The technician was very polite came out, took out The Hot Water Heater went to Home Depot to exchange it because it was under warranty and then brought back the new one and installed it and everything’s been great since then

Pompano Plumbing fixed my water heater. They were very professional from the first call I made to them throughout the process of ordering parts that were delivered to my house, and setting up appointments that were convenient to accommodate my schedule. The service they provided could not have been any better or gone any smoother. I highly recommend Pompa Plumbing and I will use them for future jobs and will recommend them to my friends and family.

A Plumba technician arrived as scheduled to replace a faulty heating control panel on .my Rheema water heater. He (Carlos) was very professional in his workmanship, observing all electrical precautions while replacing the control panel. Also, he observed that my house was on a well water system and took the time to inform me on the proper way to annually flush out the water heater tank.

Carlos arrived on the dot, and very clean and neat in attire. He was precise in his work, and other than no leak but plenty of hot water, he left no sign of have been here. Carlos repaired a factory flaw on a unit under warranty, so there was no charge to me. Next is a new water softener.

Unfortunately my water heater seems to be cursed and has now had 1 thermostat 2 lower elements and 1 upper element replaced since June. All under warranty. None of that is the fault of Pompa. They and their representatives are friendly and efficient and arrive within the window promised. Not much more that or anyone can ask from a service company. Since the manufacturer covers all parts and labor I can’t speak to cost but I’m sure they earn whatever they are paid.

Everyone from Chris, Mark and Melanie were exceptional. They were very prompt and professional when dealing with my water heater issue. I cannot say enough about Ray the technician. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I give him 5 stars alone.

Pompa was Professional and 30th, they got the job done quickly, cleaned up after themselves, ordered a part that was required to make sure I could still use the unit while that part was in transit, and fixed everything in a jiffy. Highly recommend them. Anthony and Brian were great technicians. If you need a plumber, you want to call Puppa.

Carlos did an awesome job. He was on time, courteous, experienced and very friendly. He worked very fast and efficiently. It's took longer for us to check out at home depot then him replacing our water heater. They were very easy to work with accommodating with scheduling. I would definitely recommend them.

Cody came out and gave excellent service. Remodeling our home and getting ready to install a new water softener. Cody was able to listen and understand exactly what we were looking for. He gave us a few options with different price points for us to choose. Would definitely recommend you ask for Cody for any of your plumbing needs.

Update because I couldn't figure out how to post a new review. Just had Allen out for a slow draining shower. Very efficient and took care of the problem quickly. Everyone I've encountered with Mr. Rooter has been a pleasure to work with.

Alan was awesome in helping us hook up our new Weber grill on our home gas line. Required some hard to attain parts but he managed to get them in a timely manner, so we can grill for July 4th! Appreciate his help and highly recommend
