They were able to come quickly and address the concerns I had with my system. Adam did a great job and even put me on a UV light filter for the system which has helped eliminate the stale air smell in our home. 10/10 would recommend.

Wow- impressed is truly an understatement! Very unfortunate yesterday to lose our air conditioning as we were anticipating Hurricane Milton’s arrival in Tampa Bay. We called several companies on Tuesday evening and were unsuccessful until we located Dymond Heating and Air ; they were happy to come out and help. We received a text with a confirmation of our technician Angel’s picture and a short biography! Angel arrived shortly after we called and promptly went to work. He identified the problem and had it rectified quickly! He left after about two hours and said he would be back in the morning to install our UV light. He arrived as scheduled and completed the work. Angel and his coworker, Adam were prompt , efficient and polite. This is a great company whose customer service is top notch. We highly recommend them and am grateful to have a cool house once again.

Sharp young man, knew his assignment, did good work, cleaned a 5-ton package unit no issues, cleaned my Mitsubishi mini split had a call back as the drain line wasn't cleared. Only issue, and I asked the office to confirm cleaning the mini split was $420.00 where others in the market are $225 cost for same service/ brand work to clean the mini split. Thats the price I was told.

They were knowledgeable prompt in coming out and diagnosing the problem. Appears that my best bet would be to replace the system but at 5 yrs old I think I’ll just wait wait till it fails completely.

Called at 6:30 pm and had someone out by 8pm. Worker was nice and price seemed fine. AC working as promised.

We scheduled estimates with a bunch of AC companies and while others were basically in and out with their quick sales pitch and quote, Dymond’s rep (Adam) went above and beyond to diagnose our problem and talk through our options, explained all the pros and cons, and was super knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend Adam.

I had a terrible maintenance experience with another AC company and didn’t want to use them again so I tried Dymond based on recommendations from my neighborhood, and they weren’t wrong! They have been responsive and provided top notch service getting my HVAC unit working again. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the unit running smoothly. I would recommend using Dymond.

Tyson is a very pleasant professional young man who communicates well. Diagnosed the AC problem on Tuesday and fixed it the next day. He went out of his way to help identify and check our air filters and replaced an overdue one.
Daisy is a very pleasant young woman who assisted in changing the air filter on my air exchanger. She also went the extra mile to completely check out my HVAC system to make sure all was running well. Job well done. There was not charge for this followup service

The technicians were knowledgeable and efficient, ensuring we had our new unit installed as quickly as possible. What can I say, AWESOME!... Adam again to the rescue, getting over here way before the appointment time window. Nothing major, just needed to blow out the drain pipe. I also did that.... He just did it better!

So far we’ve had an excellent experience with Dymond Heating and Cooling - Daisy, Angel and Tyson are efficient, knowledgeable and great to work with. Very happy with our new AC and smart thermostat!

Dymond AC came into my home and moved my air handler into the attic and also installed two new returns they did excellent work and they come highly recommended. Anytime I’m getting any more air conditioning work done I will call dymond.

The blower on my machine was not working. They were able to setup a same-day appointment. Great Customer Service.

High prices. 365$ for plugging back a cable that got disconnected due to vibrations on the machine. 196$ for a 1yr subscription that includes two visits for maintenance "check ups".

I guess you pay for the convenience of having a quick service and not knowing how to do it yourself.

Tyson was professional, polite, and great to work with. The company itself is shady and we will never use them again. Now that we know how they operate. $397 for service call, $19 capacitor, 15 mins labor... what a great racket... they replaced the capacitor 14 months ago - and all the transpired over $19 part. When you are hot they gotcha... and they have ZERO problems taking full advantage of that... looking for some other company...

Love the long drawn out response to my review... I couldn't care less about the blah blah blah justification of the over priced service. Just warning others. You (the owner) forgot to mention the PAYMENT on your Cyber truck wrapped in your Dymond logo... I'm sure part of your over priced repair goes to that... PEOPLE can give you 5 stars or 1... doesn't matter - very sad situation that you have no problem ripping off elderly and unaware individuals

Same day appt, on a Saturday, within a couple hours of the request…amazing. Adam came out, was friendly, thorough and brought things to my attention that weren’t even on my radar but crucial to consider. Received a detailed estimate onsite with plenty of options. Looking forward to getting this new unit installed and continuing to work with Dymond.

We appreciated Dymond coming to our home on a very hot day in Tampa same day as AC went down.. They came at end of their day. Appreciated their Great Service!

My new AC was not cooling so Tyson came out to check it out. He determined the AC units were fine, but the wire connecting the outside unit to the inside air handler was shorting out. He replaced the wire and problem solved! Thanks to Tyson's expert diagnostics, I was up and cooling in no time. I'm very satisfied with Dymond's customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend them!

My AC went out on a Saturday afternoon and Dymond was able to send a tech out that day. Mike was friendly and professional. Due to the age and condition of my unit it was decided to replace rather than repair. Mike quoted a good price and scheduled for Monday installation. Thanks Mike!

On Monday David arrived early to remove the old and install my new AC. He worked efficiently and took care to protect my floors. Mike followed up to sign off on the install and answer any questions. The new AC works great, and I am very pleased with the experience. I would highly recommend Dymond For your AC needs.

Tyson came over to take photos and verify serial numbers for my warranty. He was friendly and efficient and completed his task quickly. My warranty paperwork arrived within hours via email.

Overall Dymond did a excellent job with quality work and great customer service. If you have A/C issues, give a Dymond a call!
