We had an emergency plumbing issue and Jonathan, who is the Team Leader in the Plumbing Dept at Cornerstone Pros, was out at my house in a very short time. He was patient, kind and understanding and actually ended up having to fix three separate leaks while he was there.The cost was reasonable. We just had our skirting replaced and he was very careful with it when he went under the house. We will be using Cornerstone Pro's again as our go to company in he future! Thank you

We needed our air conditioning serviced and Taylor came. He explained to us that because of the age of the system we would be needing a new one. He was professional and extremely conscious of our budget and needs. He is an excellent technician and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Taylor for great service.

Professional job well done.. far surpasses the last company that we dealt with. Our bathroom leak and installation of our new pedestal lavatory was completed in a timely fashion and looks great!. We would use Cornerstone Pros first all our plumbing needs.

This was my first time using Cornerstone AC and I was very pleased with the service. Carlos arrived on time, was thorough, took pictures of his work (emailed them to me), and explained the work to me. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Mr. Carsen F of Cornerstone Pros is excellent in today's maintenance work on the Air Conditioning system at my house. He thoroughly checked/cleaned all the component machines and air distribution at outside and in attics. Besides he explained in patience how to adjust the thermometer for our preferences. He also presented a short video about a recommendation. We would like to have him coming again for our newly installed AC system maintenances in coming years.

I have an RV plug at my residence that had developed some issues over time . I contacted Cornerstone and they immediately dispatched Dillion to troubleshoot the issue . Within minutes Dillion diagnosed the problem and had it repaired . This is the second time I have used Cornerstone and on each occasion they have been knowledgeable, polite and professional. Thanks again Cornerstone for such good service .

Cornerstone has been servicing my HVAC for over 15 years. They are an honest & trustworthy company.
Service techs are always prompt, courteous & friendly. Prices are extremely fair & on the one occasion I’ve had a unit fail on a Friday night, they answered the phone after hours & had a technician dispatched first thing Saturday morning. The tech even offered to come after his kid’s Friday eve ballgame but I declined his kind offer so he could enjoy his family time. That is a level of service almost unheard of these days.

We are going to have a tree planted in our front yard. The water line runs underground but not sure where it is located. Hernando Co Utilities and they will not locate it since it's on our lot. Anyway, called Cornerstone Pro & explained what we needed. They confirmed they could do the work. Tech arrived and said that they do not have a finder equipment.. Say WHAT!!! he had said that they can did up our front lawn at a cost of $1,600.00. We said no thank you & at which time, he went into a sales pitch to replace our HVAC system. Told him that it is brand new, so he wanted to sell us a maintenance policy.
BTW, the appointment was scheduled for morning hours. He arrived between 12:30 - 1:00. And still charged us their service charge.....

I’ve been really impressed with my experience so far. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy, and communication throughout the process has been excellent. The technician, Caleb W, is a super nice guy. He is professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about what he’s doing. Although the repair is not yet finished, I already feel confident that my AC is in good hands. Great service all around.

Ernesto came to my house for a leaky shark bite, replaced it quickly, even took off his shoes when he came in. Very respectful and knowledgeable. Was a pleasure to meet him. Worked very quickly and very clean. Thank you very much Ernesto.

Cornerstone is simply the best. Easy to get appointments, fantastic customer service and the techs are polite, knowledgeable and prompt!! Darrell took the time to talk me through his diagnosis of my water heater and quickly completed his work.

Called at 10:30am they were here by 3:00pm. Troy and his assistant did a great job of repairing the leak in an outside pipe and even did a little extra to try and make sure it was protected from here forward! Thank you for your prompt and courteous service!

Jonathan was excellent, repaired my outdoor main water line leak in less than 2 hours. Great guy, professional work!

Easy process! Called this morning around 8am and got a nice lady named Hailey, and she got me a plumber out here by 1pm for a clogged shower drain. Bryson was very nice and a quick worker - paid attention to detail like new booties in the house each time. Great experience and these will be our go to plumbers from here on!

I contacted Cornerstone to get a quote for replacing our existing system, which was over 12 years old. Cornerstone promptly scheduled Kevin Dykman to stop by and provide me with a quote.

Kevin was on time, organized, courteous, and clearly experienced. After a thorough review of our home, and a detailed discussion of my goals, Kevin provided some initial estimates before he left. He then followed up later in the day by providing an email with detailed quotes for each of the options he recommended.

Kevin never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable. He did not seem to be pushing me toward the most expensive option, but toward the option that best fit my goals. I had some follow-up requests and questions over the next couple of days, which he promptly answered. Kudos to Kevin.

I had service today with Corner Stone Pros. My technician was Christian C. He provided excellent service for my HVAC unit. I was scheduled for general maintenance. Christian also gave me detailed breakdown and advice on what needed to be done. He was in and out within an hour. Jennifer did an amazing job fixing our air conditioning system. She was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I would welcome her back to fix or maintain our system since we signed up for the service plan.

I wanted to share some feedback from my recent service visit. The technician did a good job and was professional, which I appreciate. That said, I was disappointed with the situation around installing the MICRO-AIR EasyStart FLEX 398. During a previous visit, I was told that if I purchased the unit myself, it could be installed and I would only need to pay for labor. I even called ahead to make sure this was noted on the job. Based on that, I went ahead and bought the unit. Unfortunately, I wasn’t informed until the day of the visit that it wouldn’t be installed due to liability concerns. I was told the earlier technician was new and no longer with the company. While I understand policy limitations, the lack of advance communication was frustrating especially since the unit can’t be returned. I’m sharing this as feedback and hope it helps improve communication going forward. Overall, I do appreciate the service.
