A for effort, they really tried to accommodate our needs for an emergency service. Something happened that was out of their control. I felt like they were really trying their best to get to us, I would recommend and will use them in the future for scheduled maintenance.

I just had my septic tank pumped , Gregg was professional, friendly and informative. Their prices are comparable to most. There is an extra charge if paying with a credit card.

Fast response time and very friendly staff. Options were explained in detail. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Highly recommend this company to everyone. I was in a bind after being stood up by another company. Technician came out performed a pipe repair and cleared the home from blockages for a reasonable price. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. I will be using them for further jobs needed.

These guys came out quick and did a superior job. Seriously. I've had this house for 20+ years on the westside and the city is never going to run sewage out here, so we have to get our tank serviced. Over the past 2 decades I've not been this impressed with service. Great company.

The tech did a good job on what he did. He didn’t offer to complete the installation of the P Trap. Overall things were good.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I PAID THEM 400 dollars to drain the septic tank in and they did not do.it!!!!! In 2 Weeks I had to call another company and another 500 dollars to do it. I only did it because I didn’t have enough money. So now I’ve had to pay double!!!! I’m a senior on a limited income. So I had to borrow the second charge. Also when called on about this issue the owner used the F word several times. Really is this a professional??? Be aware you’ve been warned about these people!!! Good luck folks.

Called for septic inspection etc made appt tech showed up did a great job...easy to get on phone at office will use again in future

My daughter, future home owner & myself paid for this company to do a septic tank inspection that was required in home loan process. This place would not even discuss a the results about their inspection until the $672.00 was paid online. Inspection report was vague and unprofessional! The worst part was when I went to pay online, it asks if I would like to add a TIP!!! Are you crazy? This place is shady as a forest. Don’t hire these people!

I love this company will definitely recommend to anyone looking for septic service . They have kind professionals who show up asap on time and get the job done efficiently! I was very satisfied with the service .

This was a great company to work with. They were prompt in respinding to a repipe estimate, prices were fair, wotker was clean , on time, respectful of my prolerty,kept me informed on progress. Totslly cleaned up when job was completed. Awesome job.

They got here early with a phone call alert, got the job done. Then 2 neighbors asked "Me too " and they are currently in work. Customer service makes money.

Showed up within 2 hrs. Technician called me when en route and when he arrived. when he was done with the job, he called me gave me all the information I needed and cleaned everything up. I did not need to be home and payment was a breeze with the link sent to me after job was completed.

O’connor’s Plumbing came to pump out my septic tank. He arrived when he said he would and was done on about 3/4 of an hour. My backed up toilets and terrible smell are all gone. I highly recommend them.

Extremely unhappy with your non-service. Your person came out and couldn't even find the septic tank and then you charged me $125. I called a different company and they came out the next day and found the ST within 15 mins and pumped it out and everything is working great now. They even told me that if they could not find the ST there would be no charge and they didn't even have to use a camera to find it. I am extremely upset that you charged me $125 for your person doing absolutely nothing. Everyone tells me that you should have never charged me the $125 including other ST companies. VERY, VERY UNHAPPY !!!!
