We had a ductless a/c unit installed by Rob at Professor Cool, AWESOME unit. Rob, has come to our home to service our unit before. We explained the temperature difference between our master and the rear of the house. We have explained all the things we have tried, to cool off the hot rooms with no prevail. He is very informative and takes his time to explain your options and what he is going to do. He doesn’t mind how many questions you ask, he is very patient and explains his answers until you feel comfortable. Rob and his crew, installed the unit quickly and very clean, no mess left behind. I will definitely call Professor Cool, for any of our needs.

We appreciate that they never recommend replacing something that can be easily repaired, which shows their integrity and customer-first approach. Whether it’s routine maintenance or unexpected repairs, they’ve consistently provided excellent service. We highly recommend Professor Cool to anyone in need of A/C services! Important to note, however, they do not work on the weekends, but I would rather sit in a hot house awaiting their service than deal with anyone else and I believe that's saying something.
