I called into Mr. Sparky Thursday because i need some electrical updates to have a recently purchased ceiling fan installed. Ron answered the phone. This was my first time calling this electrical company. I had read the reviews and looked over the website and was led to call in. Ron really made me feel like i mattered and my electrical concerns were heard. He was able to get me an appointment actually same day, but i let him know Saturday would he better as he noted they had Saturday time slots available. SATURDAY!! How blessed!! today I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel he came out to do the needed work. He was so professional, explained everything to me, presented several options and we proceeded with the job. He installed a new box and my new ceiling fan and switched out a wall plate so my new fan in the second room illuminated appropriately.
He was super professional, cleaning up everything, you would not even know work had been done in these areas. What an asset to Mr Sparky’s team!! Thank you Daniel for making this old gals day, i respect you and thank you for being so kind and professional.

Mike, Max and Brett teamed up to get the job done. All were friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pricey job because my home was built in 1960, with very little done to the system in that time. I feel really good about the results and would recommend Mister Sparky to my friends and family.

Brad is the best! He is a genuine person who truly cares and looked out for us! We are so blessed that we found Mister Sparky and that Brad came out. We highly recommend Mister Sparky and will be using them again in the future!

Technician Juan P was very professional, courteous and his work was top notch. I would highly recommend technician Andrew as well for all your electrical needs. Great service from start to completion.

Nick was an experienced professional who arrived on time. He was knowledgeable about our needs and made us comfortable with our decisions. He had found that we needed a lightning rod as ours had rusted. We needed an upgrade to our circuit breakers and power panel as ours needed an upgrade. He was able to get the supplies and do the job the same day.
We have many more projects in the future and we are sure to call on Nick at Mr Sparky again soon.

Branch manager Jesus and his crew, led by Lauren, went above and beyond to make our home safe again. They replaced and upgraded our electrical panel (which was NOT up to code) and upgraded all outlets and switches throughout the condo. We finally have surge protection and grounded wires! Thank you for helping us find a viable solution and for getting the job done in less than 12 hours.

Though I wasn't really expecting to start my project today, I was gathering quotes, I ended up getting it done just the same. My electrician, Cristiano Longo, did a great job from the start reaching out to let me know his eta. Once he arrived Cristiano was very attentive to what was required for the remote controlled ceiling fan installations. He then explained the process of quoting the job and presented it to me. Cristiano did a great job respecting my home while doing his job. And once the job was complete, he cleaned up and hauled away the old fans. He was very personable and professional and those are greatly appreciated qualities. Thanks again, Cristiano for a job well done.

Had an emergency which required the fire department to come out. They shut the power off to half of my house, the circuit breaker was smelling of burnt rubber I was advised to get an electrician out as soon as possible. I called Mr. Sparky And they were able to get a technician to me within a few hours. The technician that came was super knowledgeable super smart knew exactly what it was, I ended up having to replace my whole panel inside and out. They were professional, efficient and overall a pleasure to work with. They explained everything that was going on. My inside panel had overheated and melted which was the burning rubber smell I could smell this morning. I'm very grateful that I was home and that they were able to come and replace the panel. Highly recommend!!! The attached are photos of the melted panel!!!

Our tech Brad was great. He troubleshoot our dead outlets quickly, explained what was going on without talking over my head, and got everything working again. Super nice guy and easy to work with. Would happily use Brad again

Clay has worked with us installing lighting on a couple of occasions. He arrives on time, gets the job done to our satisfaction, cleans up, and is on his way. Very courteous and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Clay to anyone looking for an electrician.

They are a little pricey but they do exceptional work! They explained what they were doing and why. Hard working crew. Cleaned up after. When the city came to inspect the work the city inspector told me that when Mr. Sparky does work they know it will be done right. I’d 100% recommend Mr. Sparky. Electrical work isn’t something you want to mess with for safety reasons. Very happy customer!

Absolutely OUTSTANDING SERVICE from initial visit with Nick, to the customer service associate handling calls to Lauren, the technician who did the job. She is professional, explained things, answered questions, an absolute delight! The job took about 6-1/2 hours and she never stopped working. An apprentice ultimately came, midway through the job and as a team worked in sync. I CANNOT RECOMMEND HOW MAGNIFICENT MR. SPARKY HANDLES THEIR CUSTOMERS... BRAVO!!! I have recommended several friends already!

Our original request was to have a new light and line installed in our laundry room. Our house is old (1958) and I know from experience the wiring is a train wreck of home owner modifications from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. So we've also been wanting to get our breaker box that's over 25 years old replaced and the wiring straightened out. Chris got us a good deal, and he and Juan spent almost 8 hours working on installing the new box and sorting out the wiring issues in the attic. We feel much more at ease now that we are closer to our goal of an electric system that is safer, and makes sense! The work was excellent, and they both were very knowledgeable, competent and courteous. We now have a new electrician that does great work and is reasonably priced. The job went so late, we had Chris and Juan join us for pizza!

Chris our technician was very knowledgeable, explained all details before and after work. Went over plans with us with great details and knowledge. We feel we were in good hands and know we can call back for any future work if need. We highly recommend this company.

Had to call Mr Sparky back, this time Ben came out with a different view and figured out the main culprit to what was causing breaker to cut off from main bathroom \bedroom area. I think we have a Go! Thank you Ben. Added last two pics from Ben's work today.

Lauren, TJ, & Brett did multiple jobs at my mother in laws house so we could get it prepared to sell. They were friendly, prompt, professional, and knowledgeable! A neighbor even came over while they were working requesting a quote and Lauren helped him without pause. We would highly recommend Mr Sparky!

Lauren did a great job. I was very satisfied with everything. Her assistant Nick also was very hands-on and explained an extremely large amount for somebody that knows absolutely nothing about electricity.
