Excellent AC service with AIM Service Group. Jordan was punctual, professional, didn’t waste any time. Will definitely use again.

I was recommended to Aim service by one my neighbors. Aim service was quick to get a technician out to my house. Michael was excellent and explained everything to me. He walked me through the whole process and gave me options. I highly recommend their services to anyone.

We had a new A/C system installed. Eric came out to do the initial consultation and was very helpful with absolutely no pressure to purchase from them. He gave us a very good price and we scheduled the installation a few days later. The installation team did and excellent job and we are very happy with the end result. We now have a service contract AIM and hope for continued great service going forward. Overall we are very pleased that we chose AIM for our A/C installation.

IT was 88 in my Grandmas house at 1:30pm on a muggy FL afternoon!! We were so concerned. However, Jordan U. Was FAST to get there. His knowledge was impressive. His honesty and character towards our concerns about a warranty we had went far beyond what he had to do! Thank you Jordan for your moral code 🙏 not to mention just being a nice guy too. Thank you for you Jordan! AIM is lucky to have someone like you in their team! Hope they know that and, they treat you accordingly! With a $69 dollar service fee?!? You can’t beat that and the AC is nice and cold for Granny now 👍😃

Tech (Mike Bell) arrived on time, checked my ac system and corrected the problem. He is very knowledgeable and answered my questions about ac maintenance needs. No repairs needed, just a reset.

Daniel and Parker did an amazing job. Installed a new Daikin heat pump vertically, and removed old gas furnace that was suspended 14 ft in the air. Came out perfect. What a great crew.
Follow up visits by Michael P. have been great. Quick and through service as always. Great service as always. Thanks folks.

The AIM team was so easy to work with. They were very knowledgeable and communicated all through out the process. They were able to come out and fix our problem same day for a reasonable price. We are back up and running.

Mike came out for my 6 month checkup and service and did a wonderful job. He hosed off the the whole unite outside and it looks great. Mike is super nice and friendly. Explains anything he finds wrong and will tell you and how much it will cost to repair. I hope you keep him working for your company for a time and will always be the young man You send out to repair whatever I have wrong. If I could give him 10 starts I would because he deserves each one of them. Great work Mike… Thank you so much.

Loved my experience with AIM Service Group! Eric came out, assessed my current system, and provided options that met my needs. There was no pushing to get more sales out of us, and he even resisted selling some products that others recommended, which were unnecessary. Felt like he was treating my problem as his own. The install was smooth with great customer service. I am very happy with the products and how they came out. AIM Service Group has gained a new loyal customer with my wife and me.

Eric arrived on time and gave me an estimate to relocate a condenser from a brick wall to a storm pad on the ground. within 30 mins the email invoice was sent; he seemed very knowledgeable and assured me the job would be done by his own staff. cannot fault the works done, afterwards his crew started up the A/c and tested the inside and outside were working 100%. cheers

These folks are great! They offered more services than just the HVAC replacement—a rebuilt outside mount and sealing ducts to mention two. All that and way cheaper than any other offer. Jay was great explaining options and even suggesting there were some things we didn’t really need. The installers were great—polite, professional, and they did a great cleanup. Clint even came back to finish the vent sealing and checked the pressures on the outside unit to make sure all was good.

AIM replaced my HVAC, added insulation to my attic, cleaned our vents, and made some changes to the ducting in my attic to improve air flow to one of our bedrooms. All work was completed satisfactorily and on schedule.

Eric at AIM was our point-of-contact. Eric provided the initial quote and coordinated the install He was on site to make sure the various tasks were completed successfully. Eric was knowledgeable and professional. He replied to after-hours texts and was always available for my many questions.

I pulled quotes from three local HVAC providers. All three companies sent out qualified reps and provided timely and itemized quotes. I chose AIM because their pricing was the best for the specific brand/model I eventually decided to purchase.

It's too soon to say how well the new system will perform in Florida's summer (March-October). However, I am satisfied with how the new system is performing.

Outstanding installation of our new Daikin A/C system. Jimmy designed a great solution by moving the unit out of the attic and replacing inadequate ductwork. Parker and Mike did outstanding work on the installation. I highly recommend AIM Service Group.

This was my first time using AIM service group and from the first phone call
to the job being finished, was a great experience. The service technician, Scott, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what the issue was, and what was needed to fix it. He also answered each question thoroughly and gave suggestions how to maintain the unit between maintenence calls. If you looking for great, honest service I highly recommend Scott and AIM Services.

Justin came in to perform maintenance which we forgot about and thankfully they did not. Absolutely worth having a maintenance contract. Coils are clean drain is clean and filters are replaced. Great service as always.

We purchased a new A.C. unit from Cool Edge AC & Appliances in February 2024. This week, temperatures were extremely high and by the afternoon, the unit was not keeping up with the temperature in the home vs. the thermostat setting. We called Cool Edge and with a few checks, it was found that the thermostat wire connection was broken. Alex and Chris remedied the problem. Their knowledge of the new system and ability to troubleshoot to find the problem was commendable. We hope to have the opportunity to recommend Cool Edge to neighbors and friends in the future without hesitation. Thank you, Cool Edge.

Chris did a very professional AC replacement in our mobile home. We couldn't have asked for a better AC service company. Even without a helper, Chris worked very professional and did a very terrific job.
