J&L is the best Heating and Air company we have ever worked with!  We have been customers of J&L for over 9 years now and will only work with J&L.  Our A&C  went out on a Wednesday, we called Lisa at J&L and she immediately got us scheduled for the same day to have it inspected.  Lisa is always responsive and has been great to work with in scheduling our service calls.  Mike with J&L determined our unit's compressor went out and gave us reasonable quote to replace the compressor, he didn't try to sell us a new unit.  Given the age of our unit I requested a quote for a new unit and we ultimately decided to replace the entire system and received the quote while the technician was on site.  They are not pushy in trying to upsell, they are focused on providing you a quality unit that will do its job.  On the day of the install, the technicians (Cody and Wes) sent me a text indicating they were in route and showed up on time.  They were very professional and did a great job installing our new unit.  I highly recommend having your unit serviced by J&L twice a year.  They will keep your unit running as smooth and efficient as possible and are incredibly responsive when you need them, even during peak hot summer months!

Great experience with J & L. A/C wasn’t working an appointment was scheduled for the same day with Lisa. She was very polite. Technicians that came to service the unit Joe and Wes very professional, on time, and through in explaining what happened. They repaired it in less than an hour. Highly recommend this company!

Excellent responsiveness (same day). A/C went out and temperature outside was 95 and feeling over 110 degrees. Mike (tech) and Lisa (office) were outstanding. Bottom line - service was excellent, communicated well, and pricing was reasonable! Highly recommend. Forgot to mention-never used them before!

Top notch service. My family and I have been customers for years. My husband passed a few years ago making maintenance and finances difficult. I have kept up biannual maintenance on the unit J and L installed. The A/C unit stopped working over the Holiday weekend. Lisa returned my call but was unable to get a tech out to me. I told her what was going on. She walked me through how to remedy the problem. Within a half hour my A/C was back up and running. I’m still and will be a customer for life.

I've been a customer of J&L since 2017 and as always they are professional, courteous and reliable. Fast response...called 7pm technician was there 10:30am next day. Mike is awesome! He had the problem fixed in no time; and ensured all was functioning properly. Mike is pleasant, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything as well as make preventative suggestions (which I truly appreciated). I highly recommend this AC/Heating company!

I have been using J&L for years, specifically Mike, who had been doing the service twice a year. They are always super friendly, reasonably priced, and responsive when you call. Unfortunately my air handler imploded but Mike was able to schedule me for a total system replacement the next day. Wes and his team came out first thing in the morning, worked super hard, and by 3pm I had air conditioning again! There are tons of AC companies in the area but glad I found one I can trust.

We had significant work to be done for our air conditioning systems. Cody and Wes did a fantastic job. They are true professionals and are not afraid of hard work. We are sticking with J&L from now on. Totally recommend.

Mike came to evaluate my problem promptly. He was honest and explained what was wrong. We decided not to spend thousands when the unit was already 6 years old and the warranty didn't transfer to us. Mike sent us quotes for two different units.
Wes and his helper arrived as promised. They installed the entire system in under 4 hours. It is working great.

I am extremely happy with the service I received for my new air conditioning installation from J&L Air Conditioning & Heating! From the very first call to the final installation, everything went smoothly and professionally.

Joe was friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and provided all the documentation I requested, which I truly appreciated. Lisa was absolutely wonderful as well — she was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful when scheduling my installation appointment.

The rest of the staff was also friendly and respectful of my home. Cody and Wes, the installation team, arrived on time, clearly explained the process, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. The installation was quick, clean, and stress-free.

Upon calling the company office and speaking with Renee, who provided me with A+ service over the phone, she walked me through some basic diagnostics over the phone when that didn’t work she continued to to take additional steps that at least provided me heat for the night because none of the diagnostic steps worked therefore she worked with another co-worker of hers who picked up from where Renee left off. Lisa called me and scheduled for one of the technicians to come out. So the next morning Ronnie, showed up at the scheduled time and he fixed my issue in less then 30 minutes. Customer service has been lost in the United States especially with AI around, when you call a business you get so many prompts before actually talking with a real person and not the automated voice, this business is one of the best in the USA and I’m not exaggerating, top notch. I will continue to use them for my HVAC system.

I Ronnie at Tampa Bay Air Conditioning when I was concerned because my compressor had a bunch of ice all over it during this latest cold snap. He promptly called me and gave me immediate actions to prevent long term damage to equipment and hooked me up with his scheduler and was able to come out the next morning and resolved the issue quickly and for an unbeatable price. 100% I'm not going to shop around next time I need anything with my HVAC. This team was courteous, professional and on top of it!
