Excellent professional service. Lisa in the office was very helpful, courteous, informative and appreciated us as new customers. Joe the technician arrived as promised, thoroughly looked at the entire situation and we discussed in depth options and short term solutions as well as recommended long term solutions to modernize and upgrade. Problem solved for now. Thrilled to have found an vendor like these folks to use from now on for mechanical HVAC issues. Thrilled. I would strongly suggest to anyone in their service area to give them a try. They appear to be well qualified to handle things in a very professional way. Good show!

After 18 years of service, our A/C broke down and needed to be replaced. We call J&L on Thursday afternoon and Mike was here the very next day. He was transparent by saying that the old A/C was repairable but for the cost and the age of the unit it was a gamble. Mike provided options and didn't pressure us or pushed a sale, he laid all on the table and allowed us time to decide on our next step. We decided to install a new unit, Lisa guided us through the finance process and made it as simple as possible. Came Tuesday morning, Shawn, Erik and Jacob were here early installing the new unit. They worked efficiently and without delay. Even Mike and Joe dropped by to see that everything was going accordantly and within 4 hours the new unit was up and running. Their dedication to customer service was exceptional and always willing to answer my questions with a smile. We are happy with our choice of product and even more by choosing J&L Air Conditioning. I definitely be recommending them at every chance. The "Big Box" companies are focused on grabbing your money and that's it. J&L is not only about service but it seems that they also want to establish a long lasting business relationship with their customers!

Be aware consumers with this company. This company I got from Angi's List. They will approach you when they first come to you on your first call with average price and let you know the estimate for the job. After that they go for your juggler. They will come in and tell you what's wrong then, tech goes ahead and does the job. The tech give you a invoice for the job without giving you a estimate on the job. This Company is not looking out the the consumer. They are money hungry. They flushed out my drain from the handler which, I told the tech I already knew how to do it. I also, told the tech I have been doing it for the last 5 years. After that the tech did not give me a estimate or a option with the price to say yes or no. The tech just avoided what I was saying and did the job anyway. The tech want out to his truck and came in my house when I was talking to my roommate. He gave me a invoice. My roommate and I was sticker shocked. My bill was four times more than the first job they did. I talked to the Office manager and the owner. They will not do nothing. So, consumers be aware of this company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU ESTIMATES OR OPTIONS TO SAY YES OR NOT ABOUT THE JOB WHEN A TECH COMES OUT TO YOUR HOME. THEY WILL THREATEN YOU IF YOU TRY TO STOP PAYMENT. THEY DO NOT WANT TO HELP SOLVED THE PROBLEM. THEY FEEL THAT THE CONSUMERS WRONG AND THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT.

Great service by Mike again this year. Nice having the same technician year after year.

Called them on Saturday at 11am for an issue. Tech Mike was at my place by 11:30am. Diagnosed my issue within minutes and fixed it asap. Highly recommend. Saturday charges were more than fair in my opinion. Will use again.

J&L has serviced and maintained my units for conservatively 15 to 20 years obviously to my complete satisfaction. They are on time, courteous and from a cost perspective very competitive. What I particularly would point out is that they will make recommendations if they find any potential problems but never use any pressure tactics. The customer always has the last word and they are honest and responsive to your needs. Can't say enough about their outstanding and excellent service.

Service was great. Billing system not so great. Reminded me of a car dealership method of billing.

Mike was courteous, explained everything, and very professional. Was sent a report on all that was checked in our entire HVAC system and the condition. Much more than our last company ever did for our maintenance check! I would recommend their services.

I am under contract with J&L heating and air and this Sunday evening my air conditioning went out and who knows why. So I called and Lisa answered and said there was no one available to come and that she could walk me through a few procedures to see if we could get it back and running. We tried a couple of different things and Wallah! It's on and working! Thank you Lisa!!!!

This company is great! I started working with them years ago when my AC unexpectedly went out after a power surge in a thunderstorm. They were the ONLY company who could come out the same day! Now, I'm on a maintenance contract every 6 months. Lisa always reminds me when it is time to schedule my semi-annual appointments. And, Mike is always prompt, friendly and - most importantly - thorough! I HIGHLY recommend J&L Air Conditioning! What a great find!

Fast, excellent customer service. Every time we have an AC problem, it invariably occurs on a weekend, and these guys have always been on top of it, with great communication and fast service.

We need to make sure that maintenance is scheduled regularly. We now have a gaping hole in our 1st floor ceiling due to the top floor handler leak in ng because it was clogged.

Great experience all around! We were in town for vacation and found our AC was out. Mike arrived early the next morning and assessed the problem. Unfortunately, one of the units needed to be replaced. since we were only in a town a few days, the installation was fast tracked to the following day. The price was fair and the service was top notch. Highly recommend!
