Alumni AC did an outstanding job from start to finish with installing a new AC unit in my condo. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I 100% recommend Alumni they beat everyone’s price which saved me lots of money.

My Air Conditioning unit stopped working on a hot, humid Friday evening. I have a service plan with another A/C service company but they didn't have any availability...I needed help immediately it was in the 90’s... A close friend recommended her service guy Hugh, Almuni Air Inc.
I called him and he was immediately in ” fix it” mode. He was professional, knowledgable and thoughtful...and affordable. He pointed out concerns that needed to be addressed immediately.
The A/C guys whom I used prior installed my A/C and never resolved the open permit. This was a great catch... Called the county to resolve. I also had an ongoing leak that cost me to replace freon... The previous guys who came out a couple months ago never brought it to my attention.
Alumni air was able to resolve the issue and we now have cold air! I am now with Alumni air

Our ac stopped working and we were in need of ac repair/replacement service and called Alumni AC. The owner of the company was very friendly and promised to get someone out the same day, not only did the owner and a technician come out but my family felt confidant that we wanted to do business with this company. We had previously contacted several other companies whom we felt estimates for repairs and replacements were over our budget and whose good customer service skills were lacking. Needless to say that was not the case for Alumni. We found them not pushy in trying to sell us a new product, as a matter of fact the owner kept telling us our old ac was fixable, that let us know He cared about our budget and was not out to get our money. Well we did decide on a new ac and that was the best decision we could have ever made. Too busy enjoying our system, the owner had to call us to find out if everything was ok. In case I forgot to mention our system was fully put in in less than three hours! Would I recommend Alumni AC? Already Have!

Hugh and his crew did a great job installing our new system. He answered every question I had and I never felt like he was just trying to sell me anything I didn't need. He got us out of a jam when our house we just bought was trying to cook us alive in August! I recommend Alumni to anyone looking for good honest AC work. Go Bulls!

5 years ago Alumni AC installed a cooling unit. They were great !! they installed the system in one day. 5 years later It stopped working, on a Friday. Another company came to fix it saying it needed 3 parts. The parts weren't ordered till Tuesday so I called Alumni, the owner came over and 1 hour later I had ac. It was a relatively easy fix and no parts were needed.
Alumni is professional and honest, I reccomend them for ALL your ac needs.

Want to thank Alumni AC for coming out and doing a great job this week. We had a 12 year old ac unit, and it was using old R22 freon. The coil was rusted out and leaking, which the technician took apart the unit and showed us. He said that it can be repaired, but we decided to go with a new efficient system. The permits were pulled efficiently and all the inspections passed.
I want to give a special thank you to Alumni Air conditioning for their help in getting me a new system.

Hugh, was amazing from beginning to end. He gave his expert opinion on the type of AC unit I needed. Hugh installed the unit and cleaned up after installation. I love my new unit and it is whisper quiet. He was kind and personable. I would highly recommend this AC company and would call them if needed again. A+ company!!!

The technician, Jordan, was very cordial, professional and patient in explaining to me what the problems were with my AC unit. Mike was very knowledgeable regarding my services and diagnostics, and even brought some awareness to a problem I was completely unaware of that could potentially cause health problems long term. I was so impressed that I signed up for their monthly maintenance plan. I can’t speak enough praise about this company thank you again!

Tech arrived early in the service window, consulted with me and then began his thorough diagnostics. Problem was resolved quickly although no definitive cause was identified.

We had a great experience with the installation of a new HVAC system. Jordon quoted a fair price and followed up with everything promised. The technicians were professional and polite and cleaned up everything after they were done. I would recommend AIM highly to anyone looking for a fair price and quality install of a new HVAC.

Top shelf experience. Upon recommendation of a very satisfied neighbor in the Brooker Reserve community, I requested Cody to come out and provide an estimate. He took the time to inventory the intake and vent points within the home to assist him to calculate the proper amount of tons needed.
Cody assisted by an automated program, on site, came up with 4 different options for me to consider. Each option held specific details on what was included and what was not. Nothing was left ambiguous. All aspects were clear and written in a professionally formatted report.

I've got to say that Cody's presentation blew away his competitors who came with a pencil and paper.

The price.was substantially less than my current A.C. company with whom I had a 10 year service contract.

Cody was respectful , knowledgeble and caring during this process. He was great.

I signed the contract on a Thursday and my new A.C. was installed by Saturday.
AIM" advised me via text automation when the techs were on their way. The techs arrived early. They competed the job and the work area was left nice and clean. I highly recommend that you call In Cody and choose the best customer experience, product and price. Applause for Cody and AIM services !

I allways look forward to my semi annual inspection with Jordan. Jordan is trustworthy and a pleasure to be around.

AIM service group is consistently one of the best companies to work with. They have the best technicians, fantastic communication and an understanding owner. AIM service group cares about the customer and it shows in their work. I use them for my home, investment properties and have no problem referring them to my clients.

Eric Nielsen , a professional, very honest men and consider all aspects of my unit to see what was the issue/problem first.
He said why would you live a family without air conditioning! That really touch me there, we need more of you Eric and the company like AIM!
Eric Professionally Install Drain Safety Float Switch for a reasonable cost, and not to replace the whole unit at least for now. Also AIM waived my service fee which is very nice.

When we bought our new house, the outdated AC unit was cooling rooms unevenly and was plainly on its last legs. I needed to get it addressed before the summer. I had used AIM in the past for a smaller job and I trusted they could solve the issue.

Before accepting a penny of my money, Jimmy and his team thoroughly examined the system and put together a creative plan. He presented me several options, and took his time to walk me through the pros and cons of each (without a whiff of pushiness). Once I made a decision, his team executed the same week.

Can’t say enough about this group. They are fair, transparent, don’t oversell, and are consummate professionals across the board. Trust them with your business.

Eric was very honest and spent a long time explaining the technology and cost breakdown of each and every carrier and made me feel comfortable with the decision we made . HUGE props for a very helpful, knowledgeable, fairly priced AC company. If you're like me originally from 'up north', you know the quality standard for FL vs up there. He gives you what most don't 😉
He spent hours here last week going over all the options, pros and cons, making sure the quotes for new systems was what would be most useful for decision making with ZERO buy pressure. He simply listens to the customer and helps with info. He also went above and beyond, spending more parts and time fixing a problem until the new system was installed so we aren't dead in the water!

The new Daikin Fit system went in without a problem and the whole crew was professional and efficient, answering all questions and genuinely excited to get the job done!

We got multiple quotes and know we made the right choice, no question. Don't hesitate to reach out for your own if you need a system, that's for sure.

EDIT: Month 3 Update - everything is working perfectly and I'm very happy to report 30%+ reduction in electricity use!

McKayla and Michael were both great ti deal with, especially since it was Labor Day. McKayla made sure to find a tech (Michael), who arrived within an hour. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and stayed to ensure everything was back running and continued running. I am so glad I chose AIM to make my AC purchase.
