Lakeside heating cooling and plumbing are a great company. Phenomenal customer service. Marcos is great took the time to answer questions and explain the process. I will only use them for all my AC and Plumbing needs.

Lakeside came out again to take care of some repair issues and Robbie Love did another excellent job. This industry needs more professional and caring technicians that do great work and do it right the first time like this company does. All the other guys that have helped me out with my A.C. in the past including Rich and others from Lakeside were great. And also the ladies in the office deserve a big thanks for all their help.
Keep working on great customer service like you do. People want companies they can really trust. So I highly recommend Lakeside for all these reasons. God bless you all.

We've had Carrier mini-split issues from the install (2017) and finally parted ways with our old AC company. For the past 2 years only half of our system has been working. Rich from Lakeside came out for a cleaning, listened to our story, and began the process of getting our system back working. The Lakeside service quotes are reasonable for the part needed (on warranty) and I'm very hopeful we've found our new AC company. (5 star when the system is up and working!)

Update: Rich was back out today and spent 3+ hours working on our system. IT WORKS AGAIN! Two years of no resolution from other companies and we finally found Lakeside. Hallelujah to our new professional AC team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bath faucets replaced. Have used them before for replacing two toilets. Always had good service. Nice technicians. Left work area clean and in good condition when done.

After our house was hitting 91 degrees as our 18 yr old AC was dying and trying to kill us, Lakeside was recommended by family as several of them had been a customer for years.
They came the NEXT day. Robert was not pushy, answered all questions, and helped us pick the perfect replacement AC for our house. Then, Omar and team installed it the very NEXT day. Their attention to detail and care was an obvious sense of pride. It was nice and cool within hours. One week later now, I woke up freezing and could not be more satisfied.
I'm glad to see they have other services and will and have already recommended them to others.

2025 Upd: Had them come back and install a new water heater, and just like the AC (which is an arctic dream), everything is beautiful. They continue to be excellent. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service. We have called them twice to come out for plumbing projects for our kitchen the past couple of months and have been a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough about these guys. Buying a foreclosure over the course of 4 months, and they have been more patient that I have. They have been super responsive to every request. They installed a new 5-ton HVAC system and new water treatment system in my home on little notice, with a LOT of questions answered (i'm sure they're tired of me). Thanks Y'all!

They did a great job with remove and replace for an ac system. Been 3 or so weeks and no issues at all with installation. Would use again in the future.

I can’t say enough great things about Lakeside Heating, Cooling & Plumbing and especially about ROBBIE, the technician, who came to my rescue. I called them on a Friday around lunchtime, expecting the usual wait — but to my surprise, they arrived within MINUTES of my call. That alone was impressive, but what followed was even better.

Robbie was absolutely amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He didn’t just fix the issue — he took the time to clearly explain what went wrong and how I can prevent it from happening again. He had my A/C up and running in less than an hour, saving me from an entire weekend without cool air. That’s no small thing, especially in the heat!

These guys are the real deal. My AC went out while I was on a business trip in Nashville. My wife told me we didn’t have air on one of the units. Called them first thing in the morning and Nick was out by noon to take a look. I didn’t even have to be home for the estimate. Had multiple quotes within an hour.

I picked the system that worked best for my home. Increased dehumidification was my main concern. They had it installed two days later (they had to source parts from 3 distributors). I went with the Trane XV18i heat pump with a variable speed air handler.
