I called for a busted pipe that would only cost about $2 to $5 plus labor. They did an emergency call.and charged me $475. They did fix fast and servicemen were nice. But...$475 ???

Allen was awesome. He came out and got our water back on pretty quickly. He was very professional as well as knowledgeable.

Don’t use them for gas plumbing. Alan and his son are very nice guys but left me with an incorrect installation setup and overcharged me. Had to pay another professional $200 to come and fix who said he would have done the whole setup for 60% of what rooter charged.

I have a slab leak, Allen & Alan came out to my condo asap to access damage & detected where water leak was at. These 2 gentleman went over & beyond their call of duty!

Allen came out to help us with our plumbing emergency and was amazing! Our whole house’s plumbing stopped working midday on a Saturday and he got to our house within an hour and half, and had the pipes moving shortly thereafter. He helped explain what he was doing and is following back up to make sure all is good come Monday. Thank you!!

This place is way overpriced! Quoted for laundry valve change around $1k where parts were less than $100 from Home Depot! Also, quoted over $3k for water softener install and $8k to replace toilet valve (suggestion was to re-pipe the entire house)! For reference, our home is not old—but this company should be ashamed at how their milking customers.

I’ve been trying to unclog my kitchen sink with various liquid products and even used a commercial snake without success. I called Mr. Rooter for their service and the next day I had to technicians come to the house to assess the issue. After explaining what had been done, Dayshon and Damien went into action, work through the outside vent and immediately resolved the issue. They are very polite and respectful. I will definitely recommend Mr. Rooter services and will use them again.

Unprofessional and bad business pratice.

Mr Rooter We are canceling this contract as we have just now received a copy finally 4 days later after being signed on iPad . We called everyday asking for contract. We were supposed to get a copy of this contract the day the contract was signed as stated on your contact we finally received via email on November 9 2025 16:57 pm. We called numerous times to request a copy of this contract that we gave a $4250.00 for this job. We just now received a copy of the contract via email at 16:57 pm November 9th 2025. I’m not comfortable with the way this business practice. We called number times was told the contract was being sent to us to no avail until today because we put in a dispute with our bank November 9th 2025. By law we were supposed to receive a copy of this contract and did not until today. Getting told twice it was on its way and no email was ever sent with a copy of this contract. I even asked to get it sent to my Wife’s email today it was sent to mine and nothing to my wife after she talked to Alan. The money was already taken out of our bank no permit was pulled as I contacted the duval county permit division. We have a dispute with our bank and credit card division. We talked today with Alan Martin finally about not receiving the contract still at 16:48 November 9, 2025 about stipulations and that this contract does not contain and new items discussed. I even asked him if he could do a new contract to change the date because our copy of the contract was withheld from us until Today November 9, 2025 16:57pm Alan Martin said he could not. We told him if the warranty could be better and if drywall could be done. Alan said he have to talk to corporate or boss. We were called Monday November 10, 2025 and told they were not the company for us and they refunded our money before calling us. If we would have gotten the contract on time this would have never happened being told they were busy after giving them monies this was handled very unprofessional.

I want to thank Mr. Rooter for the new pipe that we needed in the back yard. I was able to meet Justin and Mr. Dalton and they were excellent and provided me with great service. If I need any help going forward I will always request these two gentleman very polite and knowledgeable. Thank Mr.Rooter

I had excellent experience with this company. Alan was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was explained about the problem I am experiencing. I would request him for any future services that may be needed. It's hard to find trustworthy service these days, but this company truly delivers. Highly recommended!

Appointment scheduled with ease. Tech responded promptly. Had to schedule a 2nd appointment to make full repair but made that directly with tech. Love the tech but need them to come back to fix a leak at the supply line. Still my go to plumbing company.

Alan Drozenko w/ Mr. Rooter plumbing was a joy to work with, he was fast, friendly and very efficient, and very patient with me. He was able to locate both sewer outlets and took the time to explain to me what process would be taken to repair my sewer line. Before leaving he assured me that he would email me an estimate and attached pictures so that I may see the damage and what I can expect. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter, and hopefully everyone would have the experience of meeting Alan.

The Mr. Rooter team (Allen, Justin & Dalton) just completed a fairly serious issue with my toilet and shower. The issue was diagnosed and they came back the next day and fixed it. They did a great job and were very skilled, professional, and very nice. I highly recommend them.

Everything went smoothly and as planned. Allen was great in setting us up for the removal and install, and Dayshawn and Damien were great getting the job done. They showed up a day earlier than scheduled, which was much appreciated!! All around great service!!
