Excellent service; thought I needed to replace my water heater and as it turned out, I don't just yet. I may have another year or so before I need to replace it. Nothing like total disclosure on what I needed! Anyone else could have told me I needed to replace it instead. Kudos....

The installation crew replaced my old air conditioning system. The lead technician explained exactly what they were going to do and how long the process would take. I was kept informed as the work was completed. Upon completion the lead technician setup the smart thermostat and demonstrated its features. Before leaving, the work area was cleaned and returned to its preinstallation state. The installation team was sincerely polite, friendly and respectful of our property.

Called last minute and Lakeside was able to find someone to come out and do plumbing repair. Matthew was friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend Lakeside and will definitely use them in the future.

Jack corrected the water softener installation from a “so-called” certified plumber, who installed my softener backwards. I definitely recommend Lakeside Heating Cooling
&Plumbing for an honest quote and installation.

Jack returned to install my whole house sediment filter with siliphos. He did a professional installation draining the filter outside. He was prompt and responsive to questions.

Next week Jack will replace my back faucet that has a leakage problem.

Jack did a nice job installing my outside faucet. Neat and clean . No more leaking.

We used Lakeside now to add a mini split AC. Hell might have been cooler than our office. Our house was built about 6 years ago, so we didn't think we needed to replace it. Nick at Lakeside was honest, gave us a lot of options to meet our needs from cooling just one room, maintenance anf budget. The team was amazing. Diligent, clean, organized and professional. Best decision I've made.

Called and got an appointment same day. Our water softener needed replacement. Our estimator Jack was awesome. He made sure we got exactly what we needed based on our family size and water preference. We could have ended up spending double on a different system. No pressure and it was installed two days later!

The quote was just as quoted. They inform you in every step they make from appointments to when they leave the shop to go to your house. work was completed and they sent me pictures of everything. I'm in Iowa and this work was done in Florida. I trust this company to do everything that they say they will do. You will love them if you use them!!

We always request Robbie, our service tech. He is always prompt, answers any questions we have and is very thorough, also he's very professional and kind. We've been very happy with the service he has provided (AC maintenance) and would highly recommend Lakeside AC and Robbie!

AMAZING! A/C changeout, duct work & insulation A+

After 3 bids we knew we were going with Lakeside. They were super easy to deal with it the most reasonable.

Our house was built in 1963 and AC was an afterthought. The package unit was last replaced in 1999 and after 25 years we said it’s time.

Lakeside did the permit, AC changeout, new duct work (wow we needed it) & insulation. It was the best quote in terms of price but they also seemed the the confident + assured us they would get the work done in a timely manner which they did.

Super professional staff. They did everything to code and surpassed our expectations. Our house is WAY cooler now and the AC looks so much better all up to standard code. A+ and we would HIGHLY recommend this business to our friends & fam. 🫡

The most popular toilet in the house broke. As the resident “YouTube-certified” handyman, I confidently decided I could fix it myself until I took it apart and realized this was well beyond a couple of screws and a how-to video. I replaced the toilet and started calling plumbers.

Plumber #1 was a no call, no show. Plumber #2 quoted a $500 repair over the phone without even seeing the issue. Plumber #3 is apparently still out there playing phone tag.

Desperate, i caked Lakeside. They sent Don to my rescue the very next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it in a little over an hour, and charged far less than the $500 quote I had received elsewhere. He was professional, efficient, and honest.

The next time there’s a plumbing issue in this house, I’m calling Lakeside first. Highly recommend.
