Superior Plumbing has been a very responsive and reasonably priced plumbing service. We recently hired them to repair a sewer line in a duplex that had cracks and would have cost us thousands of dollars and most likely lost our tenants, because the line was under a concrete slab that would have had to be busted open to repair. They performed a pipe relining in four hours. The result is no more tree roots entering the pipe that caused clogs and backups. The team was very professional and we are very happy with the result.

Their price is always competitive, quality is great and they meet their schedules. Hard to find contractors that do what they say they will these days, but these guys do. My experience with their pipe lining and regular plumbing services has been great. They are my go to plumber. They have always been fair with me.

Joe Pendleton came in November and diagnosed a leaking shower pan. He replaced the shower pan. After the shower pan was replaced we had to replace drywall, kitchen, dining room and living room flooring. The shower had to be remodeled. Joe returned after all of the remodeling to install the shower head and faucet handle. Joe is always respectful and considerate when entering the house and wears covers over his shoes. Joe Pendleton is a true professional, he is knowledgeable and communicated in terms that someone who does not know plumbing can understand.

The kitchen sink in our office building was backing up. I called Superior and they sent a team out the next day. Apparently it was a pretty gross grease clog, but the guys took care of it and left my office as clean as they found it. Their fee was reasonable, their team, friendly, and professional. I have used Superior in the past and will continue to call them for any plumbing issues in the future. Highly recommend!

I reached out to Superior after my back flow leaked due to the freeze. The company who installed it wanted a $550.00 emergency fee to even come look at it(plus labor and parts). I called Superior right after, they said they would make availability and only charged a $50 service fees they showed up right on time, gave us detailed explanation of what occurred & what we needed and had it fixed with an hour. Thankful for their services!

Joe was a great technician. He worked to unclog our kitchen drain. A complex problem seem to exist.
My only issue was appointment was 2-4 and after 4 I called to see why technician was late. Customer should be notified before actually being late for the appt. We are happy with the service received by technician Joe. He also cleaned up after himself.

On my neighbor’s recommendation, I hired Superior Plumbing to re-line my 52-year old galvanized steel sewage pipes running underneath my home’s concrete slab and tiled floors. I dealt with Cody as my sales guy and project manager. His team, headed by Larry, were prompt, professional , and proficient. I had a few problem areas show up during the process, and these guys remained cool, calm, and flexible in handling everything. Most of the work was done from the roof, in the front yard, and in the bathrooms. However, they wound up having to remove floor tiles and cut through concrete to dig out my pipes in three areas. At the end of the day, no matter how many side issues cropped up, the team left me with at least one bathroom and the use of my kitchen. I was very impressed. In other hands, I would have been totally freaked out, but I trusted Superior Plumbing to ensure I was able to function with minimal inconvenience each day. They saw the project through to the very end, including bringing in specialists as needed. Saved me tens of thousands from the Roto Rooter and other estimates! Impressive. Efficient. We had Superior plumbing line or drainage pipe under one of the bathrooms. It was almost completely blocked with 60 years of gunk. Larry was absolutely wonderful. He's the reason I reached out to Superior again for this job. He is smart, kind and knows his stuff! He worked well with his guys plus he not only supervised he jumped in when needed! I hope we always get Larry supervising any future jobs. It's always been a pleasure working with him. This is a real review, not some AI generated crap LOL if you have an older home I recommend lining your pipes before you have a problem. Joe the plumber was so professional, courteous, and kind. My sewer drains were completely clogged and he checked everything before he was satisfied the drains were clear. Grateful I chose Superior Plumbing for the work I needed done!

Johnny was very thorough in his assessment of the backed up drain line from an upstairs bathroom in a 115 year-old house. He prepared estimates on two options—but did not push either option—and provided plenty of good information to help me make the final decision. The repair was not straightforward, but Johnny put in a considerable amount of effort and completed the repair in under two hours hours—well worth the reasonable price! Bryce and his partner were fantastic. They came in and changed out our drain and overflow pipe to our tub. Great price, great workmanship, great quality would recommend! Extremely transparent, the foundation almost needed to be broken into to fix our issue, but they’re so skilled this project didn’t need that.
