a new water softener system. Each time I have been extremely satisfied.They are honest, polite and efficient. I would recommend them and have recommended them for any plumbing services.

I bought a condo in Baymeadows and used Aldridge & Sons to re pipe the whole unit, replace faucets, shower heads and hot water heater. Bill and his son Chris were exceptional in their customer service and follow up. And they wore uniforms and worked clean which was important to me. When I was calling around for estimates they were among the lowest. When I spoke to their office manager, Lisa, she directed me to their web site for a $25 off coupon. If I ever have future plumbing needs Aldridge & Sons will be who I call.

I called 3 different "emergency" plumbers who all said they might be able to get me in later in the day. One said there was no chance at all. It was Saturday afternoon and I had a busted water valve leaking for over an hour. I wasn't able to turn off the water main so I was stuck. I then called Aldridge & Sons and spoke with Chris who got someone out promptly who happened also to be named Chris. Being cognizant of it being after hour servicing charges he did what he needed to do to resolve my issue within an hour. Chris even found an alternative solution that did not require ripping out any drywall. I am ver impressed with their response and service. I will definitely be using them again for my next plumbing need. Hopefully not in an emergency scenario.

Update: I had another emergency issue. Just my luck it was on a Sunday again. Called and left a message. I was called back in minutes by Bill and he arranged for Mark to come out. He fixed my main water line and waterline valve to my fridge which was the reason for the emergency call. Mark cleaned up everything when he was done and the work he did was top notch. Now that my main water line is fixed I probably won’t have to schedule emergency appts again (knock on wood) but if you do I highly recommended Aldridge & Sons. This is the second time they bailed me out when I was in a jam.

Very happy with Aldridge & Sons. Once agreed on an estimated price, they scheduled promptly, arrived on time, good attitude, and quality job. They installed a new toilet and replaced a hose bib outside. Price seemed very fair to me. Would highly recommend.

I have known Bill and his wife for many years. They are great people and his company is a direct comparison. Aldridge and Sons Plumbing has done work on a older home we have off San Jose and have been excellent. They let you know up front what the cost will be and then provide excellent work and service. If you have any issues with anything, Bill will often address it himself and the issues are taken care of right away. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I contacted them after realizing I had a water leak which was causing incredibly high utility bills. They not only fixed the leak but improved my existing plumbing. This company goes above and beyond to help their customers, the service is impeccable and the cost is very reasonable. Scott was my plumber and will be the first person I call if I ever have plumbing issues.

They cut our air conditioning line when doing a repair at our condo. They even marked the location of the leak and dug up the pipe around it. But they would not admit to damaging the line. They claimed they heard the buried line "hissing" and dug it up as a courtesy for us. The hole they dug to do their work was five feet away. Our A/C tech wrote a report about the damaged line, claiming it had been cut. In a nutshell we just forked out $3,000 and they wouldn't pay a dime. They might be good I don't know but they are not honest.

What a relief. We’ve already referred 3 of our clients who saw this team come in to assess the condition of our water heaters. I hired this company to replace both of my toilets in my home. After failed attempts and lots of frustration I called & scheduled to have them installed for me. I scheduled my appointment with Chris who was very knowledgeable, asked me questions that I didn’t even think of & knew exactly what I needed. He was patient and understanding explaining the need to know. I had an appointment within the week! Jeremiah came to my home prompt, on time with a friendly attitude. He was professional and also patient with my lack of knowledge. He got to work right away, kept everything clean & even explained to me the grout process to fill in gaps that were left from the previous toilet. I am so thankful for this company, because I now have a piece of mind knowing my toilets are no longer leaking or wobbly. Aldridge and Sons plumbing installed a water heater in my house this week. The old one had 2 months remaining on the warranty and they worked with the manufacturer to have them pay for the replacement heater. I had a new water heater installed within 2 days. Chris in the office and The guy that did the installation were both fantastic. The company exceeded my expectations on this transaction and I will not hesitate to call them next time I need a plumber.

We received a recommendaion and quote for over $14,000 from the company we have been using for our house and our rentals for over 5 years...we had some concerns, so we decided to get a second opinion from Aldridge & Sons, and we are so glad we did! Turns out we did not need the replumbing done! They saved us a lot of money! They were so nice, professional and honest! We will use them and recommend them to everyone we know!!!

I usually don’t write reviews, but Aldridge and Sons is so deserving of this.
I called them for piping in both of my bathrooms.
From the initial phone call to their office, to arranging appointment for them to come out, it was great service. No long waiting on a response. ( I still haven’t heard from the first company I called). Aldridge and son sent Chris out and did a great job, left no mess and the pricing was something I could handle. Their employees were great from the start to the bill at the end. Explained everything to us. So impressed with this company.
Hope I don’t need a plumber Agan too soon, but if so, Aldridge and Son it will be. Thank you Chris and team.

Had to have the whole house re piped, since the previous owner (a landlord, surprise) used the lowest possible bidder. The plumbers sent out by this company were phenomenal. Zachary, the plumber, explained what was wrong in depth, and patiently answered all of my questions, as I am barely familiar with the subject. They also fixed the drain on the bathroom sink while they were here, it's so nice to have that working. I will definitely be giving them a call the next time I need plumbing work done!

Update to add: last year, we had them do some work during a bathroom remodel, and they did a wonderful job. Yesterday, we had them replace our water heater. I wish I could leave 3 separate reviews, they would all be 5 star. Ask for Zachary, you won't be disappointed. His work is top notch, and he's only gotten better since he started.
