I had a great experience with Lakeside Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Inc. The service technician was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. All work was completed in a timely and professional manner, and he kept us informed every step of the way. He also took the time to point out other necessary repairs, which I appreciated—no pressure, just honest information.

Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work provided. I would recommend Lakeside Heating, Cooling & Plumbing for any repairs, new installations, or new construction without a second thought.

I love lakeside and their employees! Prompt; fair pricing and knowledgeable. We worked with Don whom came out; assessed our problem, explained necessary steps and completed the repair( leak under slab) He then explained thoroughly what caused the problem and future recommendations. He was extremely courteous and professional. I have used lakeside for several plumbing issues and would highly recommended them. I have referred them to friends and they have been pleased as well

Marcos and his coworker were amazing. They installed a water system for me and were very thorough in explaining everything. Customer service for lakeside is awesome from the very beginning to end. They offered free estimate for installation and were very reasonable priced

This was our first experience with Lakeside. Jay came to the door. He explained the details of the service contract and what would be done on an annual basis. He was so courteous and so professional. Definitely inspired confidence in the company. The whole process of signing up for a yearly contract, having the service done immediately and receiving receipts and information via email and text was easy and seamless. I have to agree with all the stellar reviews I saw online.

Had to get my entire AC UNIT replaced. I was so stressed. Had 4 companies come out and provide quotes. In the end, I truly hired the best of the best to do this job. Highly recommend Lakeside! Met Robert, he was amazing. Explained and showed me what issues I was currently dealing with. Always answered my texts and calls whenever I had any questions. Never felt pressured or rushed from him to make a decision. Other companies just pressured me and wanted me to sign quick after telling me my unit is finished and they can come out tomorrow and install unit for 130$ for 15 years that’s over 23K?!?! A lot of red flags. Lakeside prices are super competitive but above all this company cares about its customers and that’s why I chose them. Met Don and Steven today to install my unit. Power duo! They were outstanding and really nice guys! The install looks great they did a really clean job. My garage was spotless when they left - they picked up any trash or old equipment. They took the time to explain how to maintain my unit, work the new thermostat and answered any questions. Robert even stopped by during the day to make sure I was good and if I had any questions about the install. Can’t find better service than that. Thank you so much Lakeside - I’m ready for the blistering Florida heat this summer with my new unit.

Jonathan Lee was hands down the best home service repair man i’ve ever had work in my home. He was timely, friendly and incredibly detail-oriented. he fully explained my issue to me and how he would solve it and he did just that! he also answered several unrelated general questions i had and gave me a full crash course on my home’s plumbing configuration. i felt like i was dealing with a family friend the whole time and for that im very thankful!

Austin was very polite and professional. He was also very knowledgeable about our air conditioner. He kept me informed on what he was doing and showed me pictures of items that need to be addressed. He answered all my questions.

So I’ve had 2 positive experiences with Cornerstone pros. The first one was years ago. Our toilet wasn’t flushing hard, we received a diagnosis / estimate for a new toilette, a $400 job from another company. Someone from Cornerstone pros came out and said we just needed to drain the water/ soak with CLR for a day, and remove the build up. Worked like a charm and saved us hundreds.

Today- Kevin D came out to give us an estimate and his professional opinion on our AC duct work. We received 2 estimates from 2 other companies prior- Kevin was by far the most transparent and informational with describing the job and information pertaining to the job. I learned more during his walk through than the other 2 walk throughs. Kevin D is a gem, and for sure an asset to Cornerstone. More specialists should be like Kevin. Thank you

Very happy with my service today. Cornerstone was recommended to me by the former warranty supervisor for my new build home (he knows!), as he stated that he was very happy with them as a company, as compared to other major competitors. I agree wholeheartedly! Carsen, my technician was attentive, communicative, and recommended what I needed to keep my home running smoothly. They are reasonably priced and got me in for a next day appointment as well!

Carson was very polite, honest, and a hard worker. He checked all our units, and told us that one unit there was a two parts that were going bad. He said we really didn’t have to fix it now we could wait. However, it was covered under warranty so we had him fix it today.

