AMAZING company, literally saved me so much headache and did a repipe and resewer at 22K less than the major plumbing companies in town that price gouge. Family company and great quality work. Use them and no need to overspend!!

Renee, David & Buddy did an excellent job on the exchange of old cast iron piping with PVC piping while my husband & I was cruising on Royal Carribean Wonders of the Seas which took so much pressure off us. What a way to go guys!! Thanks you so much!!

The manager came to our place named David and he arrived at 7am without a heads up. Next he proceeded to go and fill up the sink with water so he can snake up on the roof and see if it drains. Now before Dave even visited our sink didn't drain fast enough it was slow. But after his visit no more draining. And he charged us 136$ for his b.s service. Terrible service will not use or recommend.

Unprofessional.

Ridiculous charges.

I will never recommend this company.

Firstly, they unclogged a tub but then flushed the clog down the toilet. Hello!?

Then the crew member left urine on the toilet and didn't wash his hands after using the bathroom, grossly unprofessional.

The worst part?

$125 charge for less than 10 minutes worth of work with a drain snake AND THEY DID NOT TELL ME THE COST UNTIL AFTER THE WORK NOR GET MY SIGNATURE ON ANY INVOICE.

A week ago my insurance company sent out Kimball plumbing to fix a water line leak in my ceiling from a rodent or rodents. Four days later, another leak occurred in my ceiling at a different spot in my house. Pipe Right was referred to me by my daughter’s contractor. Pipe Right fixed the leak, checked all the water lines up there for additional chew marks. They found several more, even the area Kimball plumbing failed to notice. There was also a small pin hole leak in the first area, that was supposedly fixed, which was still causing unseen damage. Pipe Right was very thorough and made sure all leaks were fixed. I wouldn’t call anyone else but Pipe Right Plumbing!

Pipe right did a great job on my wall leak. David and Buddy were top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing need. There were fast and courteous and the charge a fair price.

Pipe Right got to the bottom of a flooded basement sewer line issue at my tri-plex rental property. So many other plumbing companies either wouldn't take the job, or wanted to charge me $500 up front to camera the line and then do nothing about it. Pipe Right's lead guy is like a dog with a bone when it comes to figuring out the root cause. If you are a real estate investor, you need trades like Pipe Right - they know their stuff and they have integrity.

Whoever handles the phone calls and customer service aspect is not the nicest. Very abrasive and does not seem concerned with the customers issues. From the moment I contacted them in regards to repairs they made on a house before we purchased it and from the beginning of our conversation they were constantly insisting there was no way they were the cause for the leak. She explained several times how someone could’ve ran over it and there was a lot of construction going on at the house so I needed to be aware that it’s could end up not being covered under their warranty. Luckily the gentleman they sent out, after making it seem like they were gonna be too busy to make it to my house in a timely manner, was very kind and professional and explained how the issue was fixed and it was in fact covered under warranty. I explained the the woman on the phone how I have 1600 dollars in JEA charges on my account and she still seems very uninterested in helping provide the documents ASAP so I can dispute the charges. After explaining to her jea advised me to email them a copy ASAP and just to provide the original documents whenever I received them she proceeds to tell me they can’t email them until tomorrow... definitely will not be returning for services from them. Like I said. The actual plumber they sent out was very professional and kind... the only reason for my review is to hopefully have some customer service improvements for future customers.

We highly recommend PipeRite Plumbing and if you have plumbing concerns, you should give them a call before it becomes a weekend emergency service call (like us)! We just purchased a six year old home and knew we were going to need PipeRite to come out to check out a few things that we knew weren't right. Wouldn't you know it late on a Friday night, one of the concerns turned into a clogged toilet with raw sewage coming up in the sinks, shower and tubs. UGH! Reached out to Renee for an emergency weekend call on Saturday morning. She told us Dave and Trevor would be out by 1p to take a look. PipeRite Plumbing to the rescue on a weekend! Dave and Trevor were quick to check out all the plumbing fixtures and get up on the roof to start snaking out the sewer line. It was not an easy clog to release but it finally broke loose. Once complete Dave even took the time to walk through our home to ensure all my fixtures were working and no longer clogged. We greatly appreciated Dave and Trevor that day. We scheduled Dave and Trevor to come back out to flush the tankless water heater and look at an issue in the shower. And boy, I truly thought the shower issue was going to be an easy fix and I was really wrong. Dave found screws rusted in the wall that shouldn't have been rusted and clearly he was worried this was going to turn into a much larger job than he had thought. They needed to go back to the plumbing supply house for some parts and before he left, he asked "what if this or that is the issue, what do you want to do?" He returned ready with parts to tackle the mystery hiding behind the shower tile. It was clear that Dave knew what he saw was not "normal". Dave was very knowledgeable and explained all the work he would be doing to fix the issue and if it did not solve the issue, what he would do next. The issue ended up being the bigger and very wet problem we feared but Dave reminded us that he was there and it would be corrected right. The last part needed wasn't readily available in Jacksonville so Dave ordered the part and had it overnighted. Buddy came as soon as it was in town the next day to install it and finished just minutes before my parents came to visit for the weekend. Dave, Trevor, Buddy and Renee were lifesavers and we were all able to shower again (which is always appreciated in the Florida heat)!

David and his son, came out to our home so help us with our well pump, they made our day.

We bought a house without noticing that had a well, we were really concerned because we thought our well wasn’t working, we reach out to them. Made an appointment, and they got there… on time. They were so professional, had an amazing attitude and ready to get the work done.
By the end the left us with the well working 100%.

We had an emergency plumbing issue. Renee kept in contact with me & the plumber she sent was early & very professional. He showed me what the problem was & got it fixed quickly & correct. Will highly recommend & if I have another plumbing issue in the future they will be my first call.

David was awesome he fixed the TPR valve on my water heater. He was professional, quick and didn't try to sell me anything else. Also the receptionist Rene, is awesome. She recommended an A/C guy that was way better than a big name company i had worked with a few days earlier. I recommend them to anyone.

I realized I had a leak somewhere between my kitchen and dining room when my laminate flooring started turning colors. I called Pipe Right and the owner David Hamm came out within the hour. He located the leak quickly, wrote up an quote for me and had his crew out to my house within 48 hours (quickest and most convenient for me). Alex and Kurt did an excellent job, they were friendly and professional! Thank you David, Alex and Kurt for a job well done!

I cannot say enough good things about Dave and Renee, and the guys that work for PipeRight!! Years of very courteous, knowledgeable, and quick responses every time I need a drain unclogged. If you need a reliable plumber, you can't go wrong with this one. Everyone needs true "family type" connection for staple needs that you can trust when it comes to home repairs. I contacted Pipe Right Plumbing to replace my 19 year old hot water heater. Renee took care of the scheduling. She was very friendly and professional.
The two guys that came out to change out the hot water heater were on time (which is almost unheard of these days) and professional. They replaced my old hot water heater in no time. After they left, you could not tell anyone was even there. No mess left behind whatsoever. I did not even realize how bad my original hot water was until I had the new one installed. I am thankful for Pipe Right Plumbing and all who work there. Fast, professional, and friendly. I will definitely recommend them at any time.

I received such great service from Pipe Right Plumbing. I called and they came out same day. They inspected our sewer lines with a camera and discovered the severe issues. David and his staff were professional, friendly, thorough, and completed the job on time. Our sewer system can now handle our 9 grandkids visiting! Called them to have piping put in on my old house. Jea added a tap but needed 400ft of pipe to the house quick to be able to sell the house. They were able to have it done the next couple of days. Finished work in one day. Then tested good the next. Quick, efficient, and competitively priced. Great work all around.
