Stand up guys and stellar service! I had an issue on a Friday afternoon and they came out and diagnosed and fixed it same day. Definitely using them again.

While I never like the circumstances of having to reach out to Cool Edge, they have been my go to for years and always take the best care of my home. Their care and concern for my issue make it feel like they are family and that they are treating my home as if it was theirs. I will always call them for my AC needs and highly recommend others do the same. Thank you to the entire team!

I am very happy with Cool Edge and Justin. I live in a 50 year old 3rd floor condominium and there were several issues that had to be addressed. Justin ripped out the old platform the unit was sitting on and built a new one. It was one problem after another and addressing each one took 2 days. Justin patiently worked through each issue and it’s working great now. I give Justin and Cool edge 5 Stars.

LaReik was prompt, professional and very thorough. I couldn’t be happier with the level of technical and customer service provided. My family is new to the area and based on this experience, we will be using Cool Edge moving forward.

Others tried to sell me a new system but Cool Edge came in and fixed my current Trane and said I can get another 7 years out of it. They back their work and service their work after a major repair. Second experience
My compressor was not activating. Called Cool Edge. LaReik came on time and ready to work. He was amazing. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Repaired it within 1 hour with parts on hand. As a second time having cool edge service my AC, I would certainly call them again. Their prices are reasonable and techs are down to earth, knowledge, and responsible. I will definitely call them again.

First experience
I try hard to find business where the customer service is excellent, the people are friendly and knowledge, and they don't rip you off on their prices. These guys check all three boxes! I would recommend them to anyone, especially Alex. He's an awesome AC technician. That guy deserves a raise and a paid day off for his amazing service. I will definitely be doing business with Cool Edge again in the future and will recommend them to my friends.

Alex was thorough and efficient. He fixed the problem and didn’t try to “sell.” Had my AC back and running in less than 30 minutes. He explained everything so I could understand. The best part was that he was 3 hours late due to other jobs. This was the best part because he called me a couple times to update me on his progress and timeframe. He didn’t leave me sitting around wondering if anybody was going to show. He was honest and I really appreciated that because he kept me informed. I highly recommend company.
