I called Affordable Plumbing yesterday about what I feared was a slab leak (but I told them my water was off so it wasn't a rush) and they were able to get me in first thing this morning. Hayley was my plumber and she was so good! She was able to diagnose the problem with my weird old house plumbing and find the leak, which luckily was not under my house! Once she found it, she patched up both (copper) pipes that had holes in them. She was very professional and personable. I will definitely call them in the future when I'm ready to re-pipe my house.

This company was recommended by a friend and I must say that this was the best experience with a plumbing company ever. Our house needed a complete replumbing job after having cooper pipe leaks under our concrete slab. I was dreading it not only for the cost but also for the mess. Instead Tim and his team did a clean, efficient and excellent job that was more affordable than the prior estimates I was given. In addition the prior estimates included cutting several large openings in multiple locations that were not necessary and the project was installed without a huge disruption to our household. We are very grateful and happy to have had such a great experience with Affordable Plumbing.

We experienced yet another great service from Affordable Plumbing! They were able to swiftly resolve our plumbing issue while also treating us with the utmost courtesy. We couldn't be more pleased with their terrific work, again and again!

I broke my water spigot pipe and needed emergency services around 5-6pm. I called and it took about an hour and a half for someone to come out. The plumber replaced this spigot in about 20 minutes which was nice but it looks so out of place on my home, which I'm renting. It's also a pretty bad spigot. Im sure I'll have to spend more money down the road to fix the appearance of the work. He also left the wall open to the elements. Maybe because I took it off, so he thought he didn't have to put it back on, i'm not sure. The price is not what I would call affordable. The photo is how he left it. I would recommend going somewhere else unless you're desperate.

With the arrival of Affordable Plumbing, our house was transformed! Not only did they come quickly to help us out with any issues we had--they offered incredibly reasonable prices. We're so thankful for their professionalism and expertise in getting everything fixed right away.

This is the worst company ever. The lady in the office who claims to be an owner is useless. She’s rude unprofessional and needs to learn people skills. We had them come out a few weeks ago for a clogged drain and we called saying we’re having the same issues. She started screaming. Talking about me and my business to other customers in the office calling me stupid and threatening to not help me if I didn’t stop talking. Then she proceeded to tell me their work isn’t guaranteed and that I was stupid for not knowing what I was talking about. This company is a joke and is not accredited on BBB bc of such bad reviews. Beware!!!!

The lady in the office is insane. She actually is the rudest and most insulting person I’ve ever talked with from a business. She had the audacity to tell me if I didn’t stop talking and asking questions she would tell me to have a nice life and wouldn’t put me on the schedule to be helped. I was asking simple questions. She started shouting and claiming she was the owner and said she wasn’t interested in hearing what I was saying or helping me. After being threatened to be hung up on numerous times and not getting anywhere I finally ended the call and called a legit credible BBB accredited company! Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time!

I had my house replumbed by Robbie and Darryl and they were very professional and went the extra mile to reinstall and patch the drywalls and I was very happy with their friendly and approachable attitudes.They completed the job in the estimated time frame and did a good job.
They were fairly priced beating all the estimates that I received (8 in total) and left the job site clean. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I can’t say enough about this company. I have used them twice for our plumbing emergencies. They are responsive , on time and provide EXCELLENT service. Robbie & his staff are amazing. Robbie personally educated me on all our hot water tanks and was so thorough. He provided options as well. I highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.

This is the best and fair price for every single home owner when you have any plumbing issues, that’s why it is affordable plumbing!

Gave me a quote for a new hot water heater over the phone based on the basic info (electric, easy access). Their quote for the same hot water heater offered by two other companies was far cheaper. I slept on it and decided to use them. They came out the next day. Installed in 2 hours and they cleaned up the piping mess. I had another small project on the side they charged me half their hourly rate for as well, which was perfect. The team did great, efficient work.

Can't speak to the weird reviews about the lady who answered the phone. She was polite to me both times I called to ask for the quote and then schedule the service.

AP installed a hybrid water heater. Old unit was removed and New Unit was in and I had hot water just over 3 hours. Bonus, the new hybrid (heat pump) was pushing cold air into my garage as it heated the water. Total cost was >$600 less than Home Depot quote. Well done.

We had the pleasure of calling this awesome company to come out and deal with our kitchen sink. We were scheduled for them to come out around 9-11 and he came right on time at 9! He got the job done and in a short time. Didn’t make a mess or anything. Steve worked on our kitchen sink, he drained our pipe out and replaced a disposal. He was very informative/knowledgeable and answered my many questions. The ladies at the desk were sweet and had great communication. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent plumbing contractor. We performed core drilling for their project, and their team made everything seamless — the layout was clear, the work area was prepared, and communication was on point. Professional, reliable, and highly recommended for any plumbing work.

William seemed nice and a dog lover but didn’t know how to install a pvc pipe for hot water. He quoted a whole new water tank but wasn’t sure which water tank to recommend because they “painted over the label.” Also they offer a free inspection but he wasn’t sure if I was supposed to pay him or not and called to verify. Not the most professional in my opinion.

Ron and William were top notch. They truly went above and beyond. This was my first time using Affordable, but my sister in law had used them as well as my wife's co worker and that's the best way to operate - referrals, which is exactly what I'll do going forward when I hear of someone needing a plumber - I'll refer Affordable! Thank you guys.

The individual that was sent to my home had NO idea what he was doing. There was someone on the phone coaching and telling him what to do. Worst service ever. I could go on but I won’t.
