Watched this man totatly rip off a friend of mine for 200 bucks. It takes longer than 10 secounds to put freon in a system. Ac never cooled off. Dont use this company. He is a scammer .

Overall the service from alumni was sub-par. They had rude customer service and an untimely finish. Would not recommend using them again.

He helped me greatly even he is out of town to trouble shooting a AC issue caused by someone else. He pinpoint the issue over the phone and saved me a ton of troubles without charge. Highly recommended to anyone.

Omg save your money he turn on freon 2 secounds charged me $200 after trying to get $300 i looked at gauge when he started and it was same next day when he came back ac never droped any not 1 degrees he said it would take little wile .( never has befor ) but ok . The guy bitched and yelled the whole time .total rip off save your money.and they are charging crazy money for r22 and it is cheeper 44b they are using.

I highly recommend this company! A previous company attempted to charge our landlord $1300 for a service that was not necessary and would not have fixed the problem. Hugh came right in diagnosed the problem with in minutes and charged SIGNIFICANTLY less than the previous quote. You cannot go wrong with this company.

We had several companies look at our system saying it wasn't fixable. Yes, it's old and will be replaced soon. Hugh Smith not only identified the problem but comes on time and is ready to fix it. Just a quick pickup for the part needed. Where others are high pressure sales pitches with outrageous quotes.
