I have been a customer for 40+ years. Today’s service call was again excellent. they were able to come to my home the same day I made the call. It was 85° in my house. I appreciated them getting there quickly. They found the problem right away and fixed it right away.

Tampa bay AC was the only AC company that was able to give an honest representation of being able to repair my AC during my last two AC disruptions. Everyone else just said it’s old and you should probably replace it. Two years later it’s still working great.

A very professional organization top to bottom from the beginning to its completion. Great staff, great workers, great management. I highly recommend this company for A/C installation and/ replacement of existing equipment.

I’ve been a customer of Tampa Bay Air Conditioning Inc. for many years, and I’ve always had good experiences with them. Lisa is always a pleasure to talk to when I call in, and I appreciate that she offers me tips on how to fix easy problems myself. When I do have a technician come out, they are always courteous, professional, and punctual.

They were wonderful!! They came out and installed a new unit. They had to fix what the last AC company did incorrectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new unit or repair on an existing one. They are family owned and operated. A honest, hardworking family!!

Excellent customer service ! We have been using Tampa Bay AC for years. They have done all repairs and maintenance on our AC units. Robert has been our primary tech and he is wonderful! He is knowledgeable and thoroughly explains the problem and procedures for repairs. Lisa and Renee are quick to return my calls and schedule us same day. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent experience. Because my complex didn’t allow a crane, 5 guys from the team carried it all the way from the last floor through the roof. They finished work before they estimated even, very polite, super courteous, fun team. They showed me everything, explained, tested, and gave me some hints for the future. Overall great experience!

Tampa Bay Air Conditioning did an excellent job repairing our air handler. When our AC stopped cooling, we scheduled an appointment, and Giovanni came out the same day. He quickly diagnosed a leak in the air handler coil. Rather than replacing the entire system, we chose to replace just the coil. Robert came out shortly after and installed the new one. We're now enjoying cool air again—thank you, Tampa Bay Air Conditioning!

Lisa and Geo provided us with expeditious and excellent service ! We have been using Tampa Bay Air Conditioning to do a yrly service since they installed our new AC unit in 2018! Gel came out and identified the capacitor needed replacement. He quickly replaced it and we were immediately cooled. !!!!

They arrived when they said they would and called when there was going to be any change to the schedule. Tampa Bay Air Conditioning was referred to us by a trusted neighbor who has utilized their service for years when over air conditioning stopped cooling one day. They responded quickly and a friendly, professional service person was there within just a few hours. The system was inspected, the issue diagnosed and repaired with a reasonable cost. We would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to everyone.

I can't say enough good thing about this company. My biggest fear is not only having a A/C issue on a holiday weekend, by in the evening. Well it happened on Memorial Day. They answered on the first ring, the tech called me a few minutes later. I said "You can come out now, I said in shock". The trip fee will $$. I'm good with that. He was at my house in 45 minutes, he figured out the problem very quickly and had the part I needed. This is the second time I have used them and they do not disappoint. Professional, on time, honest, but most of all knowledgeable.

My AC was acting up, and I'd had another company come out THREE TIMES to try to fix it, without success. I called up Tampa Bay AC, and they were here barely over an hour later. Within 30 mins, they'd figured out the problem and fixed it. My AC is fixed, and I'm a very happy customer. Time to cancel my service contract with that other company and give these fine folks my business!

I can’t say enough good things about this AC company. Ron was incredible—friendly, professional, and always on time. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, taking the time to clean as he worked and leaving everything spotless. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and truly goes the extra mile.

I will recommend Tampa Bay Air to all of my friends here in this area. Our blower motor on our 3 year old Carrier AC unit died Tuesday afternoon. We called and they had a technician out that same day. Very professional and knowledgeable service technician. He informed us that the blower was covered under warranty a that they would handle the warranty. Very next day he was back to install the new blower motor. Very thankful that we only had to go one night without AC. Could have been much worse. Also a big shout out to Lisa who helped to accomplish this service matter. Big thanks to Tampa Bay Air Conditioning.
