The technician is very thorough in determining what is wrong with our AC. He and his superior had come to figure out a plan to fix the problem for our approval. They are friendly and courteous. Work still in progress but I am so far happy with the service. I appreciate the diligence and clear communication.

Showed up promptly, fixed me up promptly. I knew the problem with my unit I just didn’t have time to fix it on my own. The tech didn’t try to up charge me or sell me work that I didn’t need. He was professional and I will be using these guys again in the future. Gonna treat this review like a year book singing and tell y’all to stay Cool Edge. They keep it cool!!!!!

Cool Edge is by far, the best HVAC company I have ever worked with. They are professional, knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and trustworthy. More importantly, they care about their customers and go above and beyond exhibiting exceptional customer service. November 2025 - Chris did a PM service for us today on 2 units and renewed our annual service plan. He and his team continue to provide exceptional service. Cool Edge is the best of the best! I offer my highest recommendation! If I could give them 10 stars, it wouldn't be enough!

Today he was late, I had to call to see if he was even coming. He seemed nice once he got here, but we had grown tired of waiting around for him.

LaReik Briggs of Cool Edge Air Conditioning was available & prompt in coming to fix my AC. He found the problem, changed the part & was on his way within 45 min. Highly recommend.

Did a great job of fully checking both of my A/C units. Confirmed that capacitors are working and that no additional coolant was needed. I should be good to go up until November!

Highly recommend! They are always professional, knowledgeable, and on time. We have been using this company for a couple of years now for maintenance and any issue that comes up. Recently we had Alex come out to fix an issue we were having and he made sure everything was working properly. Great customer service! We were tired of a big box company never digging fully into the issue and never truly finding the issue. This team really put in the effort and when the true issue was exposed, the right repairs were completed and we are 100% satisfied! Customer service is not lost on this company!
