I have used Dymond A/C for years. They are a very reputable company, known for their honesty. They will not try to upsell you on anything, ever! Having a go-to and trustworthy A/C team on your side is as essential as having an honest mechanic for your car. I will continue to use them for all of my A/C needs.

We are very happy with the service and response time by Dymond Heating and Cooling. Their representative was here within an hour of my phone call to assess the problem we had with our A/C system. They replaced the defective part in our air handler and cleaned the outside unit. Everything is working great.

Highly recommend Adam. Super customer oriented and knowledgeable. I noticed on Saturday that my ceiling was leaking just underneath where my air handler is located upstairs So I called Dymond and Adam was here within the hour. He is very thorough and was able to determine the cause. No one wants to spend money unexpectedly, but Adam explained what Asher, I mean hey dude stop needed to be done helped make me feel better about spending that money and I even signed up for the maintenance program.

Tyson came out to assess how we wanted a mini split put in and gave great recommendations. When he came back, he was diligent and making sure everything was right and far exceeded our expectations! On a follow up call regarding the mini split he came back out and was so unbelievably helpful. Everyone in this organization has been Absolutely amazing! I can’t imagine ever using another Company..

Technician came out on 7/18 to repair motor that is under warranty. On 7/29 someone entered property and dismantled the AC unit with no warning or communication with tenants. Landlord states there may be dispute regarding date of warranty. There is no justifiable reason to dismantle a unit without notice to occupants. Have police report in hand, though so it’ll get sorted. Horribly unprofessional. Thanks for sweating out my family and pets guys! Really appreciate it.

We use Dymond for our annual maintenance. They are always on time and professional. And they do not recommend work unless it needs to be done. Great small business.

We love Dymond! Been using their services for years and they are always on time and ready to handle the repair. On this particular service call, Adam stuck with it and even had to pickup a special part to complete the repair same day! Great service, highly recommended.

My air went out Sunday and I called Dymond, I’ve used them before and won’t call anyone else. Tyson was here Monday morning, earlier than scheduled, they called first. My compressor was ruined from the lightning storms. He got a compressor and had it done before 2:00. This is a nice family run company, very courteous, on time, great work, again I won’t trust anyone else.

I had a great experience with this AC company. They were professional, showed up on time, and explained everything clearly. The technician diagnosed the issue quickly and had my system up and running in no time. Honest pricing, great communication, and excellent service overall. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to others.

I couldn't ask for a better company and better technicians. I have always had very good experiences over the many years I have been using Dymond. Tyson and Angel are great. They are experts and they are also very professional and very friendly. The man came to my door and introduced himself to me his name was Angel l recommend him you will be very glad that you did. He was very knowledgeable about everything he did and to take the time to check or clean your whole system. Very polite. I will positively use him again. Try the rest and then try the best. Not just here to sell you something you don't need. You could plainly tell he cared about his job. And l recommend Dimond heating and cooling as the best and

Dymond AC offers a reasonably priced maintenance plan and were able to quickly come out and resolve my AC issues. Service tech Adam offered me advice on how to better maintain my units and appreciate his another techs knowledge

We've been a client for many years and would use nobody else. Their professionalism is top notch and their integrity is outstanding. They consistently work on finding the most cost-effective solution and only sell you what you need. You can actually trust them, which is quite refreshing nowadays.
However, I must add that all my interactions until last month were with the prior owner, Allen, who was nothing short of amazing. Based on some of the more recent reviews, I hope I can give the new owners the same reviews in the future. Time will tell.
