Danny came in and fixed the problem and I don’t need to replace the unit.
I’m only using him for everything.

I love Professor Cool! Very professional, honest and fair. He will not overcharge you and try to charge you for something that doesn’t need to be done. Just quick service and responsive communication. I don’t think he’s actually a licensed professor, but he could teach HVAC at a PHD level

I emailed them on Sunday evening and they were out first thing Monday morning. The tech was very professional and helpful even taking it a step further by helping to switch out all of our filters. My husband has been very sick and they really went above and beyond to help us out. We are grateful and permanent customers!

They always return calls and if can’t fixed your units same day. They provide you with portable units to keep you cool or warm. Never have I ever had a heating and cooling company care how you will survive waiting for parts or in my case entire new unit. They are great customer service company and very trustworthy.