Cornerstone has always maintained a fantastic name for themselves in our industry So when I needed a plumber for My personal home they were a company I recognized right away. Not only was the service prompt. The communication both phone and via text was great. I never felt like I was waiting around to hear back from them and My issue was given attention and swift action with really great communication from both the main office and the technician. And I can tell you when you are dealing with a plumbing issue on an appliance that everyone in the house uses knowing that the company cares about as much as you do is pretty comforting.

Terran was very professional, spent several hours testing and tuning our A/C/Heatpump, and when he was done, he went over everything he had found and what the best actions would be. We are very pleased!

This is a great company and I consider it an asset to our community. I had a plumbing problem. They came right away. James was respectful, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Problem solved in a few minutes and I was not overcharged.

Dennis was very upfront and honest. Very helpful and polite with us and our kid. Happy with his service and will absolutely recommend him in the future if we need an electrician again.

Jonathan was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me the cause of my leak, how it would be fixed, and gave advice on what could be done to help prevent future leaks. With that, we don't have a water softener. Johnathan dropped some good knowledge and I learned hard water is the major culprit that leads to troublesome piping causing buildup, and deteriorates plumbing parts which will lead to leaks. We received a quote from Cornerstone for the best water softener that would meet our needs. I would definitely recommend Cornerstone to my friends and family and plan to use them in the future.

In 2021 I had Cornerstone put all new water pipes in my home, seemed ok so In 2022 I had them come out and replace my a/c unit (bought it brand new) and what I believed to be brand new air ducts over $7000. Fast-forward to two weeks ago my a/c stopped working a very nice technician came out. Said my whole system needed to be cleaned out but it was right before Thanksgiving so we just did a quick clean out and we were going to reschedule to do a more involved clean out in the upcoming weeks in the meantime I had someone come to put insulation into my crawl space (from another company) the worker told me that my air conditioning in the crawl space is completely open and just blowing cold air into the crawl space. I'm losing 60% of my air conditioner, so upon further investigation I see that there are no new ducks in my crawl space. Okay, so I call cornerstone back and set up another $70 appointment for the worker to come out. She said on her first original appointment before Thanksgiving she looked at my unit and saw that everything looked good and new so that's why she recommended clean out from the first visit, and I said no that can't be right?! The guy crawled up into my crawl space and told me that I have no ducts up there that my air conditioner is just blowing into the crawl space which she told me she doesn't see that at all. But she'll go back up and look again so she went back up and then she comes back down and said that the original people from cornerstone (my first $7000 appointment) hooked up my new unit and only put one duct in (one return) Never replaced any of the other ducts. BUT WHY?! She said she wasn't sure but my brand new AC unit is connected to a bunch of old ducks that don't work. That's why my energy bill has stayed over $600 a month even after replacing the entire unit?! I asked "Does your company normally hook up a brand new air conditioner unit to ducts that are no longer working?"" which is why we needed the whole new unit in the first place?!" She said no, not typically but she can't speak for what the workers "did" the last time they were here. So she calls her manager and that "manager's solution" is to charge me another $7,000 for them to put what I already thought was in my crawl space in my crawl space?! The issue is they got me. Congratulations Cornerstone people! You got me and I'm sure you got many more people who need to go check out their crawl space but if I have to give another company another $14,000 it won't be to you, Nice try though. What a disgrace you are and I hope more people really check into the "work" that you're doing for them and the "fine print" as they say. Hopefully they knock you down a few pegs. You can't trust anyone even the " neighborhood professionals" to do right by you. It's my fault for being uneducated I suppose, but it's a shame nonetheless.

The manager called me and said he would call back again to talk since I was at work but guess who never called back?? 🤔 😡

UPDATE IN February 2026
You had to get another problem with the AC unit. They put the pipe in wrong so the pipe gets clogged easily. Manager said he would not let the technician the pipe because he wanted to charge me $156 to fix the mistake they made when they put the pipe in. So I guess we'll just have to call them back out every 2 months because they refuse to take any accountability!

Joseph was amazing. Explained every step of the process for troubleshooting my HVAC Issues every step of the way. He got me back up and cooling and reassures me that my system will back up to full capacity in no time. Kind and thoughtful, professional and courtesy.
