Had an urgent electrical issue during the middle of a water heater install. I appreciate that they were able to send someone out same day, but they sent a "field supervisor" (aka salesman) first. We then had to wait several hours for the actual technician while we had a plumber waiting for the electrical work to get done. We chose this company because of the amount of advertising and apparent good ratings. Boy were we fooled. They are OUTRAGEOUSLY overpriced. I MEAN BY SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS. The water heater is literally next to the electrical panel and all we needed was a pig-tail, a junction box, and to replace a breaker. IT COST $1257 (with 10% discount) THAT WAS ALMOST AS MUCH AS THE WATER HEATER INSTALL! Further inquiry shows that the reason they have so many outstanding ratings is because they pay people take down the crappy ones.

Very professional and honest.
Will recommend Mister Sparky to anyone who wants an honest company.
Also want to give a 5 star review for Isaac and Juan who worked in this chilly weather to upgrade our electrical system. They were very professional and answered any questions I had. Overall a very good experience and will definitely call them again if I need anything else in the future.

Lauren, Jacob, and Max came out this morning Tuesday Feb. 24, 2026, They called and let me know they were on there way. When they arrived they met with me introduce their self to me. Brandon came out we went over the location of add On's plus the task to be completed. Throughout the whole job they were very, very respectful, knowledgeable, I would look at the job they were doing and if I had any question Lauren would answer them, I felt very proud to have called Mister Sparky yesterday and ask for a estimate, Brandon also very awesome with explaining. I have a bulldog which they enjoyed, he was quote supervision.

Chris did an excellent job listening to my initial project — which was to wire two ring lights. He took a look at the electrical panels and quickly realized they were from the 70s and posed a threat to surges and potential disasters due to the condition of the panels.

I wasn’t initially thinking to replace the panels — but thanks to Chris’s educational approach, I went ahead and replaced the panels. Chris said “I treat every home like my own when giving advice”. I really appreciated that.

His partner Dejuan was very supportive and did a great job as well.

Premium service — it wasn’t cheap. But you don’t want to go cheap when it comes to electrical work. Go with Mister Sparky.

I couldn’t be happier with the electric work that Lauren and Isaac did at our home! They spent 2 days and worked hard the whole time. They explained things to me and worked with me to cover the house thoroughly, never missing a thing. Friendly, professional, timely and fun…they made this big job easy for me! Any company would be lucky to have Lauren and Isaac. I actually missed them when they were done! They left the house clean and put all furniture and appliances back in their places. Thank you to Nick for setting up the job and thoroughly explaining the procedure to me. He was a great liaison and I had utmost confidence in him, the electricians and Mr Sparky. I had an excellent experience with Mister Sparky from start to finish. They completed a major electrical upgrade at my home by relocating an old breaker panel that was inside my child’s room to the outside of the house and installing a brand-new, updated breaker panel.

Nick Smith was the first person I spoke with, and he did a great job explaining the scope of work, pricing, and the different deals available. He was professional, patient, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process.

While the work was being done, Juan Peñaloza, the lead technician on site, took the time to walk me through everything they had completed. He explained each breaker in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was safe, organized, and working properly. Juan and the crew he was working with were very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of work and communication throughout the entire job. Big 5-star rating to Juan, Nick, and the entire Mister Sparky team. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done.

Daniel the electrician installed a new bathroom exhaust fan and heater combo to replace my existing exhaust fan. The installation went without a hitch although Daniel had to cut a larger opening in the ceiling for the new fan unit requiring him to go up in the attic. When the install was done Daniel vacuumed up the debris—that was over and above my expectations. Daniel and Mr Sparky have done several other electrical jobs for me and I have been very happy with their work. Mr Sparky electricians always come prepared with everything needed on their trucks. I will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable electrician.

Looking for an electrician on google search can be hit or miss. We hit it big when we found Mister Sparky and our electrician, Chris. Chris came out to quote our job the same day. He was courteous and very experienced. Mister Sparky worked within our budget and Chris returned to do the job. He was professional, skilled and very careful in our brand new home. We highly recommend Mister Sparky for electrical work in the St Pete area.

Today we had Daniel and Matt come out and fix our downed electrical pole. They were both incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about their work. I feel comfortable with the work they did on my home and can rest easy knowing that it was all done right (added bonus of the three year warranty isn’t bad either 😅). The whole experience with this company was great and I would definitely recommend them.

We had a great experience with these electricians!!! Don't hesitate to call them. Assyl was the technician that came to look over all our needs and help us make the best decision for a 50 year old home we had just bought a few months ago. Very understanding and walked us through everything with great explanations on all of it. Didnt try to over sell us but just what he thought we would need for the year of the home. Lauren is the best!!! She put in a whole new box and surge protector and wired everything on it beautiful! Max and Jake did all the outlets and switches in the house and added new ones for us also. Very friendly very thorough and very clean! We are so happy with their work.

Ron did an excellent job, and always had a smile. He was personable and competent, and even answered all my numerous crazy questions with patience. Ron updated the grounding system and rewired GFCI outlets and light switches on my ancient wonkily wired house. Cleaned up everything and work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Professionally done, end result was perfect. Thanks Ron!

What can I say about this business? First, it deserves more than 5 stars. I have been a customer since 2014 and Greg has performed work on both of my properties, one rental property and my primary residence. Greg is kind , decent, honest, thorough, prompt and explains the scope of work in great detail that is comprehensible to the layperson. I had an amazing experience from Day 1. His prices are reasonable and are highly competitive when compared to other electrical contractors. The quality of work is impeccable and I have even called on him to help assist with work that is slightly outside of the scope of the services offered. For example, I had a Bain Ultra Amma Air Jet tub installed in my home that required some wiring to power the jets and lights in the tub and while this is something that should have been done by my plumber , he went out of his way to help using his extensive knowledge as a Master Electrician to solve the problem. He even phoned the manufacturing company in Montreal and spent a couple of hours working with them to troubleshoot the issue. I now have a beautiful air jet tub , Alumiconn connectors, upgraded panels, restored power, and some awesome ceiling fans, courtesy of his great work. I am glad to have used his services for over 6 years. I would not use anyone else but him. He is a class act and always goes above and beyond for his customers and one of the very few honest businessmen that aren't there to turn around a quick buck. For one anyone in the Tampa Bay area that needs a hardworking reliable electrician for your residence or business, he is your man.

Axiom has installed new wiring for a chandelier, kitchen pendants, and track lighting. They were very responsive, easy to work with, and I really like the result.
