From the time I Called and asked for a quote and Jimmy came out, until the completion of the job Parker and Rey, I feel as if I was dealing with one of the most professional companies that I have ever dealt with. Parker and Rey's installation time for such a big job was amazing, they answered any questions I had about the Nest Thermostat and the new system for the house. I could not have asked for a better set of people to deal with. I highly recommend Jimmy and his crew at Aim for any A/C installation.

I had a great experience with AIM! He was helpful and very honest. Didn't try to tell me there were a million expensive things wrong with the unit. I will be calling them again in the future if I ever have any other issues! Thanks for the great service!

Jordan was absolutely helpful and very professional. He made sure everything was working and explained everything clearly. Also he suggested some things that can lower my electric as well as calling teco to double check my house to make sure that there is no problem coming from any where else that's making my electric high. I love this company because they come out in a timely manner if you are having trouble with your AC. I can say that they are honest and they do not rip you off like some other companies which will try to tell you something is wrong just to get your money and with them I have not experienced that at all. They come out for my maintenance and tell me that everything is working good and they do their job and off they go. No other extra issues. So if your looking for an honest and professional company. I suggest giving them a call.

Mike the technician a great guy. Friendly and helpful! Has done my routine checks several times, I like this because he knows what he was seen or done before. Consistency I think is great!!

Great service! Fast, reasonably priced, top AC Units available, good warranty, just superior all the way around. Low maintenance. They installed and replaced an entire AC Unit without me having to be home at the property due to work schedule. I gave them access to my home and they handled everything. All documents signed electronically made it a very efficient process.

I wanted to wait until the hottest day of the summer (yesterday index 112°) to give a true review and I can honestly say we are beyond pleased with Aim service group! We had a prior unit from a local competitor for 15 years and during the summer it ran all day long, never shut off and never got below 84 degrees during the day. The previous company came out many times and could never get it to run right. We were assured by Eric the sales guy with Aim that as long as the new unit was installed correctly it WILL do what its supposed to and it has! The temp stays set (we usually stay at 75/76 during the day) and it not only stays at that temp but also actually shuts off!!! They also were honest and told us our duct work did look good and that didn’t need to be replaced. I’m so glad we had it done when we did to survive this summer! We took a chance based on a referral from a friend and we are so grateful! Thank you for being honest, competent and a pleasure to deal with!

We were very satisfied with AIM! Eric was very good explaining the details of the estimate and was very nice. They replaced an air conditioner unit and handler. The guys that installed it did a very good job! So we very happy and will recommend them highly!

I called AIM at 8:30 this morning and AIM was at my home by 1:00PM. Mike cleaned my drain and reset my system. He explained my situation and signed me up for a simple maintenance plan that gave me the assurance that future issues can be avoided or caught before any damage to the unit occurs. Mike was extremely courteous and professional. He is the perfect example of how AIM focuses on the customers needs. If you want no nonsense service performed by highly trained individuals, look no farther than AIM.

Men that came could not have been more professional and extremely polite and very nice. They never even took a break for lunch. They explained everything to me and how to use the thermostat. They explained to me that they would probably be back in a week to put the finished cover on the unit. i would recommend everybody I dealt with from the gentleman who came and gave me the estimate to the workman. I am so pleased that I went with your company.

Just had a service completed by Mike Bell. Mike was extremely professional, on time, explained everything in great detail, and let me talk his ear off. He was quickly able to locate a leak in the evaporator coil and reviewed repair options. Having a reliable technician that is competent and personable is huge when it comes to the trades. We will be using Aim for our AC needs moving forward and I will be sure to request Mike by name in the future. Thanks, Mike! I hope to rely on your expertise for years to come!

Mike was super friendly down the earth with fair pricing, found an issue with burning in the unit gave us a discount for joining there membership, really good experience.

I called on a Sunday evening at 9pm and jimmy the owner answered the phone. He was so professional, understanding and helpful. They came out Monday and mike was great!! He explained everything in detail and fixed the issue. They were able to get me in ahead of the scheduled appointment which was great in this heat. No upselling, just good old fashioned great customer service. I found out they are a family owned business and they seem to take great pride in honesty and integrity. Pricing was fair and it was a seamless transaction. I was on a membership with another AC company for nearly 10 years and they told me they couldn’t get to me for another day. Needless to say I cancelled my membership with them and signed up with AIM. Thank you Jimmy and Mike, great work

After further discussion and adjustment, I am changing my review to 5 stars. There was a bit of miscommunication, but Eric reviewed and everything else is excellent. I would highly suggest them. The equipment is exceptional!

Mike, was so pleasant. He was knowledgeable and found and fixed the issue right away. Please thank him again for us. We will definitely continue to use you . Mike did let us know about a maintenance plan you have and I will call in and get set up on your plan.

I cannot say enough nice things about my experience with AIM air conditioning company. Not only was the workmanship quality and expedient, but also beyond my expectations in comparison to any other services I have had done in the recent past, by similar companies. I would highly recommend Jimmy and his team to anyone!! I have hired him to not only service my home, but now my business on a routine basis. I feel that secure with the way he conducted himself and what I saw of his work. I have no doubt in my mind, that anyone who uses this service will be satisfied beyond their expectations, as I did.
