Very happy! They came same day and fixed my HVAC issue for the cost of a visit - $49! (Issue: I cycled through the heat-cold modes too quickly causing the outside unit to not turn on. Don’t do that.) Very straight-forward, polite, phone and in person. Bobby was the tech.

Robert was great! He arrived when he was scheduled and completed the work on my tub faucet leaving the bathroom clean after he was finished. I would recommend Cornerstone!

Hired Cornerstone after much research and checking reviews. They are a famil company that been in business for years and excellent reviews. We signed up for annual service plan.

It is nice to have a company that does all our home needs and their pricing is affordable.

They did a great job with our HVac system. Needed a few fixes to help it run more efficient.

A week later had the electrician come and complete some up grades to our circuit breakers and added surge protection to the entire house.

I called Cornerstone to look at my heater that was not maintaining the temperature in my house. They were able to come same day and Taylor D. informed me my unit was 15 years old and had several issues. He was honest with the state of my unit and that to make the repairs it would be more cost effective to replace the entire system. He helped me select a great unit within our budget that was compatible with our needs and those around the neighborhood. I was able to get the unit installed next day before the cold snap and the two guys that put in the unit were super friendly and did an excellent job. Our new system is running very efficiently and is much quieter than our old one which is a plus. I would highly recommend Cornerstone.

We asked the plumber to replace the broken pipe near the main valve. No digging was involved. Took about an hour and charged us $400. Initially they asked for over $700. This is way too much than I expected. I asked for several others and got quote of between 200-275. Sadly my husband never asked a second opinion. Be mindful of their prices and ask for itemized receipt.

A Cornerstone tech came out for my annual electrical system check. He identified the cause of some issues I was having, fixed what he could, and provided information to me so I could easily address the rest later when I buy a couple parts. Very informative, courteous, and really went the extra mile. All at no additional costs above annual membership. The price I listed is for the whole year and includes electrical, AC, and plumbing.

Great company to work with. They do excellent work, arrive in a timely manner, and have great communication. especially keeping you informed and letting you know when your technician is on the way. I’ve used them in the past for plumbing concerns and recently again for a water heater installation, and every experience has been smooth and professional. What truly stood out was their thoughtfulness—after learning we had just welcomed a new baby, they sent their technician with a gift for our newborn. Such a kind and meaningful gesture. Highly recommend.

Called Saturday night to get an emergency estimate on our failed heat pump. Christian was at our door Sunday morning to do the analysis. Best service we ever had from an HVAC company. We're hoping the actual repair will go as well.

The actual repair was just a few days later and Ricardo did a masterful job. It was a big job, but he was thorough and courteous, and after using it for couple days our system is working very well. We appreciate the service of the technicians and the people in the office as well. When we called,they answered the phone. When we text, they text back. We are not used to this level of communication and we love it.

We've gone through way too many AC companies when we had an issue with our unit. Dymond is the only one that actually found the root problem and was able to fix it without telling us we needed to replace the entire thing which we got from every other company. They worked with us financially without charging an arm and a leg. We now use them for our annual service and have had no further issues with our unit. Tyson has been our technician the past few visits and couldnt be any nicer. We are lifelong customers and highly recommend them for anything AC related.

Excellent experience with Dymond Heating and Cooling.

Our system failed the day before we were going out of town. We reached out and scheduled a visit for the next day (Saturday) and they had to work through our house sitter. They came in diagnosed the problem and gave a quote to both fix, and replace our 14 year old system. I believe prices were fair, and replacing the entire system was actually less than I expected. We asked for their opinion and I believe they gave honest and informed recommendations.

We selected to replace the system and they did a complete install on Monday. They also supplied a mobile system on Saturday to keep the house cool over the weekend.

Communication was excellent, the system was fully installed and operating by 5pm on Monday. According to our house sitter they were extremely professional and polite. Easily a 5 star performance.

Mike was excellent! He arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue and was fair in his assessment. He quickly fixed an issue that had plagued me and my husband the night before. 10/10 service and will use them again in the future.

Update 2025: I had Mike as a technician come to do our tune up last week. He was very cheerful and kind. Both times I have had techs out, they arrived exactly on time. I especially enjoyed the text message before their arrival with their picture and a brief bio so I know who to expect at my front door.

Mike installed sold us and installed our AC when he was working for another company. He is very professional and courteous. Unit performs like a charm. We referred him to many friends that work for Verizon and he sold and installed for them too. Would definitely recommend him for your AC needs.
